New pictures of the fox are out, and I have to say same as with the wolf mould they did a great job with it. I hope they won´t be to expensive once they hit PAB - and that the red ones come in a cheaper set whenever we will get those.

There are new pictures for the train, including better pictures of the foxes. They look smaller than on the first picture, though that isn´t a bad thing, since they looked to big there anyways. Kinda strange there are no pictures of the other set yet.

Hard to tell when we don´t even know what is included in the set, yet. The one eyed witch was never displayed in the movies as far as I remember, so I wouldn´t think they will make that one - and I don´t think the universal things are that much more likely, but I really like the idea to get fudge and his sleigh (and maybe Hagrid, if he isn´t already included in the Set?)

I don´t doubt it is a shield, just wouldn´t be sure it is a moulded one ;). But anyways it is strange that we didn´t get any info on them in the description, as you would think, no matter if it is moulded, printed, stickered or brick built, it is an important part of the overall build. Well, we will see with time what it really is, I hope you are right. If they are indeed moulded shields, what do you think will be on them? A unicorn on one and a Pegasus on the other? Facing towards each other - that would be what I would want to see.

It certainly wouldn´t be the first. Honestly, at first I also thought, it would be unlikely, since Creator usually prefers to build stuff, rather than use a sticker, so especially a heart sticker would be strange. But if the shields are a stickers anyways, because the show a horse or unicorn on them, then they can just use a big sticker instead I guess (not saying it couldn´t be three small ones thought). And yeah, there are stickers in Creator Sets, the Postcards have them, though the best example probably is 31131 Downtown Noodle Shop. I also thought if they maybe would make a print for it and while I think it is possible, they probably would more likely use a sticker. No shit sherlock. Your point was that it wouldn´t be accurate sizewise because it would be just a drawing. But unlike just copying something you see directly tracing it would only vary very slightly size-wise. Don´t get me wrong, I would be more than happy to be wrong here and get one or two more new shields, but to me the most likely option would be sticker, followed by print and just afterwards that the tracing was off by that much.

Well it isn´t. He traced the leaked image he got, so the actual size of stuff should stay the same. What it would be? A sticker seems like the most likely option honestly. Not just a bit small, but way to small.

Well I didn´t expect an actually castle, though not a my little pony style one either - I thought we would get a kids playcastle or bouncer castle. Well, yeah it doesn´t make much sense but it doesn´t really bother me either, in the end there are a lot things included in the castle and since the mirror doesn´t need that much room it kinda makes sense to put him in the narrow space there - and it works good for the mirror scene, where Harry sees his parents IMO - for the Voldemort Scene, it still can be placed somewhere else. That is also a possible option. If they call him Kettleburn, than he was mentioned somewhere to be that person. We have seen with Gloin that they wouldn´t name him if there is no source. And if it is just some interview that is a extra on one of the dvds.

Those are way to small to be actual shields though.

Yeah, that was a great GWP, but it doesn´t really scream Creator when you look at it. That is actually a good point, when you look at it from this point of view it makes a lot sense.

Normally dogs are also brickbuilt in creator Sets. The only animals I really remember as moulded ones are crabs and fish, though pretty sure if we would look there would also be a frog somewhere.

The phoenix and the Thestral are brickbuilt, however moulds for both of them exist ( not a chick version though)

Unlike you I do belive that both inhouse and licensed sets are good and needed. To me it is total megablocks to claim one is good and the other is bad. I like some licensed themes but don´t care about some others and same for unlicensed - like most people that buy Lego I would say. However that doesn´t mean themes I am not into should disappear ;). I would prefer fanboys over haters. As it would with Castle. The whole point seems rather to be to claim things without any proof, hate against licenses in general and especially Star Wars and to troll the EB-Community. I am not really a fan of the Sequel trilogy, but I liked the Solo Films, Rogue One and all series I watched so far. I think Disneys main fault was making the Sequels in a ways noone really wanted to see. I mean they basically destroyed the end we got with the 6th film and personally having the kid of Leia and Han turn evil (and basically becoming a Darth-Vader-copy) was the least I wanted to see from a new SW Film. To argue I would kinda expect arguments. And those are clearly lacking here.

