Of course. Where others would simply use the new PM drill/wheel piece, SirNadroj makes his own, brick-built construction out of tiles, blades, and rubber bands! Nice work Jordan. Any chance you could show us the interior?

Dude, that's awesome! She looks so sexy like that! Very nice drawing. The other ones look more cartoony, but nevertheless great! You have some serious talent, my friend! Keep up the good work! Will we see more Agents drawing from you? Hehe, that would be great. Reminds me of that april fools joke. Anyone have a link?

I agree, since people who have the set are reporting that the heads are the same. Btw, his name is Ackbar, not Ackabar!

Stop calling him that! Actually, it would make more sense if you buy the bricks individually from Pick-A-Brick. That way, you can get all your bricks in the colors and sizes you need them in. And I'm sure that you can find some other useful parts there as well. I'm not familiar with Warhammer 40k, but since it seems to be about a sci-fi/fantasy war, how about some Star Wars or Castle sets? Maybe even Indiana Jones? And I'm sure that you can find some useful technical-looking parts in Bionicle sets such as this one.

Nice review! You made me realize that I underestimated this set a little. It has some nice things going for it, like the coffee maker and the greebling on top. Still wont buy it though. Huh? I don't see another storage box? So, do the top blades spin well? They barely seem to touch the lower ones.

I agree. If something as large as a Hut were included, it would have been called something like "Luke's Hut", just like the last set with the Landspeeder was called "Mos Eisley Cantina" even though it included only a small corner of the cantina. Therefore, it's either a UCS or a small set with the speeder as a main attraction. Or it simply means that the small non-BP sets are finally back! This is how I see it: It will probably be similar to the old TIE Interceptor, which was $20, plus an extra wing, making it $25, and considering the inflated prices these days, it might come up to $30. But I don't think it'll be more than that, unless there's something else included in the set. I see. That was a bad choice of words on your part then. These ones? Nah, their helmets look too fat, and the helmets of the current clone minifigs already look a little big for their bodies. I'd prefer Cold Assault Troopers over them any day. They at least look cool. (pun unintended)

Now. And S@H has a few new pics of the set, including a better pic of the vehicle's Flight Mode:

This was pointed out in the Lego News forum some time ago, and you should have posted this in the Space Police thread. This is not worth its own topic, especially since you didn't even bother to deeplink any of the pics. Can a mod please merge the topics?

I don't think anyone knows the answer for sure. I, for one, don't think that these will replace the old ones completely. At least I don't hope so. Sets where the stud of the 1x1 round plates are exposed, like the AAT, wouldn't look as good with holes in the studs. However, I do hope that we will see these new versions in more sets where it doesn't matter if they have holes or not because I think they could be useful.

That's being optimistic IMO. I think it'll be around the same as Vader's TIE Advanced: $25-30. Nobody, but I highly doubt it since there have never been more than 2 BPs released per year. Releasing BPs in one wave and releasing another 2 right in the next wave would be an odd move by TLC. JimButcher's theory is much more realistic IMO. I can certainly imagine that they release a smaller Endor themed set in summer, and then BPs next year. But then again, that would break TLC's cycle of releasing PT BPs one year, OT ones in the next, and PT ones again in the year after that, etc... That would be so amazing though! Too bad you wouldn't care for them. (Which is odd btw, seeing as your avatar says "clones rule".) About there not being any ESB sets on that list besides the BPs: As some have already said, there is still summer and the rest of the year.

7628 Peril in Peru is now on sale for $34.98 on S@H. Click here to order yours now, before they're gone!

I completely agree. That's what I'm thinking too. And it looks like I/we have been right before. Yeah, but JediNews is usually a reliable source. Well, there is word over in the 2010 themes thread that there will be a Atlantis-style theme with merpeople, but that is more a rumor than the jedinews post.

Don't mind me asking, but what would be the difference between already available Hoth and Tatooine sets aside from the inclusion of a starkiller fig?
-
So are you saying that you expect the left BP to be a Bounty Hunter BP? I find that unlikely, not only because of the new rumor of the BPs being OT, but also because most known bounty hunters are main characters, and making a BP with main characters doesn't make any sense. Disappointing, yes, as in not being Endor. But it's the anniversary of ESB after all, and besides, the two BPs together will have a much better value than that overpriced Echo Base. We will get twice the amount of troops, minus Han and the Tauntaun, for 4/5 of the price of the Echo Base.

I think if any of these were UCS, it would say they were UCS.

Remember me saying this? Well, it looks like I was right. Nothing is confirmed yet, but rumors are coming in that the Indy line will be discontinued: Link

Excellent! I have a feeling these are true. Or at least I hope so. I missed out on most of the Ep.III sets, so the Tri-Fighter and ARC 170 are great news to me! Not Tri-droid, Droid Tri-Fighter. Big difference.

Can anyone help me identify these minifigs?!?
Oky replied to HUFCsteve's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Well, he looks devil-like, so I'm sure he could be used in a MOC about Lego hell (You know, because he's a MB fig). -
Thanks. You know it's a link, right? Yeah, Raven Brickroft pointed out to me that the date was wrong. How embarrassing. The thing is that I'm expecting the first sets to pop up around Christmas already. This is getting really off topic now, so yeah... Any time now mods.

I agree as well. This would look a whole lot nicer with some patterns on the floor and wall. Not a bad start though. I like the use of the Ron head on the older padawan. He looks like he's rather confident that he can beat the Youngling.

I wasn't saying that sologuy created all those topics, I just said that there were a lot of them. Now somebody please close this topic before I say something stupid again.

I just made one using this poster. Feel free to use it. Sorry, but this is the highest resolution I could make it in. When applied to my desktop, it almost looks like the fabrication machine is grabbing one of my desktop icons (with the claw that is above 6).

I don't think that's possible. You would have to roll up the stickers to do that, and it would be (nearly) impossible to get them unrolled again inside the bag, as CP5670 pointed out. This must be a fake somehow. Anyway, nice to see this topic again. I was thinking about bag-building some of my Castle advent calendar sets too, but got lazy and didn't bother to. Bag-building still remains a nice challenge though.

I guess I'm meant by that. Sorry that I sounded so "grumpy", I guess I overreacted a little. It's just that there have been so many pointless topics lately... Anyway, I'm sorry.

You just don't get it, do you? Just because something is new to you doesn't mean that there isn't already a thread about it here. Besides, Wikipedia isn't exactly the most reliable source to link to.
