I think Marvel will follow up the Thor 2 Cliff hanger in Avengers 3 instead of Thor 3. The main reason for this is that Loki was working for Thanos, and most likely still is. Now Loki is in control of the Tesseract ( infinity gem one) the infinity gauntlet and his staff from Avengers ( the gem in the staff could be another Infinity gem). Not to mention that Loki also sent another infinity gem to the collector another person working with Thanos. It will be interesting to see if Loki gets a cameo in GotG as the Guardians will have an infinity gem as well. With Thor 3 the Enchantress is great news for Loki. Surely Thor would become supisious after a while. However if Thanos or one of Thanos associates convinces Enchatress to attack Asguard or Thor, it will cause a distraction that would allow Loki to move the gauntlet and gem/gems to Thanos. Or ( as Odin) comand the Warriors three to move them to the collector for safe keeping, while Asguard is under attack. Either way I think Thanos has Loki where he needs him to be, I get the feeling everything after Thor one was Thanos getting Loki to the throne.

I think out of those Couslon is more likely. I'm thinking either Winter Solider, Nick Fury or a Chrome Iron man.

I think what LEGO would do with this type of set ( lantern vs lantern ) would be to include two vehicles that are each made of translucent pieces. Too of the top of my head would be a jet for Hal Jordan and some kind of yellow Translucent Spaceship. Of course if you didn't like the vehicles then you have enough parts to make what ever for each character.

I just picked up the Man Bat attack in my local TESCOs. Personally I think it's a great set, Nightwing is almost perfect and both the glide and Bat Coptor are great.

It doesn't mean that the licence for the Simpsons, includes X-men. Besides why would LEGO pay for another contract, when they can already make X-men sets based on the comic variants.

Surely the problem lies with WB who unlike Marvel own full rights to all of the DC characters, yet some how have made 7 Batman films, 6 Superman films, 1 Batman spin off, 1 Superman spin off and Green lantern in the past few decades. The Big Bang Theory is currently doing a better job at promoting DC Heroes, than WB is. No wonder all LEGO keep giving us is Batman and Superman they have very little help from WB.

Doesn't mean wolverine and the sentinel aren't in the set. The description wasn't very detailed so I'm assuming he left it out while trying to remember all the information about other sets.

That's the Rocket Racoon figure from the LEGO Marvel Superheroes Video Game. The official images of the character from Marvel show him in an orange outfit.

I highly doubt it's near the size of the S.H.I.E.L.D fighter jet. Also I'm guessing most of the parts are large aeroplane pieces like wings. Large parts always drive up the price because of how much more they cost to make. Lastly we may be getting a few new molds in the set which increase the price as well. We already know of wolverines mask, but Storm could get a new mold as well or the plane could contain new pieces.

Interesting news, I'm glad we're getting the Astonishing outfit for Cyclops, it's by far his best fit next too the original 60's outfit. Hopefully we will see some more astonishing outfits like Beast's. It's also good to see we're getting Cyclops and Storm who are the two most difficult purist customs to make ( next to Beast and Nightcrawler ). It's also great to get confirmation that LEGO will make Batman vs Superman sets, but now since there's an unexpected gap next year I find it more likely to get more JL members.

It's mainly because X-men isn't getting a huge amount of publicity at the moment. Marvel playing it smart since all three sub themes are Marvel owned. At the moment marvel is making 4 Kids TV shows, Ultimate Spidey, Avengers Assemble, Hulk and S.M.A.S.H and Guardians of the Galaxy next year. They also own the live action rights to all of those, except Spidey but Marvel own the merchandising rights around that film. All of those Characters are getting films as well ( Hulk has to share however with Avengers ) so it makes sense that Marvel is pushing these characters. They want kids to either A) buy a Avengers Lego set and then be interested in watching the cartoon and or film. B) see the cartoon or film and then buy the merchandise. Marvel aren't pushing the X-men because they don't have a huge stake in the movie franchise, they don't own either the film rights or the merchandise rights. Same with Fantastic Four which by the looks of things won't revert back to Marvel for a while. I wouldn't be surprised if we start to see Daredevil, Iron Fist, Luke Cage and Jessica Jones in LEGO over the next two years. I know we've already got USM versions of Iron Fist and Luke Cage, but Marvel is making a big push for them, as they are with Antman and Doctor Strange.

