this brings up a point I have been wanting to know. Is there a limit to how many gems can be fused into a single weapon? Because I believe a fusion of Ruby, Opal, Aquamarine, and Emerald leaves no weaknesses and still is effective against Beasts, Earth Monsters, and Plants. And if you add the rarer diamond and amethyst, you still have no weakness but also get a stronger attack against the undead and humanoids. Which I for one would like to put in a weapon, if only for roleplaying reasons.

IC: De'kra replied, "Not yet. As I said, Teams in war zone, Teams can not afford to test potions under these conditions. If drinker becomes sick, they might not be able to get aid they require, or just take away medical attention from wound soldiers. Either way fighting force will be down one soldier unnecessarily. Whoever drink potion should wait till Teams leave fort and are in safe place, it too great risk. If you want you can have potion, but wait until you in safer place before drink. Maybe some town and healers would be best, not that I doubt ability of Healers in parties. But just because Teams have healers still not mean group should risk deplete Ether and Tonics, especially near battle. This make sense?"

OOC: we so will never find out what the potions do. IC: De'kra nodded and clicked, "I know him, but I only met him before I previous quest. He and I use that journal system to communicate across two different quests back in Uland, to share ideas for defeat siege in Quest 17. Sorry, I not most comfortable in start conversation. It easier for I to talk if someone approach first, likewise have past communications and person make it much easier. At least that what I observe." "It should have been obvious Russel was traitor," said De'kra after a pause, "When Team was in cultists caves, he not help Team fight beasts nor help Team fight cultists. He was soldier, why would he not fight? Especially since his homeland is in danger? I thought it was odd, but yet I not follow it to logical explanation. I got to remember to stop trust any guide that just sit back in fights." "I probably not use potion," commented De'kra, "I know too little of it and if it bad I not want to be poison in war zone. I would only take resources away from wound soldiers. So if anything I will wait."

IC: De'kra shook his head and clicked, "Olmak are not to be taken lightly. I knew warrior who use Olmak for much of his life, and had most control of Olmak than anyone. But even he once made a tiony error that sent a Hero hurdle to another reality. Worse, Olmak keep work even if damage. Most Kanohi, or masks, can no longer access their power once damage dealt, and from then on can only be used for the primary purpose of Kanohi. But Olmak can still be used to make dimension gates when damage, and it might seem like nothing wrong and mask. But mask will begin to behave incorrectly, one second you will use Olmak to take shortcut to swamp, next minute you in a reality where most of heroes you know are evil, you never became hero, and entire universe is military state and anyone who pauses for second is assult by police. And that is actual example, not hypothetical. And all Kanohi, no matter how great, suffer natural wear and tear. All masks will become damage eventually, and Olmak are not excluded. Olmak will break down, and they will begin to have errors. I really hope you journal technology not rely on Olmak, because it will not end well." "Still it not as dangerous as Legendary Masks," commented De'kra, "If Kanohi Vahi, Legendary Mask of Time ever broke, time itself would be destroy. Force of time is contain within that mask. Destroy it, and that power is unleash upon universe. Past, present and future all exist at once — warps and rips and hours fold in upon each other — madness and chaos as no two moments ever follow one another ... think of it. It would be total Karzahni, and it could not be undone. Similarly is Kanohi Ignikia, Mask of Life. Destroy it, and life no longer exists or can exist. Worse, if Ignikia detect something drastically wrong and universe, like evil control it, it will destroy all life regardless of condition of mask. And if Mask of Creation is destroy, no one will be able to make anything ever again, not even ideas. There is reason why even weakest Kanohi like Noble Masks of Invisibility or Illusions can only be use by select few. Most people not able to handle such power...."

IC: De'kra continued to review Arthur's behavior in his mind. Oh he seemed angry and hostile at intervals, but when discussing knowledge he seemed to perk up and in general he didn't seem too twisted. But if one includes his letter, a theory can form. It doesn't work with some aspects of the letter, such as the mention of masks and whatever Arthur had already done, but the latter and to a degree the former could be explained away by occurring after Arthur saw whatever he saw. And if Arthur had seen what De'kra has begun to suspect that he saw, such a react is understandable. The echo comments to himself that he would have to check this possibility with the Count, but it seems quite possible to De'kra. But to Arthur De'kra only clicks, "I suggest be careful about use that journal system from now on. Word Olmak not refer to Dimension Gates, but to Mask of Dimension Gates, much like how Ennoc not mean sun, but God of Sun. It is specific object, rare ones that are almost impossible to make and harder to control. Only three other Masks harder to control, and those are the Masks of Legendary Elements of Life, Time, and Creation. Only person who can even make Olmak is wilder of Mask of Creation, no one else can even come close. It is too great mystery. One need to be careful when use Olmak, power of reality in it."

