It's best to use a photo sharing site like Flickr. That way you can upload the original and link it to a smaller (800 wide for example) version. If you make a link of your smaller version, people can click it to see the hires version. Sorry if I was not supposed to answer this question, but it was pretty generic...

This might be the voting scheme btw (like seen before here on EB). Vote for 3 models (no more, no less), 10 points total, maximum of 5 per model. For example EntryA 5, EntryB 3, EntryC 2 Or EntryA 5, EntryB 4, EntryC 1 Or EntryA 4, EntryB 4, EntryC 2 Or EntryA 4, EntryB 3, EntryC 3 This pretty much sums up the options if I am not mistaken. You get 10 points and need to divide it over the entries you want, with a 5 point max per model. The voting thread will be ready on Friday max (possibly earlier).

I totally missed this topic, until now! Wow, thanks guys, for the kind words! I really appreciate it. I'll do my best to keep this a great forum for everyone (with your help obviously) and try to have regular contests and theme months etc. And I will make sure not to ban anyone making compliments in this topic

My idea was to use the entry thread for voting, because I thought this might be easier for all of us. But I also do like Seasider's suggestion and since I was about to make an overview of all entries anyway......I think that might be a good idea. Having more images per entry, means more clutter So let me make a separate voting thread which clearly states the voting rules and gives an overview of all entries.

True! I would say having a WIP topic is mandatory for "late entry".

Ahh of course. You were one of the first to post a WIP topic Not sure what to do with this. You should have made sure that the pictures were on a computer instead of your phone. But most of the time I am more of a Yes-man than a No-man, so if there are no objections I can open the entry topic till tomorrow morning, so everyone can still post there entry. I do have a feeling that some other entries are missing as well. Let's wait and see what other members think of this.

This does not compute Are they finished or not? Did you make a WIP topic?

I think the wheels on the 8453 are a bit too small, compared to reel front loaders.
