I reallllllly hope they do something special like a number limited edition first run or similar. I'm typically not a "first day release" kind of buyer, but I would throw my money at a special release edition. Otherwise, I will just wait until double-VIP or discount.

Thanks for the thoughts on Jabba's Sail Barge! Today I purchased a 6210. Built once display only condition, with box, instructions, and non-applied sticker sheet. Got it for considerably less than a MISB 75020. In the end, the front bow of 75020 was the killer for me. As for the "dated" mini figs in 6210, I actually don't mind them. They have a certain amount of old school charm.

Jabba's Sail Barge...what would you do? (of note, I do have 9516 Jabba's Palace) Option-1: New, sealed MISB 75020 Option-2: Used, but "near mint" 6210 (with box, instructions and all minifigs) Option-3: Wait for inevitable future re-release...

Neat idea, but I think just a re-hashed Endor bunker with 4-5 minifigs would suffice. Something like the Battle on Scarif set.

I picked up a MISB Jabba's Palace (9516) and Rancor Pit (75005) for less than the original retail prices! Never know what you're going to find out there...

Same here, I have 2x 75153 AT-ST walkers so really just want the bunker and the glider to go with my other Endor sets. Perhaps I will take a look at bricklinking it. Off topic: does anyone have a bricklist for just the 8038 bunker?

That's my thought as well. With more and more new SW content on the horizon there will be less shelf space for the OT and even CW sets. For some of the 2017 OT sets like the A-Wing, Landspeeder, and Desert Skiff they are limited retail exclusives. Hopefully we will still get a healthy dose of medium to large OT sets in the future, even if they are remakes. (Cloud City, Yoda's Hut, Tantive IV, etc). Side note: I'm close to pulling the trigger on a MISB 8038 Battle of Endor set to go with my Ewok Village, Ewok Attack, and Endor Battle Packs. I'm just fearful of a 8038 re-release as the bunker scenes are quite memorable and prime for a rehash.

Thoughts on a new Jabba's Sail Barge being released anytime in the next 1-2 years? 6210 was released in 2006, followed up by 75020 in 2013....but with the 2017 release of 75174 Desert Skiff Escape could there be another barge on the horizon? Part of my reasoning is that the last skiff (9496) was released in 2012, just one year prior to 75020.

Missed opportunity. It's pretty much just a rehash of the 9498 with hyperdrive ring added. While in general I can live a rehash/updated starfighter, the fact that they went with the flawed cockpit design of 9498 is troublesome. For May the 4th, I built The Phantom (75170). UCS Tie Fighter is next in the "built queue".

Are we expecting to see another "UCS" super-car this year to follow-up the Porsche?

Hmm, I'm not wowed by 75191. Even at a reasonable price, I'll probably skip it. It just doesn't look like a playable or displayable set. Bring on the MF!!!
