  1. May agree with some parts and yeah we could make a fine hybrid with the previous one change wheel spacing, some minor cab twiks, and let the boiler from this one(I love this much more) don`t touch a tender it`s way better than the previous, and re-made cars(they always lame :C and needed improvements )
  2. For 6 stud trains existing rods build quite big and wide and look hideous I understand the lack of them on some steamers espeshuly for strictly 6std builds sadly we don't get new moulds for weels (bigger or thinner) or rods (even for longer half beams) :C Lack of them is a necessity :C
  3. Gorgeous train! But due to Lego`s tight turns(a small radius) looks trippy on a switch Lovely model and yeah you model and IRL train a great (love them) clever idea for intercity trains
  4. Gorgeous monorail trains, with very lovely designs. Comfy scenery. For Turin train maybe you switch some of the arcs/curve slopes with that roof part(beneath 2x3plate) switch for plate and 6 cheese slopes?
  5. yeah we don't get enough representation from lego trains from Streamline/art deco era except for good old Santa Fe
  6. Cool wagon and it was intended to use 5 windows like in the original + those bogies with ladders like from Emerald night train? (neat!)
  7. Interestingly, periodically I lost access to the site, and sometimes it loads normally :\ maybe they got problems with the server/hosting
  8. Nice project! hope to see more progress of it You could post links then the engine of this site could transform them into pictures (well I guess, it works for me)
  9. Stunning and colourful. Cool usage snot/wedges for colour stripes. Bogies *_* i love them
  10. Astonishing model and nice you made a better version of it(the previous version of the engine got pistons under the firebox and it`s wasn't good )
  11. Took this time some inspiration from @johndrinkin and his art deco/retrofuturistic trains and some existing trains with smooth "bathtub" cowl appearance. Here few versions of it with a slight forward and backward cowl and with standard parts and customs wheels that suits better With custom wheels that are slightly bigger XLL https://www.bricklink.com/v3/studio/design.page?idModel=440333 With standard partlist https://www.bricklink.com/v3/studio/design.page?idModel=439655 Due too similarity of them here some other photos and angels Hoses job (it was painful and full of struggle but I`ve made it! ) Size comparison between desighn with custom wheels and sandart(sorter) Been working on this for way too much time but got a few new ideas and some of them use as improvements for PRR GG1 family Maybe will try to make a "tank version" based on some German/Dutchland streamlined train (if not fall fully insane)
  12. A marvellous piece of engineering and LEGO/Technic! Great rail and that HUMONGOUS crane! Also great rail-lift
  13. Looks great. And yes legos size of the "Big train wheel" is a bummer :( (they are way too small for proper engines with 4-6-2 wheel arrangement) but you got a neat entry for emerald night successor or just its niche
  14. Interesting idea for the motorization of this kind of "rail"
  15. Nice idea, in Ukraine AFOL community, made a Lego architecture sets/MOCs both real and virtual based on buildings and landmarks that were destroyed by russians in this war (and made for some existing landmarks) and it drew attention and support (even for just recognition for AFOL) MiniMisto And I guess these kinds of "landmarks" are also nice and good and useful (show peoples dedications and honour for the past) Hope you could understand my words + I may be wrong but PRR T1 project/trust also for recognition uses Lego moc/model of T1 for attention for their project
  16. The great steamer we got here! Love the details on the front of the boiler and showing its parts that were necessary for the real one(on the front, hoses on the sides and valves and gears and handles in the cabin) Great model, mate!
  17. Marvellous! Great train and complex shaping you have done in bricks. I adore how you combine 6-7wide parts
  18. Great idea and model! Love detailing and closeted(I hope I am right with the term) station type in subways
  19. Splendid! And intresting choise for train! Sweet vinatge scene.
  20. Marvellous design! Neat ideas with the usage of parts and stickers
  21. Stunning work mate! Gorugose engine!
  22. Nice one! Great detail of interior
  23. If it`s true then great! and TLG is listening to the community