IC: De'kra nods, before clicking, "Perhaps combine group should split in two, and some of each team go to each group. One group could try to find Russel, or maybe contact Emperor, and other group could go to commander. Also, it possible, though unlikely, that Russel innocent and just thinks that team are traitors, as I earlier suggest. So if group encounters him, not attack unless necessary." De'kra couldn't help but think on the mention of an Olmak in the runes. Just referring that object put the journal system under a new light. Olmak after all didn't mean dimension gates, there were other words for that. Olmak solely refers to the Mask of Dimension Gates, dangerous and rare artifacts. Only two ever exist in the main home, and similar numbers were scattered in the other realities. Those masks were very delicate and easily distorted, not to mention life threatening. Summoning a portal with any distractions or flaws in the mask could spell doom. Arthur was very lucky that they just stopped working, and didn't start working wrong. OOC: see the prior post for De'kra's suggestion.

IC: De'kra nodded vaguely and commented, "This Muaka den goes deep. Might you know where you people first learn symbols? Russel appears to have vanished despite being watch constantly, it not look good for him. Although he might believe that as Team not attacking Lion Knights that heroes and I are traitors, so he might be go to report that. Or he is go to get reinforcements, either of misled Dastan doldiers or perhaps other foes. Either way chances are both heroes and I will soon be attack."

Curse you Quest Masters and your ability to control reality! Curse you! ...not really, but still why must we be leaves in this wind of narration. This situation is probably going to get even more complicated no matter what happens nexts...

OOC: Don't use much from Bionicle, you never know if it might play into De'kra's backstory. Especially given the fact that the realities of Bionicle is not supposed to be ever connect with the Lego multiverse, as per "word of god." How does De'kra fit in then? Stick around and find out. IC: De'kra 's orbs remained ever motionless, before handing the book to Arthur, "This word, it suppose to say Olmak correct?" he asked as he pointed to the first patch of runes, "It seems oddly similar to written language of I people, specifically word for Mask of Dimension Gates. Also, this second word, it says Kanoka right? That word mean Disk in I native tongue." After he finished handing it back to Arthur, De'kra said softly, "Yes, I heard about you two. I...apologize about war between Brobric Elves and Lion Knights, I was member of group of heroes who accidentally cause that war. Old heroes and I were unaware of being use by Shadeaux to start war, but that no excuse for blindly trust Shadeaux guide in matters. Nor is it excuse for deaths old Heroes and I cause. I am sorry."
-
IC: After a pause De'kra commented, "...I have suspicion about why journals no work. When Team was in last town, heroes and I heard about another group of heroes that had come to that town. Mystery group of Heroes join by rug warrior name Hans. Cronk suspect that Hans might be hero from Quest 7; the Arena. If that so, Wren might be involve in Dastan's troubles. From what I read of known encounters and Wren, she has ability to communicate over long distances and knowledge of magic. Could Wren have disable journals? Lack of communication between two groups here almost cause battle where ally hurt ally, and Wren might enjoy that chaos." After a few glances through the book De'kra put it down. He didn't recall anything exactly like this, but elements of Arthur's writings were familiar. And not in a good way. OOC: plot point or coincidence?

Neither does Tanma apparently, as I hadn't even made that leap. Maybe I assumed that Haldor was Jess's live-in dentist, I don't know, but I hadn't thought of that at all. I mean I know about their relationship, but I totally missed what Haldor was talking about just now. I guess the theory that certain characters are based off their players isn't too off. If anyone gets the live-in dentist reference, good for you.

