Who let the (blue)coats out? Wof Wof Wof Wof!
SerenityInFire replied to Itaria No Shintaku's topic in LEGO Pirates
They all have the same face. Are they all brothers? -
I don't mean to be a snob or anything, but the word is HARBINGER, with no R after the B. Back onto the topic of the build, and I think it looks great! You did a wonderful job of capturing all of the proper angles.

I can tell you took a lot of influence from the Monster Fighters Haunted House for the exterior which still has enough original design and details to be something completely unique. I have to say my favorite part of the build is the scene with the babies in the cauldron. He he he.

The for the Green Dragon knights' king, I recommend using the body and legs of the CMF Actor. Looks great otherwise.

I really like your throwback builds, LittleJohn. This building and the cart are built with modern pieces in modern colors and with modern techniques, but still convey that certain look and feel of the classic castle sets.

Not the best pictures but... Skeleton Army: : Crown Knight Army: UPDATE: Thought I should mention that I'm in the process of building castles/walled cities for BOTH factions. :D

I like how the guy in the knight's helmet has the Mirkwood Elf legs with the keys on them. It's like they killed the knights guarding the building and he took all of their keys... that or he's the Wolfpack janitor.

LEGO Elves 2017 Discussion
SerenityInFire replied to Peppermint_M's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
After watching a few videos, I have to say that I prefer the old animation much more to the new animation. Mind you, I don't think the new animation is bad. I just don't like it as much. -

I'm both a collector and a builder. I do build all my sets and prefer to keep them intact.

Very nice work. I especially like the dragon head on the front of the boat.

I knew this was built by the "dragon lands guy" the minute I saw the wings. This build is a thing of beauty. It absolutely astounds me that you are not working for Lego.
-
You've got a really good start there! It's definitely better than what you had before.

That's pretty awesome! How many pieces? That's a pretty awesome MOC! How many pieces is it?
