It’s not impossible. Force unleashed got a set, kotor got a few, even battlefront. They may have held out in case there was a small chance of Jfo series or film but with so much new media for SW out it’s impossible to keep up with everything

Could easily do a final duel from the last episode with the 4 main characters in. another set with a Jedi ship with some high republic Jedi that’s pretty much it but they’d sell well enough. they’d sell better than a bunch of droid builds or a ship from a series that hasn’t had an official trailer yet or a buildable figure of a character who annoys me more than anyone else in all of SW. it’d sell more than a bunch of meme sets

I agree there is going to be too many at once R2 and the droideka have been on sale constantly since they’ve come out if they are getting sales it isn’t at rrp. Also I find it hard to believe that Jango and Bo helmet would be on sale at the same time but they are slightly different so I find it hard to get that someone could get them confused. again all I can say is thanks Lego I can save money for other things because I won’t be touching any of these sets

Night troopers would make sense as would doing another clone legion. new republic troopers would be a left field choice but as we’ve got a lot of fleet troopers don’t know if we’d need them. The list of desirable battle packs grows with every SW release without wishlisting there are some I’m hopeful for I’m quite liking these super battle packs so I’m more hopeful we get more of these as opposed to normal battle packs

City have been doing their sub themes for years now and done quite well with the space ones. It could be a way to gage interest in a full castle wave if they had a castle sub theme. You could have a museum fortress/ castle or a reenactment set like they do in my home town Dover Castle has them regularly. The only thing is I have no idea how they would fit in a helicopter in those kind of sets :D i remember when building the LKC that it mentioned the Wolfpack and then obviously we got a Wolfpack figure in MTS. I haven’t gotten round to building or buying MTS yet but were there any clues or easter eggs that could suggest what we might get next year or in the near future? Feel like icons is the home of castle sets now, all the time we have ninjago feel like a castle wave/theme aimed at all ages would never work as kids would go for the ninjago sets and Lego relies more on license themes now. I wish I’d gotten castle sets when they were out at the time. I do hope we get something in 2025 not sure when the rumors for icons sets will start coming out

Official pics are now out now they were saving it for SDCC. Tbh I’m still not sold on it, the Ackbar trooper is bad probably one of the worst and lazy figures we’ve had in recent times. I think I’d only ever get it on a big sale or if I’m struggling to get enough for a SW promo like may the 4th

I don’t think the price is confirmed yet it’s only speculation at this point. Could be 45 could be (should be) less than that.

8 days to go and has Jedi Bob been officially revealed yet? Have Lego just forgotten?

Can actually fill out the Yavin base properly now if I can get my hand on one of these sets. I’m hoping it’s not an exclusive. I could have sworn the falcon one from last year was in another shop in the UK

Imo considering we got the clone one which had 4 figures and 5 droids was only £25. whereas this has 3 rebels and 3 stormtroopers even throwing in a little premium for an anniversary figure a £15 difference would be quite the jump in one year.

I think it’s great as an anniversary year to revisit them. Going forward I’m down for these kind of mixed factions “super battle packs” as opposed to say the recent imperial super commando normal pack where there is two of each faction. the 4 figures ones should be from the same faction/army and then if they want to mix do these bigger ones. no rumoured price yet but seeing as its similar to the other pack we got in January it should be around the same. The fleet troopers have been in a few sets now so are quite common as is the new Stormtrooper helmet so if it’s anything above £30 it’s just Lego greed

Is this a promo set like Xmas falcon last year? It’s not the GWP with the sail barge because that is a lightsabre is it not? I know it’s not a normal SW set because of the set number but I’m hoping it’s something we can just buy rather than a GWP. Both this and the clone trooper one is pretty much a modernisation of the first battle packs and they are looking pretty good. am I right in seeing that the rebels finally have different heads as well

I’m just hoping that with 5 months until January that maybe some of the rumours aren’t true. Maybe might shift my focus on collecting different themes. I’d probably wait until May the 4th (depending on what the promo is) for getting the fighter and Ashoka’s starfighter anyways.

It’d be hilarious in the way that people would be annoyed because they want pilots but then they’d be happy at the same time for getting Bly. id rather this come with some pilots and maybe random Jedi, or random protagonist. Save the 327th for a bp or maybe an AT-OT. In my head it’d be great if when the current AT-TE retires they’ll replace it with an AT-OT but these days they’ll probably release a buildable gonk droid

I might be on my own here but i absolutely hate the idea of the logo as a set. If I wanted a Star Wars logo to display somewhere I’d buy a poster, maybe it is just me and I’m a bit more old school but I like system sets that are based on cool locations and vehicles and scenes from the films and have fun building them and let my kids play with them after.

The whole official reveals are odd star destroyer was revealed may and 2 months later the full wave hasn’t been revealed. I am convinced that the shuffling round of the shows maybe the reason why we haven’t got an acolyte set this summer or coming in winter. I’ve seen a few articles that reckon it’s the 2nd most viewed SW Disney show and having seen the whole thing it ain’t that bad I enjoyed it, it was something different which I always look forward to in SW so if it’s got the viewers and they want a 2nd series it would be very strange if Lego chooses now not to even do one set for a series. similar to Andor what scenes/vehicles do you choose that would work for Lego as a decent set? I don’t know end of the day I kind of like the high republic Jedi robes and was hoping for one or two and for them to do a proper nice yellow lightsaber blade. So might have to wait for Reys film to get one then

Overall I’d say the main 4 are the twins, Sol and Qimir but that’s just my impression from watching it all, others may disagree

After watching this weeks episode of the acolyte. I do hope we get some sets. As long as you kind of get one with the 4 main characters I’d say that would be enough. I get there is so much SW for Lego to cover these days, and my list of things I wish they would have done grows ever longer. Maybe if it were possible although unlikely Lego could do a Disney+ CMF line at least to do a few figures that would be hard to fit in to sets. Again I know that’s unlikely

Surely you are. I mean your clues are too cryptic for me let everyone else figure them out. out of curiosity did anyone actually solve your last one was it the 1984 quote? Is it a set or figure coming this year. I don’t know if I missed it

It’ll definitely be in a magazine but I wouldn’t expect it until next year. The shock trooper was in September in the gunship and came in the magazine earlier this year so 2025 will definitely have one I would expect them to do at least 1, every show that’s come out (except for tales of the Jedi/Empire) have at least one set. maybe the release dates for all the shows moving around has caught the designers out?

So are these helmets rumoured for January? Or Is this more likely March/May? the way the leaks have been going I wouldn’t be surprised if it wasn’t Bo or Jangos helmet. It must be one or the other they are too similar to be released at the same time.

I’m not keen on Legos shift to making more and more sets specifically aimed for adults. Adults = more disposable income which means the sets are more expensive for what they are. the dioramas looks good but they take what should be a £30 system scale set and turn it in to a premium product that just ain’t worth the money. In the past Endor speeder chase would have been a cheap set, yodas hut was a cheap set even the pod racing one was a cheap set back in the day i got the Mando helmet from my in laws as a present and when I built they were shocked at how small it was for the price of it and I kind of agree. the buildable figures have never sold well, the exception is probably baby yoda but then you can put baby yoda on anything and it would sell. My local independent toy shop still have rogue one Jin Erso, force awakens Rey and Finn buildable figures that they can t even give away. Nobody is shouting on you tube or crying on Instagram for a buildable C3P0, or R2.

I’m taking them with a pinch of salt. At the moment don’t know if I want them yet but depends and I know this is so far ahead depends on what the May the 4th promo is before even thinking about these sets
