  1. Yeah, I reject the idea of re-releasing the vintage models. I’m in favor of remaking of modern versions of vintage sets. I have no nosgalic desire toward vintage sets.
  2. Spot on
  3. Yeah. I am just excited to see image of Stegosaurus. It’s all I am very eager. And I’m quite curious to see what black-and-blue T-rex really looks like.
  4. It looks like there is no info on the next Fairground set this year yet. I’m little surprised that there is no info on net Fairground set as June get closer. I assume that it’s not for this year.
  5. I le come non-18+ Castle playsets. Something new something different. And I try my hope low but I would love to see a new molded dragon…. (Go see my post on Page 3).
  6. Oooo i think you are right there.
  7. I. Wou be fine wiht Wolfpack shield show in castle-themed MF Series.
  8. Oh boy that roller coaster looks awesome! Now i wonder if there won’t be Icoons’ Fairground set this year…
  9. I might misremember but I think there will be an IDEAS set that would suit with modular buildings nicely?
  10. In my honest opinion, it’s not likely that they would re-release old sets as exactly they were before. I welcome old sets being re-introduced in new style (new parts, new building techniques, new printing, etc) rather than nostalgia. Anyways, I wanna Pepper Roni and the Lego Island stuff!!
  11. I think white color is prety suitable for spaceship as it’s more visible against vast blackness of the universe (even tho we had Blacktron). Just saying.
  12. First, please don’t blame us for talking about Lego animals. Second, it’s not true that “nobody cares”. We havne’t seen more than just description. Like is it hard to imagine what it would looks like? 16 wheels, foldable arm, etc…
  13. Dioramas sound nice since we have them in Star Wars and Jurasic World themes. Not sure about Harry Potter theme… Voldemt’s Rise? First Task? Final sene at Hogwarts Express? Harry battling Quirrell? Harry and Ron flushing themselves into toilets on their way to Minstry of Magic? I dunno…. But I really like playsets than boring adult sets here.
  14. I don’t care about D&D since I have no knowledge about it. But I’m looking forward for a baby dragon in that CMF!
  15. I bought the Space City set “Interstellar Spaceship” in January and it sat around for months. Finally, I got oppournity to build it. I have to ay - I really like thi one. I am not into Star Wars and Star Trek and I don’t carare for licensed themes/sets (Star Wars, NaASAcrafts. This original in-house set got me into Spae stuff in ages. I only got into Space when I was a kid in early 2000s - mars Mission or Ice Planet or Alien Conquer (I’m not sure?). It is about 20 years now and this set ignited my interest in in-house sci-fi themes again! i really like that the color scheme on this spacecraft - white, gray and blue. It’s not that terrible at all. It surprised when it does have a functionality - pressing a button to “start” engines to take off with my imagination. I think it makes sense why City has Space subthemes instead of its own theme. I mean, i don’t think there would be more Space City sets later this year,. Unless I’m wrong. Anyways, there is one thing I don’t like about it is that minifigure cannot sit upright in her pilot’s seat. It’s kinda odd to see minifigure laying down in her seat while exploring galaxy..
  16. i don’t have both Medieval Town Square and Lion Knights’ Castle. But the more I look at them, the more unsure i feel. I never owned a big castle in my past other than Harry Potter theme’s Hogwarts from 2000s. So is LKC too faithful to its original verison or is it ompetley remade jsut like Galaxy Explorer? I ahve seen MTS and LKC next to teach other and they look very great in taht scale. But…I’m hesitant on LKC because I’m not too crazy about nostalgia/faithfulness in Lego stuff. I like remake of the old sets (new building techieus, new parts, etc).
  17. I’m pretty sure i created two threads for “Your. Favorite in-house….” For both heroes and vlllains last year. Fbut I will forgive you for creating hits favorite minifigure quesiton thread.
  18. BUT I am so glad to se ornge astronaut’s come back.
  19. Good thing I ke my hope at a lower level. I will not wase my money on any ses to get this shameful diner GWP.
  20. Oh I Competely forgot about this thread! I was just talking about molded dragon somehwere. I love collecting molded creatures no matter if they are realistic, fantasty, sci-fi or prehistoric. Anyways… if 2025 is indeed a “Year of the Castle”, then I would love to see a small or medium molded dragon showing in some of Castle sets. I just don’t know which long-retired theme that had dragon molds in the past. There are two new dragon molds in one year - both of them are baby dragons. One shows in the recent Hagrid’s Hut (Harry Potter theme) and another will show in Dungeon & Dragon CMF Seriess later this year. Also, we have Riku the baby dragon showed up in Ninjago sets last year. We had old molded dinosaurs in early 2000s but now we hae modern dinosaur molds from Jurassic World. We had old dragon molds, so…. However, on other hand, there are large dragons that are made out of pieces in both Ninjago and Harry Potter themes, yet they only contribute introducing new molds (head, wings, etc). Just no dragons made out of molded pieces yet. As @Aanchir mentioned in seperate thread somewhere, the large sets that target adults - dragons might give AFOLs some fun building experiences, which it’s quite true. Several buildable dragons in Ninjago are targeting young audience, it seems.
