there was a clickits question on belug.be as well... it seems these pieces are Lego compatible, but according to some one on belug, they're produced in China and distributed by TLC. the writer seems to remember having seen the text "made in China" on the clickits box. they're not a lego product, it seems. i can't verify this, i don't have clickits

i think the spin-off will not be linked very closely to the films. we have a time-frame (between ep3 - ep4) and we'll probably see lot's of ships, scenery,... of the films in the series... that saves money; we also have the general story (rebels fighting the empire) however, i don't think we'll be seeing the major characters of the films, except for a guest role or so... don't forget, these hollywood stars don't have time to work in films and for tv at the same time. i'm not sure about the plans of these superstars, but it's highly unlikely we'll see them all back in a tv series... this probably means that Lucas will get a new cast... i also think that Lucas is very much aware of the legendary status of the films and all characters involved. i think he will try and get some closure after ep3. For lucas, money doesn't really matter, so he doesn't have to produce yet another show with Vader... At best, we'll get a "Young Han Solo", but i think Lucas will try not to touch either one of the iconic characters...

that's a very good question! is it a prototype or just the result of a lego designer getting creative? what is really weird is that some parts, like the wedge of the nose of this thing, were never produced in this colour, according to bricklink cat. I don't think TLC would set up a production line just for this model, so... i like the legs of this thing, they really look powerful, especially compared to the legs of the AT ST... could there be a UCS set involved?

welcome to this forum of weird people, called eurobricks the best thing you can do with these expensive and super large sets is to look for the cheapest seller. i was lucky to find my ISD on ebay. i just paid 260 dollars, no tax/vat... i don't think i'll buy the moon, tho... it's just not good enough... i'll buy a sandcrawler or two instead... if that's any good... are you suggesting to go to the eurobricks event, or are you going to wait with your purchase untill we provide you with more info about the moon, after our trip?

i'd like to interrogate the entire staff: 1) did they see/notice anything out of the ordinary during this trip? 2) do they recognise any passenger as a regular passenger? 3) especially the train conductor: how did he know how to contact Mr. M, a friend of Mr. Phes. he must have known Phes, M. and second victim 4) i also want to look for clues in second victims' room and maid's room 5) isn't it weird that Mr.M is just close by when Phes dies? why did jipay shake his hands? 6) who is that second victim, anyway?

in fact, by making this dump thing a one piece, TLC probably safed the customer a lot of money. the price of Lego sets depends on production costs, but also on total weight (don't ask me how or why (probably distribution or so...), my retailer just told me), the heavier a set, the more expensive. I'm quite certain this one piece thing is a lot cheaper in production and weighs less than all the weight of all the bricks you would need...

Phes, mr.M and the second victim... thery're linked to each other because of the past (pirate actions) Perhaps they had to burry a treasure in prague (or some place else, starting with Vlad) the second victim killed Phes, M kills second victim) compass was needed to find the treasure, the cutlass ... what about that unstamped train ticket? to where? who is it for?, the killer must have known the area, because he knew there was a tunnel, which is an ideal spot for a killing...

another problem: "a faint scream is heard, then a shot". who screamed, why did he scream? how could he have seen whatever was coming? really guys, you need reread the first thread again... who picked up the gun? who's on the train? you guys, a maid, a waiter, a driver, who else?

don't know if any one has said this before: the lights where off when Phes was shot, right? so, who could have turned off the lights, shoot Phes, do all the things afterwards, like throwing away the gun, and go back to his original position, without any one seeing anything? what do we know about this last murder? how was she killed? the same gun? surely not, some one would have heard... i still don't have a decent suggestion for the motive, do you? we must use our grey cells, ... yoda, why do we know the maid knew the killer? why didn't she say anything? surely she'd be alive today if she'd said anything...

it's a mining truck, you see those in diamond mines, for instance... not in a city... two remarks: overall, this looks great, but i was hoping for more pieces, for the "one-piece whatever you call it in english" behind the driver the tyres are not good. they look as if Ferrari produced them. TLC should have gone for the large or extra large tyres of the "classic" technic sets. those really give the illusion of being able to carry heavy loads... I also feel that the current wheels are a bit too small for this truck. in reality, this truck would probably have collapsed in the middle. you need larger wheel, closer to each other...

so, Master yoda, finally, your last brain cell has died? :P :P these sets are really awful... to my knoledge, this belville line was not particularly the best line ever... the original number is 5827. yes, these two people are supposed to be the royal couple. the origal figs have blond hair, for instance. the set itself is the same, TLC just changed the background and the figs.

Are you sure the killer is one of you, guys? you were in the room with phes, but does that really mean one of you shot him? who else is in the train, and why did you let apo,... go? he might have done it for whatever reason... and ... nobody saw anything weird BEFORE the killing? I don't know ... details... did you hear people saying something to others? so some one shot Phes with a gun? nobody saw anything before the murder that could have been a gun? my advice, guys, is go back to the scene of the crime and reconstruct the moments before and after the murder... on a personal note: murder or not, you should all be locked up... :P
