Imagine if Lego just put 501st troopers in the ARC170

Clone pilots are so rare I wouldn’t see them investing in brand new helmets just for one set. It’s different for imperial and rebel pilots because your guaranteed to have a few a year released and apart from maybe a V wing I can’t see clone pilots appearing in another set

So it’s wasn’t a clone mon calamari they are Ackbar troopers so opposite of stormtroopers im happy about the rumors for January but I’m going to be skeptical just because of some of this years rumors. for those who might say the ARC170 is quite cheap it’ll probably be a smaller scale the same was the Ties and Xwings have been in recent years which I prefer. But for Ashokas interceptor for the price I hope there is more figures at least. For me needs to be at least 3 plus droid otherwise that price is shocking

Six sets in January? Given the recent years I expect the 4+ and two others are in January and the 2 18+ sets in March. my money for the 4+ set is on either the young Jedi adventures series or another set based on what the summer stuff is on. One of those 18+ sets could be a new helmet and the other a midi scale ship. hoping the 3 others are acolyte sets or (at least one or two) and maybe if we’re lucky an MTT. im concerned as well at a lack of a battle pack but if its right and it is 6 sets for January then maybe there is a battle pack coming for March and or May

It got leaked because it’s already in a shop somewhere which is even crazier for me. having looked at the pics I’m wondering what the significance is of the thing that all the minifigures are holding they all have a different colour one. until I see the show I don’t know if this is something I’d want tbh

I’m enjoying the acolyte. I hope we do get some sets. One character in particular, without spoiling it for anyone who hasn’t seen it, I’m finding is probably one of the most interesting characters we’ve had for a while in my opinion. 1-2 sets would probably be enough to cover the series. I know how they covered Andor and BoBF so I’m only expecting one if that. Also is the skeleton crew set actually supposed to be coming out? It’s very quiet leak wise?

Sorry guys I hate the look of Jedi Bobs strafighter. honestly this summer wave for me is the worst ever. Normally there is at least one set from a wave I want but this year there is literally none. Maybe a few figures I might get but I’ll wait for the prices of them to come down. i get the wave is dominated by the Lego show that’s coming out and they are doing something different and for those who like it then that’s good but for me I’m going to save few hundred pound and wait for something else to come along next year

I might be in the minority here but I don’t like these sets. Lego removing figures from past sets again. The sarlaac pit build is good but only having Boba as a “villain” in this set and no weequay that’s disappointing. I wasn’t planning on getting this set but for the price I thought there would be more. I’ve got the old one so I’ll stick with what I’ve got. As for the dual I don’t know what I had in mind with this set but I certainly had hoped for more. Again no Enoch is disappointing and the night trooper looks crap tbh. I do like Morgan’s sword is a green dark sabre mold. Again I think I might just pick up Thrawn and Ezra off eBay and save some more money.

Hard to know if it’s true but there was someone on April fools who posted the same. They also mentioned about the lego horizon collaboration was continuing and now we are getting a game. There could be some merit in that rumour. Then again they could be going off this other person so it could just be Chinese whispers at the moment. until there is a rumour accompanied by a set number and piece count then I’ll believe it

My only hope from any acolyte set would be for Lego to do a good yellow lightsaber blade. Maybe just put some generic Jedi robes on PAB

For me I’d like to thank Lego for saving me a lot of money come August. I like the concept of a lot of these sets but these just aren’t on my want list. The SD I was genuinely disappointed that it wasn’t a DS playset, the only thing I want is Cal so will pick him up on Bricklink or eBay. the two droid sets are just not what I’m interested in. I know x wings, TIEs and the falcon are iconic and they are new variants BUT I’d rather they’d have done more 25th TPM sets than these. Am I right in thinking we are waiting for pics of 4 sets? The Ahsoka set I’ll probably get no matter what I regret not buying Thrawn back in the day won’t make that mistake twice and can’t wait to get Jabba. im kind of interested in the Jedi Bob set only because I have a soft spot for Jedi fighters. The skiff set I got one of the last one and tbh there isn’t nothing here that entices me unless the pics reveal something surprising if I recall it’s got quite a high price and piece count for what it is. skeleton crew ship I just have no interest for, SW have really screwed up with this series is it even coming out?