Not really the minimum wage in the USA is $7.25 which equals £4.42 . We earn more per hour ( assuming your over 21 years old at £6.31 per hour ). Meaning not only do we technically earn more but as of typing $50 dollars translates to £30.46 on the exchange rate. So in all fairness it's better for us Brits, considering we earn more and lego doesn't seem to currently be screwing us on exchange rate.

I'm still not going to rule out an D2C X-Mansion sometime in the next year and a half. So hopefully if we do get a X-Mansion we will see a variety of new characters. I'm pleased Cyclops is getting his 'Astonishing' suit from Joss Weadon's run. The 90's version in the video game looked terrible, as does most of the 90's outfits for Marvel and DC. One hopeful factor for storm getting a new mold is that TT games added in the upcoming figures for both Wolverine and Cyclops, so since they didn't with Storm it's possible that's how she'll look. Off course the one thing going against that is that the new Magneto Variant isn't in the game.

The only reason there were so many Big figs in the video game, was to give players choice. The game had new mechanics that only the Hulk could operate. This was fine but it meant that if a player didn't like using Hulk they were stuck with him. Hence why so many big figs were added. That's not to say certain characters like Colossus and The Thing would have made it into the game, but both of these characters are not large enough to warrant big figs. Only a few characters like Hulk, red Hulk, Juggernaut and Blob really need to be big figs.

Fox still own both Galactus and Silver Surfer. Marvel offered them a deal where they would keep the Daredevil licence for a few years in exchange for both Galactus and Silver Surfer. Marvel wanted both of them to appear in Guardians of the Galaxy. However Fox want to use both characters in the FF reboot and most likely to spin Surfer off into another film, hence why Fox let Daredevil return to Marvel.

If LEGO got the Smallville licence we would have much of a Justice league. Many characters didn't appear in their costumes, and when they finally did show the justice league it was based on the 1940's incarnation. That means no Hal Jordan, Barry Allen or Arthur Curry. A large percent of characters wouldn't even be recognisable as they will just be teenagers in hoodies. It's also highly unlikely that we will see sets based on the new Flash show or those animated movies. The flash show is a spin of from arrow, so it will most likely target the same age group and have a more adult over tone. The Animated films created by DC tend to be incredible violent. Under the Red hood is a prone example of this. Plus it's hard to market toys around a straight to DVD animated film which usually won't get a sequel or TV series. At the moment LEGO is really doing the best they can do to appeal to both kids and adult fans. It's not even really DC's fault as WB is in control of all DC properties outside of comics.

Well they are variants of the existing figures. Plus we don't know that it's just one set, it could be two. LEGO are most likely including Magneto since he we now be out of circulation, and is the main x-men villain. Plus he has a huge role in the new film. Wolverine on the other hand was most likely included to try and please fans, a huge amount of people were complaining about the lack of a cowl. So this version is most likely to keep people happy. Plus he is the most well know x-man.

Well I'm pretty sure we will get normal eyed versions with regular outfits in the CMF series. It wouldn't really be a Simpsons CMF series without the main 5, in regular outfits. The only reason for different outfits/expressions in the house is to give people exclusive outfits for spending such a large amount.

USA TV show not British TV show. In 2009 The Simpsons became the longest running American sitcom, animated TV show and Prime time scripted television show.
-
Well it is the 25th anniversary of the show which is a pretty big deal, plus isn't simpsons the oldest is TV show or something? The same arguments can be made for both Star Wars and Indiana Jones. After episode 3 Star Wars didn't have much of a coming out for a while, however LEGO still made sets for 7 years until episode 7 was announced.
-
Agreed. I think LEGO is really testing the market with a CMF line to see if a production of sets would be popular.
