  1. I won't know until I have them in hand, but it looks like I'll be sticking with the old style helmet with printed visors on faces. The helmets in the leaked pic look less good than the current versions.
  2. So, about the quiddich characters... Here is the 2010 version: And the new version: See this Instagram photo by @lego_world_club_2.0 And here is what they are based on: So the cape piece from the old sets is now printed on. I think I'll see what they look like without the cape, but they should probably have some sort of skirt piece instead with an opening at the front. Hopefully if Ravenclaw and Hufflepuff get their quidditch outfits in the CMS they'll come with printed legs to update the Gryffindor and Slytherin ones. This is not good news :(
  3. Won't those TRU be available in Lego stores anyway? And in the UK/US, won't they just find a different supplier? They look great!
  4. I know we have the CMS and a few other bits to come, but the Philosopher's Stone character line up his already looking very good! Only Hooch and the three other house ghosts are really missing from the Hogwarts based sets. We are getting two extra Gryffindor torsos with the extra Hermiones, which could go towards Dean, Nevile, Fred, George, Percy or Lee, so it's just a case of two more Slytherins for Crabbe and Goyle and quidditch robes to complete the teams. Molly, Ginny, Flitwick, the Dursleys and goblins could easily appear in future waves. Privet Drive, Hagrid's Hut and Diagon Alley are also missing but could come along in future. The only things missing are the Troll in the girl's bathroom and the Philosopher's Stone chambers.
  5. I edited my post but you must have gotten in there too quickly! My post was changed to say it's possibly Bole as the Harry Potter wikia lists that actor as a possibility for the character.
  6. Bole is possibly in the first film, I'm guessing they wanted a beater so there was a reason to include the bat.
  7. New photo on installation of a slithering quidditch player, it could be Terence Higgs, the seeker from the first film based on the hairpiece and scared looking face.
  8. It means it makes no sense to them, I'm guessing they aren't a Wizarding World fan :D
  9. Could anyone tell me how well the Psiaki X-Wing, Brickwright Y-Wing, Renegadeclone B-Wing and Jerac A-Wing and TIEs scale to eachother? If they are all the same relative scale, how do they compare to, say, the UCS Falcon or UCS Slave I? Thanks in advance!
  10. Any UK based people come across the DJ polybag in Tesco yet?
  11. Aside from Lando, Luke and Leia's torsos, and perhaps the Boba Fett with extra printing, the 2003 Cloud City wasn't a great set IMO. It was Legos first big location set and I don't think they really did themselves justice. In terms of OT locations, I'd say Cloud City was on a par with Hoth and Endor, so maybe an Ewok Village/Assault on Hoth sized set more than a UCS Death Star is what we can expect. Or maybe that's wishful thinking as I have Hogwarts on my list already :D
  12. Yes please!
  13. Hopefully we get a Bowtruckle as well, as that was pretty much the star beast of FB alongside the Niffler. So, so, SO cute.
  14. Are the UCS Porg, Resistance Transport and Throne Room sets the last wave we can expect from TLJ? TFA got three waves, thirteen sets, three battlepacks and two microfighters. With the future wave of three sets just mentioned, that's thirteen sets, one battlepack and basically five microfighters (if you split the A-Wing/TIE Silence and Crait Speeder/AT-M6 ones in two) over three waves for TLJ. As such, both movies get a pretty even selection of sets, although there are still a few obvious emissions from TLJ whereas TFA is almost entirely catered for.
  15. Is the Ford Anglia definitely coming in the Whomping Willow set? I think that probably means a future Privet Drive set is less likely. Without the car breaking the bars off Harry's bedroom window, the main play features would be the flying letters from PS, Dobby dropping the cake in COS and Marge's blowing up in POA, however none of these are as exciting as the car in my opinion. Hopefully we get the main three Dursley's in the CMS as has been rumoured, although I think those have been confirmed as false, with the posibility of Marge coming in a later series.
  16. Penelope Clearwater is the only one from the films, really. It might be easier to just have Ravenclaw boy/girl.
  17. I've gone through the cast lists for the first two Harry Potter films and removed characters from the Great Hall set, as well as the leaked Snape to give a good idea of which characters may appear in the CMF. Hogwarts staff and residents: Professors Flitwick, Sprout, Vector, Sinistra and Lockhart. Madams Pomfrey, Pince and Hooch. Filch. Ghosts Grey Lady, Bloody Baron, Fat Friar, Moaning Myrtle Students: Gryffindors Neville Longbottom, Dean Thomas, Seamus Finnegan, Fred, George, Ginny and Percy Weasley, Colin Creevey and Lee Jordan. Quidditch Players Oliver Wood, Katie Bell, Angelina Johnson, Alicia Spinnet. Slytherins Vincent Crabbe, Gregory Goyle, Millicent Bulstrode. Quidditch Players Marcus Flint, Adrian Pucey, Terence Higgs, Miles Bletchley. Ravenclaws Penelope Clearwater. Hufflepuffs Hannah Abbott, Ernie Macmillan, Justin Finch- Fletchley. Magical World: Molly and Arthur Weasley, Lucius Malfoy, Cornelius Fudge, Dedalus Diggle, Garrick Ollivander, Tom, Trolley Witch, Mr Borgin, Doris Crockford, Angus, Bozo. First Wizarding War Era Lily and James Potter Riddle Era Armando Dippet, Tom Riddle, Albus Dumbledore, Rubus Hagrid. Muggles: Vernon, Petunia and Dudley Dursley, Kings Cross Guard, Mr and Mrs Mason. Creatures: Griphook, Firenze, Dobby. That's about sixty characters, to fit in about twenty slots. There is also the possibility some characters without names (for example Ravenclaw Boy, Knockturn Alley Witch, etc) might be included. Some characters, like Pansy Parkinson and Lavender Brown were credited in these two films, but are background extras rather than the characters that appear in later films so I omitted them. It's possible some of the characters mentioned appear in the other three sets, especially Madam Hooch and the Gryffindor/Slytherin Quiddich Players. Others will probably never appear at all! Hope this list helps!
  18. CMS figs are the kind of thing that wouldn't show up in a regular set, so a set could easily have a regular suited Lupin or Sirius, but the CMS might have Lupin in his cardigan or Sirius in his prisoner robes.
  19. It's from the resistance bombadier
  20. As we don't know the contents of the big Hogwarts set it's hard to say, however I'd love to see the following locations/vehicles: Hogwarts Express, Knight Bus, Grimmauld Place, Ministry of Magic, Privet Drive. As well as the following Hogwarts events: Philosopher's Stone chambers, Chamber of Secrets, Triwizard Tournament, Dumbledore's Army/Room of Requirement room and DADA teacher offices (Lockhart, Lupin, Moody, Umbridge, Snape/Slughorn) that could maybe be switched in and out.
  21. Because I was tired. Here you go.
  22. The back of Quirrell's head has been revealed... Voldemort is there and looks as hideous as in the film!
  23. That's my plan for Sandage too. Looking through the Rogue One Visual Guide, Gold Leader, Blue Three and Blue Seven all have the grey squares design variant, along with Hobbie and Frix sharing Gold Leader's. If a new Gold Leader is forthcoming then that will be the fourth version of the helmet. If the X-Wing does indeed have Biggs, his mustachioed face will also be useful for Harb Binli and Ralo Surrel from Rogue One, with both their helmets available (Dak and Biggs respectively).
  24. Red Leaders is also in the Home One seen in RotJ, although I can't remember if it appears onscreen or just in stills from production. I didn't notice the sandspeeder helmet, I must get my hands on one! Also, would I be right in saying that Keir Sandage shares a helmet with Wedge?