That’s if they still have them in production at worst it’s the current stormtrooper helmet with the gold printing on don’t think there are any other real imperial or even clone variants that they could use for it

He also mentioned that the budget kind of went on the other figures. Aren’t we getting a new Thrawn, Ahsoka all in white and A new Ezra. Enochs helmet was always going to be a hard one to do right. My expectation is low to avoid disappointment

Normally the thread for the new year opens up in October time but doesn’t mean we won’t get any rumors before then but I doubt we’d get any until after the barge is out I’d say the praetorian as well as we’ve got one in the advent calendar can’t believe I also forgot we’ll probs get the new Mandolorian and imperial super commandos from the bp

So we know 95% of what figures are coming with the sets from this year so I’m wondering what figures are likely to appear in the magazines for the rest of this year and next year? I know we got Vader and Sabine coming. Probably an Ahsoka and P2 shiny but I’m not sure who else could be a likely candidate

I might pick up a few of the figures but the dark falcon is a miss for me. My wallet (and my wife) will be relieved that I’m only interested in the Thrawn and Jedi Bob sets from this summer. I do love a Jedi starfighter I hope it’s in a new colour

Go even further bunker, stormtrooper bp, AT-ST set, rebel commando bp

I’ve just built the Mando S3 bp and the moff Gideon bunker sets and you know I like them price wise for modern times it ain’t bad and I like the thought of combining sets. I hope the tantive boarding that maybe they add a tantive escape with a Leia and a few troopers for example. I think it could open up a few options and keeps things fresh combing location and bps builds in to bigger displays. as for the August wave I would have thought that we would have had reveals after the June wave came out. I can’t see any other big reveals coming for Lego before August so hopefully it won’t be long. pure speculation but maybe there is a spoiler ish acolyte set in the August wave and they might be waiting for the episodes to come out before they release more images of the wave. It wouldn’t be the first time pretty sure mandos N1 came out of nowhere a couple of years ago.

Might be silly but as some of August is linked to that Lego show they might not release any official images for a while as they might be “spoilers”. Cant see any other real reason for any official pics not to have been released yet. I’m not sure when it’s going to air

There’s a pic of white Vader in the usual places. kind of underwhelming but then im not sure what else to expect really just a normal Vader figure but he’s white not black. The pic didn’t have his lightsabre so don’t know what colour that’ll be yet

Ezra looks like he’s been spending some time on Arrakis. I know he’s in another galaxy but didn’t realise he ended up in the Dune one he needs to layoff the spice. has there been any confirmation of the build with this set. What are the chances it’s a location set or could we be lucky and get a drop ship and playset?

Past few years when Lego have remade sets they’ve based it off different versions the hoth AT-ST for example and ROTS AT-TE so if an imperial vehicle is due will they continue this trend? id like them to redo the walkers that featured in Rebels, or an imperial version of the republic tank (like in battlefront) just something different. I’m also going to contradict myself if they do a AT-ST soon would be nice if it was ROTJ one linked to a new bunker set

Just watched the reveal and I think it looks better smaller. At the end the add two parts of the tower to extend it to make it taller and it for me makes it look bit silly much better smaller scale imo and looks better but similar in scale to Orthanc that we got years ago

The build is wonderful. but I don’t know if I can get away with the price and displaying it (my wife might complain) might pick up the figures they are so good, the prints, helmets, shields great new molds did I even spot an eye of Sauron banner as well. i do fish this was regular theme rather than icons Or just give us cheaper sets they’d make the same amount if not more

I mean the leaks this year have been a bit hit and miss. Was it this year someone said one of the anniversary figures was someone who would drive a Honda civic or something stupid like that. I can see someone teasing saying “oh it’s got more than two eyes” as an attention thing and not an attempt to actually inform on what’s coming. well probably find out in June once that waves out what it is but if it a buildable creature just feels like a waste rather the budget and resources that went in to it went on 2-3 smaller/affordable sets
