Looks like he was just going with pure technic beams as structure, which is pretty decent at that size. It is just a shame about the unsympathetic support Much much better improvement over the first completed picture though,, much nicer looking rear end!

Pretty sure i am covered by this ;) While i dont argue your main point and personally i don't see anything wrong as that was one of the first images that was widely spread everywhere (and which made me realise id have to hide away to avoid stuff, despite how cool an image it is). While I am not referring to anything particular you have posted, more to your perception, the fact something can be 'easily googled' does not make it an open invite to post up on forums claiming that it isn't spoilers because it can be googled. Do you think people who don't want to see spoilers go googling everything possible in order to spoil it for themselves just because it is on google? To google something for a 'spoiler avoiding person' makes them a non avoiding spoiler person. Those that do not google spoilers makes them a spoiler avoiding person... Now that the presence of a spoiler avoiding person has been summoned and met, i'll go unsummon myself back into the dark depths of nothingness and enjoy a few more months of darkness ^.^

I love the look of General Grievous 10186 and if I had that as one of my choices, I'd go straight for that. AT-ST looks a bit dated, and Obi-Wans Star fighter just seems a bit bland, in my opinion.

Someone will be in trouble for letting that pic get taken! It looks ok, i guess... But think i need to see more angles of it to judge if i like it or not... Im wondering if those wings will tilt or rotate at all... There has to be some sort of play feature for it.

Ohhhhhh :wub: This is awesome! From the moment you started making this I was interested and wanted to see it finished. I have not been disappointed! And the size! You don't get a good feel for the actual size of this until the pics with the minifig. The rustyness looks just right- ntot too much, and not too little/wacky/out of place. The sand dunes look really good, as well as the backdrop, and the way you have captured the 'sheltered' area. Absolutely amazing scene!

I love it! I used to play Ludo absolutely loads with my family when I was younger, and this spin on it works really well! Even the friends theme Great job!

Im just wondering, you say the minifig assortment is 'complete rehashes' and then in the very next sentence, mention that a rehash of Tarking is lacking, and getting an 'older version' of Ahsoka would have been good which would probably simply look like a rehash of Shaak ti... How can TLG win in that situation? Damned if they do and damned if they don't? Do agree with you on the Sabine TIE though!

I understand your points, but Id rather know information that is in Lego sets when they come out. At the moment, people are predictiong the information that will be in Lego sets and using that as the green light to talk openly about that stuff. While the Kylo Ren might be an obvious character that will be out for sure at some point, no one still knows anything. If he gets released in a set, so be it, thats cool but id rather find out about it when the information on the sets gets released. The information I personally am happy with is what TLG sets are released and whatever they themselves may imply. I never look too much into things, so if a set comes out, ill look at it for the set it is, i wont try and use the set to guesstimate what may occur in the film. I can also understand from your point of view it may appear hypocritical of me to say 'i dont want to know anything, but im happy knowing about the sets which *may* propose a spoiler'... Maybe it is, but I am also wanting to know about the sets soon as possible... As I, like everyone here, loves lego, so am willing to compromise on what information will be fed to me, but by TLG only. And as they currently are the only ones that know what is in the sets, Id just rather they were the ones that the information came from (or solid rumours from solid sources), rather than 10 different peoples guesses on information they know. A spoiler filled thread in september would be easy to scroll through ;)

I don't go to the cinema for any film anyway. Therefore, I don't see any trailer I don't want to (apart from Star Wars when it comes out). I don't read magazines, therefore again, don't have that problem. I don't follow Star Wars themed sites that may give me more information than I don't want. Hothbricks is all I follow, and it is very easy for me to glance at something and recognise if it is TFA themed or not, and if I should carry on scrolling or if I'd like to see more of whatever it is being non TFA themed. I only watch NCIS on TV. Otherwise, I am either on my pc, working, making lego, doing other hobbies, spending time with my gf, or doing college work. So while your attempt at being petty and stating that I literally can't avoid TFA unless I live in the Sahara desert might have seemed smart and clever to you, it is actually a blatant tactless and unrealistic assumption, as I am currently successfully achieving it... It doesn't matter. Until pictures or a rumour with solid info appears, nothing else should be discussed, plain and simple. As it is, if pictures surface before the film is out, that is my prerogative as I am here to see Lego sets, and watch teh film with minimal knowledge about it when it comes out. I am accepting of what Lego sets may uncover, but everyone here knows minimal about the sets coming out, and currently, knowledge about what sets may be coming out are in the trailers. It is very easy for people to get distracted and discuss info outside of the trailers, which is where it gets annoying I feel you with that sentiment

I am sorry if my tone came across harsh, it is built up frustration at what I mentioned above... people talking about it here quite openly when it is nothing related with rumours etc. It has been clearly said by admin that even speculation is not to be mentioned here, but that is happening frequently and people just aren't getting the hint (not you personally, but lots of it happening).

What does it matter? All this is happening because people are talking about speculation, at best, and random film related trivia at worst. NONE of that belongs HERE. There are OTHER threads for it, but some people seem to lack the common sense understanding this and seem to think it is their god given right to talk about it here. Its bloody annoying.

Dude I didn't know who Kylo Ren was, and was happy not knowing. Names of characters aren't mentioned in trailers, nor if they are associated with good or evil. Don't be so arrogant, and defensive of your hypocracy. You take for granted that knowing even the smallest bit of information is what everyone should know because it is 'obvious'. Well, it isn't if you are trying not to follow it all until the film comes out.
