I second that. Thicc separator is hilarious. There's two. The one of vader's helmet only is made from one of the sets. There's a larger one of more of vader that's mader from the parts of 3 sith sets. What would you be wanting the mosiac to do differently?

Thank you! I disagree about rebels, but like you said it's a lego forum so I won't argue on it. I'd much prefer a $200ish gunship that's minifigure scale, but I can't see them doing that for the upcoming UCS set. Yeah, it should just be a command center for the battle pack, the BARC would make it use too many parts. I wanted to keep some lower-ranking troopers for that set because I was thinking if you wanted to make an army, there'd be less commanders than seargents and captains. That said, there'd still need to 9 privates to every sergeant for it to work. Maybe a full geonosis wave could have that ideal 4 p1 trooper pack with the ranked troopers in other sets. The rebel scout speeder is one of my favorite lego sets ever, I have probably too many of the 2008 rebel fleet trooper. Your idea for the remake sounds great, the only thing I'd add would be to give the troopers all a new head that's got the blank expression of the 2008 troops. And for "rebel friend" to be released alongside it in a polybag, of course.

The aesthetic it gets from the studs looks cool too. I really want the large vader mosic, but I can't spend $360 in addition to everything else. It's a good price, but I just can't afford getting that along with the razor crest and CW sets. Why aren't more people talking about this?

That's like a UCS level build for the skiff, that's amazing! Quite a lot of detail on it, I like how you used the backpacks for greebling at the back. The outrigger function is great, too!

We totally need a new ghost. If there is a sequel series as rumored, it's a given, but even without it I think there's some hope given that either hera or the ghost have shown up in Rogue One, the Alphabet squadron novels, Rise of Skywalker, various comics, and even Squadrons. I think a new ghost would sell pretty well. What crew would you want in it? Personally I'd want the s3/s4 crew, as I personally liked those seasons better and how they gave some more development to Ezra and Kanan. Maybe they could throw in s4 kallus, too. I managed to snag the 2014 one (no zeb, unfortunately) a few years ago, and there's so many areas with a bit of space under panels. It shouldn't be hard at all for designers to make a bigger interior.

This piece could work, I think it's the same color as the new one. I've got a few to use for clones already, the stubble and sweatband should add variety. @jcn seems to me like he just guessed and it paid off. Most of the figure selection is pretty easy to guess. Unless he had the figures from final dual and the ITS too, he probably just guessed and it paid off.

It depends, are you thinking you'll be able to get the other one before they retire? If no, buy the razor crest, it's less likely to be re-released. Plus, if you don't care about the minifigures, you could probably sell baby yoda for a fair bit of money.

I like this build! It's a great building, but what really makes it great are all the little details like the mandalorians looking at the band poster or the troopers arresting dr evazan.

Welcome to eurobricks, @din0_21! I'm not that good at MOC making, but I came up with 3 solutions. You could put some rounded 1x2 plates with one stud on the 2x4 and one over the hole, then adding 1x1 quarter circle tiles over the hole. I believe that would cover it. This isn't too obtrusive and likely to work but doesn't fit your current angular design. You could put some more angled plates on top of the 2x4 and 8x4 pieces, with the wider end covering the hole. This would keep the design as close as possible to what you've shown but I don't know for sure if it'd work. The third option depends on what your MOC is going to end up being, but you could remove some of those 4x2s to lower it and then stack some plates on that 2x4 and place a tile over the hole. I don't know what your intentions are for the end shape of this MOC though, and it might change the design too much. I hope one of these helps.

I was joking about TPM (I mean it's still my least favorite, but I wouldn't want it to not get any sets). I kind of get where they're going with character selection for the prequel sets, though. both the clone wars sets I think are great in terms of figure selection, although I think both grievous's fighter and anakin's interceptor needed another figure. Maybe Cody and Rex. The thing is they have to focus on giving kids the major characters and not giving us obscure ones like the (it pains me to say this because I really want a lego Wat Tambor) separatist council. I think we'll see more prequel and OT sets for a year or two just due to how recent all the sequel sets are, then we'll see the same amount of sequel and prequel sets after that. Doing some more research, the lack of attack of the clones sets for so long is probably due to clone wars sets having most of the major vehicles and characters, along with p1 clones.

They really did! Super detailed new trooper design, new heads, new mold for the front of the BARC, etc. (Also the mando jetpack in blue, which isn't as big of a deal but I like getting that part in new colors. Now we need a red one!) It's possible. We've had at least one set with a clone trooper every year since 2005, so I'd say we'll at least get something next year, but I do agree this could signal an above-average number of clones in the next few waves.

Same! It wasn't as bad in the earlier sets when they had the smiling variant of the angry clone face, but the skin tone was too light for Morrison's character, it looked off. And then they started only using angry clone, and using it for every single unnamed helmeted character. I'm glad we've finally got some accurate faces, I'm hoping angry clone itself is gone and we start getting other heads for FO/Imperial troops.

We went 10 years without any attack of the clones sets (should have been TPM, it's a far worse film ), so anything is possible. On another note, I think animated series waves are done but I could see a large amount of mando sets soon, past the 3 coming out in september/october.

Our prayers have been answered! The new face looks great, super accurate, even the skin tone, it's all I could have wanted for it! I wonder if this spells the end for angry clone, or if it will ironically only be used for imps and FO from now on.

Can we start estimating everything's value based on how many 501st packs you could get for it? I don't know sales figures, but I'd assume it sold worse than something like assault on hoth, even if most afols hated that set. And then most adults are going to prefer the ucs sets like slave one or the falcon to the big cloud city playset, too. I think that's where the problem is with these, they're too expensive for most kids and too "childish" for most adults. Exactly. Also, tons of kids buy from brickarms and CAC and whatnot. When I was a kid me and my friends would put them on the indiana jones figures.

True, it's usually the bigger UCS sets that have longer lifespans.

I don't think it'll be able to stand then, at least not like you've got it there. A single 1x2 hinge connection won't keep the weight of the head up.

You're totally right! I've always thought they've had the wrong skin tone, that head works perfectly! Maybe this one for some commandos?

I think it makes sense, he's the main villain after all so he'll probably be tough to get otherwise. I'm fine with him being exclusive. It's not like palpatine, where he's an iconic character. (I was also going to say it's not like he'll be all that powerful, but of course Gonk droids are the most powerful characters in the lore )

Thank you so much! Rook was pretty important in some comics that cover how Maul gets back to mandalore, so I really wanted her in a set. Bo-katan's actually the blue mando in the platform battle set, though you can't really tell with the lack of helmet prints. Glad to hear my commando shield is catching on. These are all good ideas, now I really want to do a small little comic-con type set with ahsoka and the crash site! The three droids will definately be on the venator.
