  1. That yellow droid in the Sandcrawler set. Anyone think it's the yellow R5 unit (R5-A4) that passes in front of the camera just before the 'these aren't the droids you're looking for' scene? The white and green R2 unit from the US Sandcrawler is from the same scene, but it was replaced with a Ronto in the newer editions.
  2. The preliminary box art for the Clone BP showed Ki-Adi-mundi with Coleman Trebor, the other thread reckons Barriss Offee. I'm really hoping it's the former, I knew I should have bought the AT-TE when I had the chance :0
  3. Assault on Hoth is listed as retiring soon. I'd love to get my hands on one, I'm not sure if I should order now when there is 10% off, or wait til January, and get DJ with my order (I'm in the UK). Does anyone know if lego normally do any sort of January Sale? Ta.
  4. Almost certainly adding the three HP sets to my to buy list! Hope the FB ones are good for people who want them too :)
  5. The X-Wing astromechs, one looks red. Red Leaders is a red R5 series, so maybe it's him in there!
  6. X-Wing - Luke/Biggs/Wedge/Gold Leader and respective droids? Would love to replace Luke in that list with Dodonna though. Samdcrawler - I hope I don't regret buying the UCS now, I felt it would be unique for years and this one looks much more like my scale. Hopefully a CZ series druid or Aunt Beru. Been too long since we've have 501St, hopefully more on the way :) Looks like a GOOD wave!
  7. Unless it's in the scene where Ben is overlooking the hangar talking to Rey, I don't think it's in there. It looks like the smaller version of the AT-HH on Craig though.
  8. If TFA sets were a sign of what we can expect, there will be two mini small waves, however the Han Solo movie might mean one of these waves delayed/cancelled. TFA also had four polybags. No idea if well see the same for TLJ, but I'd bet there will be at least one more mini waves and polybags for May 4th/force Friday.
  9. It looks a bit like the AT-HH, maybe it was based on a preliminary image of that? https://www.amazon.co.uk/Star-JediTM-Incredible-Cross-Sections/dp/0241281075 There is a cross section image on Amazon.
  10. Are we getting any more of those Rogue One polymers after the droid and Shoretrooper?
  11. Am I right in saying we have one DTC, a wave of sets and a CMS series confirmed, with Harry Potter confirmed and Fantastic Beasts possible? If the DTC is Hogwarts, there are three ways they could do it to be accurate to the films. Firstly, just the Grand Staircase Tower and the Great Hall, the most memorable bits of the castle. This would mean putting all the class rooms and common rooms in the tower. I'm guessing it'd be built on rocks, so the underground rooms would have a place. The Entrance Courtyard and Boathouse are also possible add ons here. Secondly, they could have the Grand Staircase Tower and Great Hall as above, but with the Quadrangle behind it, which has much more room for corridors and classrooms now, as well as three more towers. The problem with this are two bridges leading off from here, which would need to connect to something. There is also the Hospital Wing corridor that leads off the main Quadrangle, but this is more easily disguised. Finally, they could do the whole thing. I have planned my own version, and it would take up a huge space, so I'm not sure if they'll go down this route. It changes appearance from film to film, so I'd hope they go for the Deathly Hallows appearance as it is most current. It would be nice to see sets of parts of Hogwarts not included in the DTC, if indeed the DTC is Hogwarts and it is not the complete castle. The Quidditch Pitch, Greenhouses, Boathouse, the Owners, Hagrid's Hut, Triwizard Tasks and Forbidden Forest would all be good stand alone sets, or maybe a tower such as the Astronomy Tower. There are loads of non-Hogwarts sets with great potential. Diagon Alley is still a good set and the Hogwarts Express and Burrow are fine too, but Privet Drive and Hogsmeade could be updated. Grimmauld Place, Malfoy Manor, the Ministry of Magic would be cool, and there are numerous smaller locations that would be great to see realised.
  12. Would someone be able to make Denethor from the Lord of the Rings game please? https://vignette1.wikia.nocookie.net/lego/images/5/5e/Denetors.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20121222082213 Thanks!
  13. Interesting! If true, maybe Lego is going to do more variants (such as the tank commander) that didn't come in sets but don't need drastic new molds or prints. As such, I won't get my hopes up for Galen or Saw, but you never know. Did someone report that there would be four of them?
