  1. I personally like Nexo Knights, and I know a lot of other people on here like Nexo too. As much as I like that theme and would like to see it continue, it just doesn't scratch that classic medieval castle theme itch. I do think a medieval castle theme could survive in today's market. Just look at the popularity of medieval themed video games like Elder Scrolls and the WarCraft series. Not to mention that things like Magic: The Gathering and War Hammer are still quite popular, maybe more popular than ever. There is a market for a medieval castle theme, and Lego just has to figure out the how best to capitalize on it. BTW, with the 40th anniversary of classic castle and space coming up soon, maybe Lego could do a medieval knights vs space aliens theme? Just an idea. :)
  2. Great work on all your structures! Keep up the good work!
  3. Got the Y-Wing Fighter the other day from Wal-Mart for just $48.
  4. But anyway, I'm looking forward to the new movie. The new dragon set especially.
  5. I'm confused. So is Lloyd half gorilla?
  6. I just want them to bring back orcs/trolls and those wonderful warg molds.
  7. Now how many factions did Chima have? And that one was for kids. I think having more than two factions could/would work. Fantasy era also had four factions and was one of the best castle themes ever.
  8. The skull tower is pretty cool. The alchemy platform is a little underwhelming though.
  9. I agree that it would be cool to have a castle theme where each side has more than 3 prints, and more individualized accessories. EDIT: Unlike modern armies, soldiers in the middle ages had pay for/scavenge their own equipment, so they should be a little bit more varied than the typical LEGO medieval soldier.
  10. This is a pretty neat build. It is executed to perfection. Any plans for a Chapel of the Robin God? :D
  11. It looks like you've got a pretty good start so far. Any plans for windows?
  12. This is a nice design. It's simple and effective. I also like what you did with the rock work.
  13. That is some absolutely amazing work. Keep it going!
  14. In all seriousness, I'd love to see a Lego Shovel Knight series of minifigures.
  15. Gorgeous. Simply gorgeous! I really like the use of the grey baby t-rexes as gargoyles.
  16. Those are some gorgeous buildings.
  17. That totally reminds me of this...
  18. I like the use of Carnage's body for that nice defleshed look. Great work!
  19. I think you did a great job with your upgrade there. It's simple, but effective and matches the style of the original build while also adding a few new details.
  20. This is a most excellent build. And with 3 Shredders, those turtles sure have their work cut out for them!
  21. That's a pretty nifty video you made. It really shows off the build and the various play features included in the set. I myself have been bricklinking the pieces to build the boat, and it's pretty awesome.
  22. That sounds pretty cool. I look forward to seeing it. :)
  23. I'm probably the only one building up an army of skeletons.
  24. Wow, just wow. This is an amazing build.
