    Can’t disagree with that selection! If I were to nit-pick, I’d ditch Mercedes as the F1 twin-pack go for Aston Martin instead. 8 stud DB5 or DBS Superleggera anyone?

    Built the Challenger last night. Have to say that it has some lovely detailing front and rear, including some really enjoyable techniques. Up there with the Nismo for me. The official TLG pics really don’t do it justice. But then you pop the massive flat roof on top and it’s a bit of an anti-climax which then accentuates the ‘square-ness’ of the rear quarters. I cannot immediately think of how to fix the flatness but, given the very clever detailing of the Elva (including having the steering wheel aligned with the driver) it would have been great if the Challenger had just had that last 5% of finesse.

    Lego missed a nice tie-in with McLaren! Special one-off Gulf livery for the Monaco GP.

    My heart says to buy all the 2021 sets, but head says Corvette and Dodge twin packs don’t deserve my cash. Sweetspot may be to buy those two sets in US (delivered to my work colleagues in Miami) as the price difference to EU/UK is ridiculous!

    Great analysis but having spent much of my childhood in the back of a 950cc mk.2 Ford Fiesta, I can’t agree it belongs in the USA group!

    In fairness, given SC models do not have functional steering, we should probably be wondering why the entire range isn’t American! 😆🇺🇸