IC: De'kra paused and clicked, "No, I not sure how I lost I memory, but those creatures not involve. Almost all of I memory is back now, except what I am/was. But in I memories I recall spheres that were slightly bigger than villagers that could remove memories. Villagers would be lock in spheres, and it would drain their strength and they memories. Powerful evil entity use them to try to brainwash villagers to serve them in past, if not for six noble heroes who rescue memoryless villagers, entire city would have serve evil. In end six heroes gave up all theirpowers to awaken villagers, though villagers still lost their memories. Evil who use spheres could make both slugs and reptilians from his essence, so it might be relevant. Aside from that I not sure, I people different from people of Eubric. For instance I people easily live over one hundred thousand years, and as far as I know humans/elves/orcs/naga/ogres not live so long." OOC: Yeah De'kra remembers everything in Bionicle now, although certain details are sketchier than others. And he still has no clue who or what he is... IC: De'kra shrugged and handed the purple potion over for analysis.
-
So many errors! So much rage! Anyway, Haldor's thoughts about Jess's hair is interesting. You think her helmet would've fallen off at least once though.
-
IC: De'kra's eyes took on an almost sad green tint as he clicked softly to the count, "De'kra I name yes. I understand, to degree. I have seen similar events in past. Might he have had contact and red/white reptilian creatures recently, or perhaps teal/white/red slug-like entities? Former would be about you size, latter about size of you hand." Ul-Mata hissed softly to itself, as it coiled within De'kra. As his eyes returned to their normal color, De'kra click, "There is something else. In battle Team found series of odd potions that Team is not able to identify. I think I see sage among you, might you be able to identify potions?"
-
I would like to thank Cronk and Skrall for not being blood knights, as for being awesome in general. And this has nothing to do with the idea that Skrall can kill slaughter us..
-
IC: De'kra replied, "Only foes Team fought were cultists and some hostile cave creatures, like bats and snakes. Also, Team found notes that mention leader of cult is name Sphinx, written by one foe of Hall that had cross paths and some Heroes back in Eubric. Note-writer's brother was kill by heroes in incident involve wizard, and cult claim they could resurrect his brother. Notes were title Dimitri I believe, any heroes know that name? Note-writer also mention a man call Gottfield who introduce him to cult, that name familiar?" De'kra paused before commenting to the Count, "Something is wrong is not it?"
-
IC: De'kra 's eyes widen in surprise as the world explodes with plot changes. De'kra suspected that a collision of quests was inevitable, but in this way? As he tried to assess the situation, De'kra noticed something was off with Arthur. Deciding to note it for later, De'kra pondered if he should speak. He had created a lot of trouble previously in quest 4 by talking, and he didn't want to make things work. But of course the absence of action can be worse than a flawed action. Finally De'kra commented, "Team was told by Emperor Roland that small rogue Lion Knights got behind Dastan Empire lines, and were prepare to attack fort. Empoeror believe there to be insider, ally of rogue knights, as he not think they could get through by other ways. Team was told to go in without attract attention, take the weapons, and not be seen in case of insider and as Team could not afford to fall in battle. And if Team found insider, Team was to kill them. As far as I remember Team was not told that any Lion Knights were here to help Dastan Empire hold fort, but I amnesic so I memory not the best. Still, I would have thought he would stress that Lion Knight allies were in fort, so that this kind of situation no occur. But I not remember him clarify that Dastan Empire get help from any Lion Knights, in fact I think one of Team had ask if heroes amd I were to kill any Lion Knights heroes and I see, and I think answer was yes. Might Emperor Roland not know good Lion Knights here? Dastan Empire and Lion Knights have had bad blood in past, might good Lion Knights not tell Emperor they here to help? I not best at guess motives, but hopefully someone can salvage I thoughts and make them usable." De'kra waited to see if the small wall of speech was helpful.

Yeah I can see where you are coming from there, the Hulkspeak is iconic. Again I know almost nothing of his original history, but I think the Hulk used to speak in complete sentences. (I think he was a different color back then too, I'm not sure) The reason I bring this up is that the show, at least as far as I know, are starting at the original personalities of the characters. Pym for instance seems very different than any remotely modern version of him, at least from what I got from the wiki. But as the series progresses, Pym has begun to shift in personalty, growing more depressed thanks to the Ultron situation. Judging by the yellow jacket sitting on his window in episode five of season 2, I get the feeling that he is headed towards his modern version, or at least closer to it. So the same may be true for the Hulk. But I am no expert, I didn't even know there was a character called Ant-Man in Marvel until the show aired. -

Now again, most of the information I get on the original comics is from the wiki, which is subject to human error, but I believe the way it went was the first five Avengers in the comics were Wasp, Ant-Man, Thor, and Iron Man, who I think joined together to stop a Loki induced Hulk rampage. The Hulk turned on Loki, though he left the Avengers soon after. I think it was while searching for the Hulk, as in the show, that they found Captain America. I think Steve was retroactively made a Founder, as he is Captain America and all. But again I really only have second hand knowledge on the subject, so I could be wrong. But yeah the Hulk is quite different than is portrayal in modern fiction, at least going by the movies. He uses pronouns, complete sentances, and sarcasm. I wasn't sure about the Hulk-Banner thing, but I found it interesting that Banner and the Hulk talk to each other and aren't in a war within. -
...what does TBH mean? Because my first guess is Toa Bounty Hunter, which makes no sense. I really should devote some time to learning text-speak... Depending on what goes down De'kra might have an interesting response to whatever is happening to Arthur.

IC: De'kra clicks directly, "Might it be soldier team encountered? As I said, he was completely unharmed despite soldiers here currently being in battle, even if he was powerful and skill warrior, odds are he would get some damage from fight. Unless he was not fight in battle. Of course I theories very wrong before, and he could summon Dastan soldiers for help. Of course soldiers would not know if he was spy, and might believe they helping ally. What guide think of this?"

Yeah, I never read the comics so the show is actually the only way I am exposed to those characters. I really only knew the hyped characters before, like Iron Man, Captain America, Hulk, Thor, Fantastic 4, ect. Which stinks because Ihave been enjoying the more obscure characters, though it is possible they might be handled differently than their comic book counterparts. At the moment I prefer season 1, though I can't place why. -
...De'kra has decided to befriend a ysalamir, in case their abilities work on mages and scrolls. But seriously, what is happening with Arthur? Because what information I do get makes no sense, at least without context.
