  1. That would be really cool! Maybe reintroducing the medium cylinder with the V2 inlet?
  2. Again, a brilliant model. This contest really is gold! I knew that the original model had the forward/backwards function as the motor only turns one way. But for a hand-cranked model the reverse mode for every function is a little bit of an overkill :D Also leads to much slack :-P
  3. As you say, we only see the Januar+March sets, which are always the smaller ones. Big sets come in June and August. Comparing this to the last years line-up with 80% cars, this really is a relieve. Only 3 cars so far in a list of 13 sets with 2 unknown ones. That could be possible, although I don't like these tires in this size at all. They either look too rough or too smooth for a normal truck.
  4. Wheel selection here will be interesting. 503 pcs are definetely not enough for the 49.5 tires.... so we have this one with 30 mm tires?
  5. Upload the file to a third-party platform and just copy the link here ;-)
  6. Seeing this I should have started my Claas Torion with LAs instead of Pneumatics :D Great built!
  7. Also another favorite model for me! Impressive to get all the mechanics in there :-) To get the yellow, you can maybe use the crankshaft piece upside down: Not sure if it twists inside and maybe block the shaft?
  8. Great idea for the friction-held front loader! What I really like is the design for the bucket with the small and very small panel :-)
  9. The back (technic build) is brilliant, just certain hints of system bricks. The front is for my taste too much system bricks, but agaiin, this really is my personal taste. Instead of the slopes maye use these on the upper side? However, it wouldn't be that clean. :-/
  10. The 8446 is such a strange model, but a really cool choice for this contest! You should make sure, that the steering angle of the second axle is a little lower than the first one. Just compare it to the real model.
  11. The solution is quite clever I think. That also is more in common with the Lego principle of using the pieces (or components) that you have and make something new instead of creating new pieces for each task.
  12. I always thought sariels reviews have way more clicks that Balasz, but it's the other way around, now! One really thing I always look forward to on reviews of Sariel are the comparison of new parts to older ones and the mentioning of new coloured ones. The speed-build is really unnecessary, always skip this part.
  13. Never really considered buying this set. Some things like cable management and sturdyness of the build is quite good for such a model. Also I am happy about the recolouring of the and many liftarm racks, so the price for these drops hopefully :-) Conclusion: Big for the sake of being big, but not big enough for displaying the real machine :D
  14. Maybe you can get some inspiration by my tiny dumper truck, which @GerritvdG put the instructions together: LINK
  15. This thing didn't get enough praise. What a B-Model! The panel work on the front is superb!
  16. Not a bad idea as TC19 was one with the highest number of entries, but this part you mentioned would result in the same front build over and over again. Considering small size (with 30.4 rims), there aren't many possibilities for this setup.
  17. This must be the latest reviewed set ever in technic history... one week to the release and still nothing....?
  18. Ah, thanks Igor! You posted this before but completely forgot about it.... A shorter liftarm with ball socket is needed desperately! :D
  19. Hi guys, as the new steering hub with the stronger CV-joint is coming in the 42162, has anybody already worked out a solution for a 11L wide steering and driving axle? I currently use the older version but like to have a higher steering angle for a tractor.... so it should be sturdy...
  20. Very cool I gotta say! Would be cool if Lego would make such a side-by-side pic on every box of an IP-model to see the real size in comparison ;-)
