  1. Hi. You are reviving a 4 year old topic. Please don't "bump" topics and please remove image from the post when you quote someone. There's a link in my signature to the site guidelines. Thanks and have fun.
  2. Hi. Your images are too big. When you embed, please use a maximum of 1024 pixels wide. If you use Bricksafe or Flickr you can upload a hires version and embed a smaller version. Can you correct your images please?
  3. Okay, I was mistaken. Shooting RAW and using LR will obviously improve your results If you whiten the upper right corner, you already have a great picture though!
  4. Let's wait till @Stash2Sixx creates the topic.
  5. I bought a handful of these when I was in Legoland Germany
  6. Cool. Thanks for understanding. Hope you have a good time. And yes, we are all anxiously awaiting the official pics, which we can post here
  7. Hi. Welcome to EB. As brobert mentioned, it's not a LEGO set. Just some background art. If it were LEGO, you aren't allowed to post unofficial/prelim images here. Please read the site guidelines. Thanks and enjoy!
  8. You have a valid point, but let's not turn this into another clone brand vs LEGO discussion. We have had topics about that and they all end up being locked.
  9. First of all....no BWE yet?! I have sent Vengit a message. That's not nice. Not nice at all. I hope you can contain/manage your collection the way you do. But the BWE is 4000 parts, so your collection will grow rapidly I do like the black and yellow color scheme for your builds
  10. I really love your robot....for about 90%. You really need to work on the legs/feet. Because they look way too simple, compared to the adorable look of the upper body. Very well done. Hope to see an update soon
  11. Very nice! Looks familiar. I used to have the same setup, when I built in the living room. Eventually, it will not work anymore. Enjoy it while it lasts I used to store a subset of my collection in storage containers, much like yours. I do notice you use yellow and black a lot, that's convenient for making a subset. Been there Luckily I was able to convert the second (top) floor into a LEGO room. I have posted pictures before, but like I said earlier; I have been doing some sorting and rearranging. Not finished yet, since I still have to sort the big bins, but I'd say I'm at 70% now. The drawers in the first picture each contain one or two layers of 18 small warehouse containers. So, when I need certain parts I either get them from the drawer or I take out the bins.
  12. Welcome back. Nice setup! I love being able to switch to my computer. Today I have received the last (hopefully the last for a while) of my warehouse containers. Tonight I hope to finish my setup for Technic. I still need to sort two large bins, but the end is near. Will post some pics when I am done.
  13. Interesting. Looking forward to seeing your progress.
  14. 4. I think your camera moved a bit during the shooting. Use a remote to activate the cam or use the 2 second mode (if your camera has it) Like Splat said, lower you ISO, preferably to 100 (fixed to 100). Use a tripod, or something to put your camera on. Let your cam determine the shutter speed (this can be several seconds) (Av mode). Your daughter did a pretty good job though!!! Which camera are you using?
  15. This is about the upcoming 2017 sets, not 2015 or 2014 sets which will be discontinued. Other than that, there are no clear rules. You can create a new topic if you like
  16. Let's not discuss this here. This is the 2017 set discussion.
  17. Being on a forum means playing by the rules. If you don't like the upcoming sets, you don't go discussing the things that might come, or you wish would come. If there's nothing for you to discuss, don't post anything. There's no need to reply to each and every post. I keep getting loads of reports about your behavior, since you are derailing the topic again and again. Furthermore, you have been chambered recently and your behavior doesn't improve. Either you play by the rules, or we will be having a private talk very soon again. If you feel the need to discuss, please send me a PM. Let's get back to discussing dimensions.
  18. You repeatedly post in this topic about year three. Please stop posting the same comment over and over again. You recently had a talk with @Captain Nemo. If you continue like this, we need to have a word again.
  19. Ahhh you are right. Some of them simply link to the index post. I had corrected a few, but not for all of them. I reckon these didn't work before the forum update either. I will fix them shortly.
  20. Which browser are you using and which link(s) are you clicking? CTRL + F5 to hard refresh the page. Can you right click a link, copy the address and post it here so I can verify the address?
  21. I have fixed the links.
  22. No worries mate, we're cool
  23. Don't turn this into a wishlist topic. Use the link posted by @Ashnflash.
  24. There is no list, but I have had numerous reports for using the word hell in the past. For most of us it might not be such a big deal, but for some it might be. And there's no harm in using a different word. Or simply saying "no way" instead of "no way in hell". If we all start using words like that, it will turn nasty very soon. No big deal, just pay a little attention to your language
