  1. Thanks Mpyromaxos!
  2. Excellent build that matches the story line well I hope the poor farmer was able to escape The climbing path and crumbling stones in the graveyard are especially cool
  3. Thanks Zblj!
  4. Beautiful composition, and plenty of hidden details that make my like the build more the more I look at it The well, awning, lock on the door, offset windows, chimney, palm trees, and path texture are all wonderful Lovely offsets and color use on the front wall of the house too
  5. Oh my, what a story Very pretty build as well, with the dark red and white facade, and nicely wood paneled interior
  6. John and I had lots of fun assembling our Frozen Beyond prizes, and will find the parts useful for future MOCs: Thanks again, Ecc!
  7. Thank you Thanks Kai, I really liked how the cottage turned out
  8. Lovely little house, the wooden beams at the corners, and use of technic brick with cross are both clever and effective designs Nice fenced pigsty as well
  9. The SNOT tiling gives a great wooden planking effect and I absolutely love how you set it on stilts Wonderful water and mangrove trees too. Plus you included a great interior with curving staircase and even shutters behind the windows!
  10. Love the dialogue in this story Superb dungeon area with the run down stone walls, and low barred window
  11. Stunning port scene It is builds like this that make me enjoy the Pirate theme so much Each building is excellent, and has its own unique look with the different colors and styles you've given them
  12. Sweet roof styling with all the loose boards! The forge is also excellent, and I like the 'gift wrapping' for the sword
  13. The Avalonian banners bring some nice color to the interior, and some curtains, torches, and floor pattern could add even more detail. I like the statues as well
  14. The second story wooden walkway is a cool touch, as is the hanging lantern I haven't seen a roof built with technic parts like that before either
  15. Lovely landscape, the way you tilted the whole base is really clever Great color choices as well
  16. I've always liked the original Ninja line. Good review of a very cool set. I hadn't realized those fish pieces came in Ninja sets
  17. Cool siege engines and they fit the goblin aesthetic nicely I like how you present your builds with a story as well
  18. Thanks BrickCurve Thanks John, glad you like it! I thought the turret was a nice way to make the tower more unique Thanks Garmadon!
  19. Lovely architecture model. You really did a wonderful job replicating the original building in LEGO form The windows, stairs, and trees are my favorite parts
  20. Great start to your Age of Mitgardia builds! Love the pig cart idea The cart looks like it has a good selection of weapons available
  21. I think the number of positive comments does show significant appreciation for your build. Suggestions concerning photography are meant to be helpful, and seeing as your pictures are all that we can use to view your creation, they are quite important. Larger builds are definitely more difficult to photograph, but also more deserving of photography effort. When someone offers photography tips they probably just want to be able to see your model better If you prefer to spend time building rather than photographing/editing that's totally fine.
  22. Thank you, I'm glad you think so as I tried to leave it open for expansion on all sides Thanks Jreacher! Thank you for the comment
  23. It is definitely still going on, and there's no foreseeable end date for it. You post your build topic in the Guilds of Historica sub-forum, and then post a link to that in this thread and title the build with AoM: "Subcategory Name, Phase number": Name of build For example: AoM: Gatehouse Phase 3: Bodiam Castle. If you need any further clarification just ask
  24. Thanks Titus! And it's always good to occasionally build in another guild's setting Thanks dG Thanks Gideon, I was pleased to be able to replicate your window design now that I have some 1x2 curved slopes Thanks Alfadas! Thank you, and yeah, rounded is a lot less common Thanks Captain, I do enjoy building towers Thanks Blufiji!
  25. +1 to DarkDragon for great communication and a smooth trade
