    It is working now, I tried some other receivers and another servo motor, must have been a defective receiver. Might have been nearly flat batteries aswell. Thanks for the help.

    I am needing a quick fix, I am R/Cing my 42043 but when I have the steering servo connected to the receiver the servo doesn't work, but when I connect the servo straight to the battery box it works. I have tried 2 receivers but the same result for both. The drive motor on the same receiver works though. Can someone please help?.

    Looks a bit different to the Arocs , can you put up some more photos of the diff/suspension setup in the rear and the gear setup for the rams?.

    I am trying to R/C my Arocs and have removed all the gearbox and turned it into a tractor unit. The way that the fake engine is setup in the Arocs I was wondering if I could put a XL motor straight onto the back of the fake engine to drive the truck?, or would it be too much strain on the fake engine.

    Very nice. I would love to be able to build bigger versions of these scrapers. I have done Hans hauler with a E-Ject trailer, but thats it at the moment.

    I am very excited about this set, but it definitely needs the exhaust on the front. I see the other ones have the exhaust coming out the side by the steps. Can anyone tell me on the real one what is the purpose of the cab turning around?.

    After getting frustrated with the crane not turning properly because of the hoses I decided to move it to the back of the truck. So far so good except I used the gear for the tipper as I am doing a logging truck it didn't need it but the gear ratio makes the crane spin too fast. I'm not a gearing expert so wouldn't have a clue how to modify the gearbox too make it spin slower. Also moved the controls to behind the crane.

    Can someone please help?, I am 3/4 the way through building my Arocs and when I went to test the crane it goes to the left fine then back to the center but when it goes to the right it gets to about half way then stops then struggles to get the rest of the way. I took my time doing the gearbox making sure everything was in the right place and the outriggers and pump work fine. Do you think it is the hoses underneath, I did struggle a little bit with the hose placement underneath and placing the crane on the truck?.

    Jim, would it have been better to use the medium springs in the front like the rear instead of the hard springs, or alternatively hard springs in the back like the front?, or is it fine how it is?.

    Hi Bonox, This is what I wanted to do aswell but if the cranes body turns on a motor how will it be able to free turn when the truck turns because it will be stuck in one position?.
