  1. Must...become...Chi Monk... I am rather excited about this, though I will need to validate De'kra's shift from Assassin to Chi Monk. Odds are that I will rank up enough to become an Assassin on this quest, so I will have to start planning now. Which reminds me, I need to get a camera so that I can show off De'kra's new form. I found the perfect body for it, though the legs could use some work.
  2. IC: De'kra vaguely jerked his head, as he tried to concentrate. The words were impossible to ignore, clicking into his very essence. It was...beautiful. The echo strained to focus on the fight, but the odds were against him. It was hard to even focus on the fact that another hero had fallen, all the existed was the sound, speaking in scerene circles. And through the flood of language, a slow wise voice grew bolder.
  3. Noooo! It's all my fault! If only I hadn't suggested that plan, they would still be alive! Now De'kra will have to angst about this later, once he realizes who was knocked out.
  4. IC: De'kra could just about see one of the other heroes fall, though he couldn't focus on who it was. "What you think chances of victory...are?" he clicked, "If odds...are...bad, I could use Phoenix Essence to revive fallen. If not, I attack Skeleton A from back row." De'kra readied Kapura, even as the chanting increased.
  5. IC: De'kra clicked, "I think I have enough health to take it, especially if I stand in back row. It up to you though. I will throw Ice Bomb, since I have two. Hopefully it weaken foes enough to grant victory. Good luck in get Shields group." With that De'kra leapt to the back row, and throw one of his Ice Bombs. OOC: The rules seem to indicate that a bomb is not affected by which row the thrower is in, or at least it doesn't comment on that situation. Is that right?
  6. What...the...Karzahni... ...Okay there probable is a rational for this. I also best plan out every possible reaction De'kra might have, for when he (and I) finds out. Odds are he is not going to be pleased.
  7. IC: As De'kra attacked, the voice in his head spoke clearly and firm, a voice slow yet wise. It was a single word, but it was ancient word and full of meaning. The power of the ancient word flowing within him, De'kra stuck the foe, slicing at it with all the flames Kapura could muster. The skeleton's body roasted under the flames, scorching it's bony form. As the enemy stumbled weakened, De'kra clicked, "Leader, I think it might exist as good idea for group to use bombs, to damage all foes. If you think it worth it, I will use either Ice Bomb or Water Bomb now. I have three bombs, so I not in immediate danger of run out. If you disagree, I will attack Skeleton B again of Back Row." De'kra readied Kapura, just in case he was told to attack through melee.
  8. ...What? Okay, I should make a note to avoid Arthur when he is hungry. I really want to know what is happening there now, it sounds crazy. All that is happening in Quest 29 is that our luck just took a turn for the worse, and De'kra is hearing a familar voice in his head.
  9. Here is a question for the players not on Quest 29, 30, or 31; do you have a favorite of the three quests? I realize that the topics started only a week or so ago, I am just curious as to the current thoughts. Obviously we on the quests three can't know what is going on in the other quests, so don't go into great detail.
  10. IC: As De'kra leapt about while consumed by memories, he managed to hear Sarick's comment. "So I idea to use bombs bad plan?" he clicked, just in case the Sarick had just missed his idea and wasn't disregarding it.
  11. IC: De'kra's head was pounding with the clicks and chirps of the voice, to the point that reality started to fade away. All that seemed to remain was the voice. Still, De'kra could just about make out four hostile figues, though their appearances were blurred. "Maybe Team should use bombs to try to finish off foes all at once," he commented among the clicks in his mind, "Though Nerwen need to heal herself soon. If bomb not good plan, I attack Skeleton B from back row and Kapura." OOC: Just in case, can we use remedies on ourselves even when petrified?