  14. I got R3-M2 today, and they threw in the R2-D2 polybag on top as they had spares.
  15. Blue Jacket Han appeared once before in the 2010 AT-AT
  16. I know the angle of the wings is a little off, but I think Thor's helmet from the Ragnarok sets may service as a 2nd age Gondorian one. There are photos on the front-page if you haven't seen :)
  17. Is R4 the same as either the Kamino planet set or Obi-Wan's 2016 interceptor? If so, none of the figures interest me at all, so I'll be picking up a minifig free version from eBay if I can get a good price.
  18. The clone gunner with the tank set, does it appear in the movies at all? I have a vague memory of gunners during the Battle of Coruscant, but not sure if they had the same colours and markings. I really like the recent (since 2012ish) of making slightly smaller, sturdier and more complete versions of what came before, the Star Destroyer being the most obvious example. The tank seems to be in the same vain, which I think is a good thing. Right now I'm working out the best way to get the 2015 Falcon and Rathtar Escape sets, as I'd like to save as much as I can on superfluous Hans, Chewies, Reys, Finns and BB-8s!
  19. The head is Marcus Flint's from Harry Potter :) Nice little playset!
  20. I'm incredibly excited about the potential that the droid Polybag, however the droid on it's own looks cool. It's not featured in the Ultimate Guide book, but I think there may be a photo of it on the Rebel Support page. There are loads of R2, R3 and R5 models they could produce for this, and hopefully an R4 mold could appear in future too. I get the feeling we've seen the last of Rogue One sets which is a shame as there was potential for another 4/5 set wave there (Saw's group, Blue Squadron X-Wing, Cargo Shuttle, AT-ACT, Hammerhead, Profundity) as well as quite a few nice minifigs.
  21. The Nomad looks ace, how exactly is the head put together?
  22. A few more from the Prequel Trilogy: I: Trade Federation control ship - Obi-Wan, Nute Gunray, Rune Haako, Tey How, Pilot Battle Droid, Security Battle Droid, Pk Droid (£100) Trade Federation Lander - Qui-Gon, Jar Jar, Commander Battle Droid, Battle Droid, Mini MTT, AAT, PAC (£80) II: SPHA-T - Adi Gallia, Bultar Swan, Wat Tambor, Clone Trooper, Geonosian Battle Droid (£80) Coruscant Speeder Chase - Zam Wessel, Zam's Droid, Obi-Wan, Anakin, Typho (£50) III: Invisible Hand - Obi-Wan, Anakin, Palpatine, Grievous, Super Battle Droid x2 (£100) Wookiee Attack - Catamaran and smaller ship - Chewing, Yoda, Tarrful, Wookiee Warrior, 41St trooper
  23. For all those saying 4LOM and Zuckuss, as much as I'd love them, I think a more likely line up would feature Dengar, IG-88 (with new head piece/printed piece) Bossk and Greedo, as both of those already have elements specifically for them.
  24. I'm quite enjoying re-watching the Prequel Triliogy for the first time in years, so here are a few (and very wishfull) suggestions: I: Gian Speeder - Boss Nass, Royal Guard, Padme (black clothes) (£30) Royal Starship - Amidala (black dress), Padme (orange handmaiden robes), Captain Panaka, Ric Olie, Battle Droid (similar to the 2016 Sith Infiltraror) II: Acclamator - Shaak Ti, Eeth Koth, Clone Trooper, Battle Droid x2 (£100) Hardcell - Pablo-Jill, San Hill, super battle droid (£30) III: UT-AT - with Ki-Adi-Mundi, Commander Bacara, Marine x2, Battle Droid x2 (Similar to 2016's Turbo Tank price and piece count wise) Battle on Utapau - Commander Cody, 212 Trooper (not airborne) and Tion Medon vs. a Muckraker (£30)
  25. I really like the look of all these sets, but the prices are a sticking point for me, I don't think any over £20 merit their price point. The A-Wing is £15 more then the previous version if memory serves, for instance. I'll hopefully get them all discounted, and try and fill the gaps in my collection with aftermarket stuff in the meantime. With the Y-Wing from Rogue One and updated X-Wing and TIEs from episode VII, I can see why sets may be repeated more often than is ideal, but the could have been replaced by a TIE Bomber or TIE Interceptor or Cloud Car that haven't been around for over a decade. Having said that, all the sets and figs look impressive and I can't wait to add them to my collection (probably in 2021!)
