    The fact that Lego is doing this means that there enough fans out there willing to go the distance of hunting these down. Also, the fact that they decided on producing two Space colors (and two Castle factions) after the vote means they are confident that even the second place winners will be well-received. It would be great to have a framed collection of all these Space figs a la monochrome figs.

    It is funny that according to the designer interview, they designed the Balrog around the wings and really wanted this set to be a book nook more than anything else. Agree, they could have just designed this as a *nice* set rather than force it to be something else. If this is a book nook, what is the Shire? A collection of paperweights?

    So far, we are getting 2 and a half classic space: teal, gold, and parts of light bright blue. However, we already know of three others out there in the depths of outer space waiting to land in our planet: lime, dark azure, and magenta. It is only a matter of time. It should only be. After all, these missing colors fulfill special niches in the spectrum of amazing colors.

    Lions knights, Horse knights... the oversized logos do look good but it does not have to be that big and flashy! I think those are more for show. And yes, that dragonborn paladin looks really good! If they placed a logo somewhere on the Griffins that is the size of the dragonborn's amulet, maybe it would be ok? I guess they would have had to redesign it. My guess is probably the griffin logo does not look good shrunk down. Perhaps they could have just given them capes with logos? But it would not fit in that tiny capsule! Wishful thinking. Oh well... Overall, I am really hoping that the gumball (as well as that 3-in-1) are not the last we will see of all 4 factions. Horse knights might be pretty well covered, but Snake, Kraken, and Griffin have more potential. Maybe Lego could dedicate a BAM release?!?!? LOL (I think the upcoming BAM will be Dreamzzz, again.)

    To each his own. I really prefer badges and emblems on the torsos. My top faves are the 'Red Dragons' (Dragon Knight), and the Rogue (CMF series 16). The Red Dragons have a small enough emblem that allows for more of the scale mail design to show through.

    I'd really like to see more Iron Man suits - but more of the ones which are less common, only to complete the Hall of Armor.

    Griffins and Krakens torso prints are available at Minfigure Factory on the Lego web page. Bummer that you can only print on white torsos. So they will look like castle fan minifigs rather than army-builds.

    I completely agree. MCU characters are just so trite. Although I know a lot of Lego apologists here would disagree.

    Not a bad thing for MOCs, I get it. But when your building a faction, you also want some figs with bespoke identity.

    Griffin looks too generic without any logo on the torso!!!

    I just saw a cartoon rendering on Instagram of how a real- life Kraken would have looked like based on the newly released mini figure. It appears 1/3 castle, 1/3 Viking, 1/3 pirate!!! I do think the idea of this mini figure it’s quite genius in terms of the lore that it inspires, and in the themes that it covers!

    I do wonder if moving forward they will coordinate the releases on brick Link with mainline Lego?