  12. IC: De'kra shakes his head as he leaps back from the blow. For a second he had felt something in his core stir, an memory rising to the surface. It was still blurred, but De'kra had tasted it, and it was a linking memory. Something that would unit serval pieces of his memoriestogather. Something that would make the fragments into a unified picture. As he finished attempting to shake the thought out of his system, De'kra leapt to the back row, and attacked the Summoner once more with Kapura. As he felt the blade whip through his hand, De'kra could feel the memories push further. Even as he struggledto focus, De'kra could hear a familiar voice, speaking in the echo's first language...
  13. Sorry if I am analyzing too much in Quest 29, I know it took a lot of work to arrange this interwoven quest series, I mean no disrespect in my comments. It is intended only to help, but I realize I am doing it a lot.
  14. OOC: I think I should have 79 gold now. IC: De'kra nodded in satisfaction at taking down the grunt, before shifting his attention to the summoner. The echo whipped his flaming blade, and began his attack in the front row. Although Kapura won't deal additional damage to the undead foe, it would still be able to harm it where a normal weapon could not. As he readied to attack, De'kra noticed that Nerwen had taken some damage. "You okay?" he asked the clericas he leapt at the summoner, "It look like you have less than half you health left. There only two foes left, you could rest if you need to. I apologize if I word this statement wrong, it not meant to be offensive if it exists as such."
  15. OOC: Nerwen healed De'kra when the team split up, so my health should be at 15/19 right now. IC: De'kra readied to attack Grunt A once more, and once again from the Front Row. "I think I will fine," commented De'kra, "Might I take too much more damage I will take a potion next round."
  16. IC: De'kra whips his blade back, glad to have dealt damage to the foe. "I attack Grunt A again from front row," he clicked, "Good luck Xander against Grunt B, if team's luck hold out he or she will fall soon. Not that you have to attack Grunt B of course." De'kra's blade ignited as he leapt towards the foe, ready to burn he or she away.
  17. IC: De'kra nods and clicks, "I suggest some members attack from back row and some from front row, so if Grunt B get special damage, only half team affect." As he offered the suggestion the echo draws Kapura, and attacks Grunt A. If two heroes in the team attack from the back row, he will attack from the front. But if only Sarick attacks from the back row, De'kra will attack from the back as well.
  18. IC: De'kra clicked, "If you able to spare it, I would like to have I wounds heal. If it too expensive I could just use potion. Up to you." OOC: by expensive he means that if you think that healing five damage is not worth a full ether.
  19. OOC: When you say Knifk you mean Cronk right? IC: De'kra half listened to the leader's words, his mind elsewhere. Just like before, the feel of the tunnels felt so natural, so familar. He definitely had been underground once before, but when? And why was his vision so fickle in the darkness?
  20. IC: De'kra nods, before clicking, "I agree. Also, Cronk strongest of team, I suggest he go on squad of two. That way he compensate for lack of heroes in small group. Also, maybe each group have rogues, as groups might require to use stealth and break into equipment. What you say leader?"
  21. Yeah I eventually freaked out so much I just stopped playing it for about five years. Then I found Twilight Princess, which for some reason was much easier (I blame the fact that I actually knew how to use fairies then) and now TP is one of the five real video games I have beaten. (I sure have mad skills) After that I resumed Windwaker.
  22. IC: As he attacked De'kra clicked, "There only six foes now, six heroes in team. Maybe one hero attack Cave Mongrel instead of Snake C, that way no free hits?"
  23. IC: De'kra paused briefly, wondering why he had been having such luck in battle. He was distressed by the revealation that te mongrel was a wolf, but he would have hoped that won't render him so useless. But if not that then what? Shaking the feeling from his mind as best he could, De'kra attacked Snake B from the back row. Hopefully a foe he was apathetic towards would be easier to attack while he straightened out his issues.
  24. IC: De'kra nodded at his successful spider slaying, then clicked, "I might use Ice Bomb if leader wants, but since team protect, I prefer to attack Spider A from front row, and Kapura." OOC: Are you sure I get 8 gold from that mugging? I thought the gold received was triple the weapon power plus the level, not the total damage received by a foe. I might be wrong though, but if I am correct I should have gotten 28 gold.
