Finally you presented it Happy new year! The best model you have done - small, but nice) And those chrome from Chrome Block City is -
You are right, they are 68 mm instead 62 mm you mentioned. They are rare and was used in 90' black cat model team truck.

I am Sorry, Not ready yet but very close. It is not easy, since i dont like easy things. I split partlists for versions from "beach" (without roof and doors) to "expedition" with all options like doors, roof, winch, baggage rack. All this extras need additional partlist, so everyone can choose what to build depending on his parts stock.

Some parts in green are not presented, for example 1x2 thin liftarms. Yellow stripe is not because I cant build it fully green, car was green without stripe before. I was inspired, as H3NRIK mentioned, by John Deere colour scheme. Simple snow plows (usually hand-made) are liftable by standard winch, and left righ tilt is manual contolled with links and several attachment holes for them...but I can use two M motors, so I can build advanced... Advanced plows include hydraulics. So I can do advanced version with 2 small actuators/ worm gears for up/down and left/right. Winch version is more versatile, since you can use winch as winch without installed plow. any ideas?

Hi there! Cant stop with building yotas. Here is my next one. Based on red FJ40 posted earlier, but chassis was modified. The most visible change is increased wheelbase. Beside that: another rear suspension with 4 links+ panhard, 2 speed gearbox. Wider axles installed now with bigger ground clearance under front axle. Roof is convertible as in FJ40. Place for aux motors is free and waiting. And now the most interesting part of process started: Brainstorming extra functions... And I've also made 1 step forward to construction machines: This MOC have yellow pieces.... lets see what I can do with that:) your comments can help me;) UPDATED AFTER FINISHING MOC BUILD: Here is Toyota FJ45 pickup with snow plow attachment. Truck is based on early FJ40 model. Difference is in wheelbase, rear axle and gearbox. Features: • All time 4x4 transmission • 2-speed manual gearbox (high/low ratio) • Live axles suspension with 2 link + panhard rod at each • Openable doors with locks, bonnet, bed door • Convertible roof • Detailed saloon • Customs stickers • FJ45 custome Sbrick control profile was designed at designer.sbrick.com • John Deere color scheme Motorized functions: • Propulsion: XL-motor • Steering: Servo-motor • Winch/Plow elevation: M-motor • Snow plow tilt left/right: M-motor Powered by LiPo battery block thru Smart Brick final release unit (sbrick.com) + Additional plow PF LED-lights Plow is elevated by winch. This scheme is popular in cheap and simple snow plows. Tilt in such model usually manually customized or use hydraulics. I used lever-push mechanism to tilt left/right. Plow can be dropped easily and you can use winch as regular. more pictures http://www.bricksafe...m8/FJ45snowplow Video EPISODE 1: Test drive

As I saw, midde section is bended by regular middle size pneumatic piece. Long is in the telescopic third section (distance between pneumatic inlets is too big). Second long piece in the first section (behind the cabin). And small one open claws.

I am afraid, 42043 will be without suspension. Every 2-3 years we see repeating of models. 42043 is "new look" of 8258 and 8285, which was also flagmans. LEGO designer move forward slow and evolutionally: we see new parts that improve our constructions: new wheel hubs, new absorbers, new panels, new gearboxes and pins. Revolutions are rare, last was when we got power functions system in 2007. 42043 is the model that will give us new pneumatic cylinders and some other less important parts. But I will be glad to see suspension here.

3rd section of arm is telescopic using new long pneumatic cylinders. And bracing of 3rd sections is also new like new part for strong telescopic constructions.

Everything is good in your reviews Sariel I get everything I need to know. But I always skip building process. I prefer to see "Building process" with my own eyes when set will come to my own table and hands . But I am sure, there are those who love to see time lapse building, so do as you prefer -

Yes. I also prefer still pictures of building steps to see how important mechnisms was builded instead fast time lapse. It takes time, you can't see clearly and understand building steps without pausing and looking closer HD freeze shots... -
Would like to see how this tires work with 42009's rims. Please, someone, test it:)))