Yeah, but I was referring to the leakers and not to their sources. The thing is, a leaker would likely rather post the info himself, while they keep their sources secret. So if someone claims to have the info from a reliable leaker, he can´t mean a source either, because he wouldn´t know who are the leakers sources ;). Of course he could get a own source that has proven his reliability to him in the past, so who knows. But as I said, the info we got isn´t really any anyways, actually if someone were claiming there would be no more sets, that would be more of a news.

It looks like all Lego inhouse themes are going to retire soon, all of them are on Sale, all of them. So you better buy every set you can, because they seem to selling so bad, that next year all of them get replaced by licensed themes. Source: Anonymous Youtubers, a lego frog and a goldfish. If you excuse me now, I´ll have to go buy some licensed Lego sets. Because I only buy licenses now. Oh. And likely the new creator castle. And the Hounted Mansion. And maybe some City sets.

Claiming that there is another set next year, isn´t really a bet I would be afraid to lose, so it is easy to claim that. I wonder, when people claim they got it from a reliable leaker, why the leaker wouldn´t post it himself then. But eitherway, I am pretty sure there will be more next year eitherway. And sooner or later (probably more the first) we will hear about it from a more reliable source.

I was never really a fan of the brick built version, but the first version looks really dated nowadays. The new version just looks so much better to me, I think the bulkier body fits better with the three heads and overall size, the old version looks actually quite small compared to it - and I also do think it fits better compared to a minifig (though of course the real fluffy would still be bigger compared to the kids) Overall I would say however, that the body mould wasn´t done with just the dog in mind, and could surely also be used for other creatures, so I do wonder for what else they could use it. Personally I wish that mould would have been avaiable sooner, because I do think it would have been great for the owlbear in the D&D set. Yeah, the first version didn´t really look much like fluffy especially the head. I think the new version suits him much better.

I think he is mainly referring to that 3-1 always gave us just very little minifigures, like the 3 in 1 castle had only 3 not counting the skeleton, and there is just one set that had more than that as far as I can see. Getting 6 minifigures now is a huge improvement and the lack of minifigures was always what bothered me most about the previous castle. And sure, you can order more on pick a brick, but not everyone knows that and regular customers in a shop would probably be pretty disappointed about that fact.

If they wouldn´t I would guess Lego wouldn´t do them. And honestly, they have improved a lot in the last years and especially the bigger Lion King and 101 Dalmatians puppy sets look really great, and I wouldn´t have a doubt that those are selling well.

The only possible explanation if the leaker would be wrong to me though would be that he indeed meant this set with the wolf den - but that also seems unlikely to me. Anyways, the release isn´t that long so I would expect them to be official revealed soonish anyways, especially since it is a city set, that usually are revealed earlier from release than icons sets for instance.

They are on a totally different hill though. Still strange choice to have them that high up, a more central role so you see them faster would make more sense to me IMO That was actually not what I meant. More that both sets including wolves would be strange, but if the other set has wolves than this set having foxes makes more sense, because the same animal in both sets would just be strange talking about two big sets, where you could easily put a ice bear with two cubs instead.

Oh right, the set said to have the wolf den was actually the other one. I thought the little cave next to the train tracks was supposed to be this. Getting both foxes and wolves would of course be the perfect option. Having the same animals in both Sets, especially of that size, would be a strange choice, would make more sense for one to include polar bears then. Maybe it is just a warning sign for falling rocks.

Agreed on the part with the head but there is no way the fox would have no stud. However, I think it is a strange arangement for the fox. I mean up on the cliff you would rather expect a wolf than a fox, and sizewise it would look more than a wolf too, so I am wondering if it is indeed a new mould for a fox, or just the wolf, which might just look different, because of the angle. I would actually think the wolf seems more likely to me, but I won´t complain if it is indeed the fox.

Well, we have to agree to disagree then. The duplo bears and the new fluffy mould are poles apart. If someone would compare duplo with friends animals, I could agree, but not with the fluffy mould ;). Just search for legoleak on reddit
