Um, I don’t know….I mean we haven’t seen islander minifigure for many year sine Island Warrior in CMF. Din’t you think it will draw backlash from Pacific Islanders?

Well, Oggie Boogie is pretty big and they won’t be able to transfer him into a minifigure too. All they do is to make new molds for both Oogie and Santa. I feel like they probably would print “masks” on minifigure heads for Lock, Barrel and Shock and only make hairpiece/hats for hem. Mask molds might be pointless. Of course Shock’s mask has a pointed nose so… I don’t know. Thanks for pointing out! I forgot that Winnie the Pooh submission had two buildable Tigger and Eeyore.

Yeah, i am not totally into licensed themes myself too. But there are a few things I like about Harry Potter, Jurassic World and a very few themes, jsut h as Rise of Gru. It’s becuase there are few parts I want to get, such as dinosaur molds, hairpieces, wands, magical creatures from Harry Potter, and I love minions from Rise of Gru. I realize that licensed minifigures that ar don’t always accurate to movie appearances or that lego keep re-creating sets over and over. For example, Lego did Great Hall sets three times since 2018 and it’s unfair for me. And I also realize that i have strong fondness for in-house themes, such as Dreamzzz, City, Ninjago, Monkie Kid. I’m not a fan of minidoll-focused them “Friends” tho. But in-house theems are completely original and unique rather than licensed theems.

If they are not GWP or set, what are they exactly? Battle pack?

I only buy small sets from DreamZzz, Hidden Side, Monkie Kid, Ninjago, City and I buy Modular Building and Botantical Collections sets. I like in-house theme that have throwbacks to old themes.

Winnie the Pooh’s house has 4 minifigures but it included a molded Elmer. So I would assume Nightmare Before Christmas set with Jack, Sally, Finkestein, Oogie and Zero. Not sure about Lock, Shock and Barrel. I mean I get that they are well known but still… I am not sure about Oogie as a minifigure or bigfig.

Sorry, which setthat magical dome will show up in? I’m sorry but does that mean it is having a new modular system after all? I mean I never own any Hagrid’s hut since Harry Poter theme was launched in 2018. I only owned one from early 2000s.

Well, we will have two licensed big spacecraft sets - one rapper’s black spaceship and one Artemis I. There wont’ be another big set that is based off Classic Space like Galaxy Explorer, sadly. As for GWP, that’s little hard to guess… we only know three GWP sets - Alien Habitant, Alien Pack and Space Diner.

Do we have new color fur a brick suit this year? Like we have orange, light blue, teal from BAM and green, red and blue from CMF>

I understand this thread is nearly inactive as Series 26 Spce is coming up in May but I want to throw my thoughts out here. I. Just go the last four minifigures to complete my collection - harpy, train costume kid, mushroom sprite and fierece barbarian. I really like train costume,, mushroom sprite, and barbarian. But Harpy is ehhhh when i hold her in my hands. I feel like she is cheap… nothing new about her as I see. I do wish TLG could make new spreading winged arms following Mat Bat and Vampire Batminifigures’ arm molds. And her legs should have new claws, just like skeleton does have. I think I prefer @Robert8’s Harpy from his CMF Ideas over this “meh” offical one. Train Costume Kid is very cute to have! Nothing to say. Same thing for mushroom sprite. Fierce barbarian is pretty cool - her red hair, her tough facial expression and that cool sword (i think the sword was. Introduced in Dreamzzz). But I kinda wish she could have a shield or something .

Yeah, i think Google style might be a challenge when it comes to GWP. I mean, traditionally, GWP sets have low piece counts. Probably, barstools, countertop, kitchen with two walls, i assume.

Agreed. A mix of historical and fantasy characters would be perfect. Oooh pirates from different cultures do sound great! Just like Sinbad the Sailor (well eh is is not exaclty Porte but more reading to sea stuff).

Ren’t Series 18 and 22 themed as Costumes?? aywans I’m totally up for Castle and Pirates. Themed series. I’m also up for second series for Halloween/Monsters! I think Christmas CMF sounds great. I’m waiting for a proper bottom part for snowman. I don’t want white legs, just wanted a domed part. I don’t care if Pirates have to be realistic, Following Series 14 and Series 26’s fashion, I will drop my ideal list for Pirates CMF… 1.) (female) Pirate Captian .2.) Merchant 3.) Sea Witch 4.) Agreed. I’m pretty tired of seeing Veloiratpor (not general raptors, mind you), Pteranodon and T-re being recolored more often. Tricera, and Dilo have been recolored few times. I’m open to Atri, Pyro, Gali, and Ankylo. I’m aware that Atricoratpors had been recolored in Dominion sets and i understand they don’t show up in Jurassic Park sets (becuase they ddin’t exis in the movie) last year. So I am okay wiht Atroci show up in new colors in near future. And I’m totally okay with TLG improving/updating molds for creatures. For example, Dilo and Raptors’ sizes and arms for I-Rex (the hybrid dino with new arms showed in 2020).

To be honest, I don’t want nostalgic stuff but I’m okay with old sets being competely rebooted/remade.
