    1st rumor for the Brick Bank (2016) was late Sept 2015. So maybe in the next couple of weeks to a month we might start hearing rumors for the 2017 Modular. Other than the inverted corner Hospital with raised street rumors we have nothing.

    Really taking my time on this build. Usually a group of bags per night. Just finished bags 6 today and don't want it to end. My first big Technic set and loving it. Main Lego collection is Star Wars and Creator Modulars but seriously considering adding Technic to the mix after this set!

    If the red brick on the brown base plate was say the entrance to an Ambulance Bay and the grey brick spanning the green and brown baseplates was the front facade, then yes it might make a good hospital. Not so much as an inverted corner but something more along the lines of a protruding section up against the street. Look like you can set the whole outline a few bricks back on the baseplate to preserve the sidewalk space.

    Solid rumor of Brick Bank was late September of last year. So getting close to that time. Medical themed Modular would be a welcome addition and hopefully rumors of the inverted corner go the way of the arcade - nowhere!

    Detective Office broke that pattern by not being a Goverment type building. So believe anything is possible!

    As long as the road had power functions, sure why not a raised road modular!

    Azure colored, Art Deco style Nightclub. Or you know a Hospital!

    I believe the first credible rumor of the Brick Bank as the next modular on this thread was September 29th. So maybe three and a half months if were lucky. Still holding out hope for a police station. Crime seems to be an issue on our Modular Block lately. Or a Post Office would be welcomed as well.

    After buying the Deep Sea Explorer set 60095 I kept thinking about that shipwreck. What was she like when she still on top of the waters instead of under? Inspiration in mind bought the Police Patrol Boat 60129. After that and a couple of BnP and BaP orders I give you the MOC "Back From The Depths".     I thought it was agreed that the 2017 Modular would be smaller, cost more and have 3 businesses in it!

    The last two modulars had 2 business in one. Detectives Office has a pool hall and Brick Bank has a Laundromat. A School House with a Library would be an interesting concept. Or instead of a true Hospital maybe a Medical Bldg with 3 business: Doctor, Dentist and Pharmacy. As Tragic Banjo said many months of speculation ahead!

    How about a UCS based upon a concept model from A New Hope? The original model for the Millennium Falcon became the Rebel Blockade Runner after some refinements were made. Pictures of said model can be found in the book "The Making of Star Wars: The Definitive Story Behind the Original Film" by J.W. Rinzler. It would be really cool way to honor the 40th Anniversary!!!

    Finished building Brick Bank this morning. It has so much more potential. Will mod this when I get the extra $$$. Plan on having main entrances on both fronts so basically a corner mirror. Lobby will be L shaped and as others have done a 16 stud wide Laundry. Like the overall style and color scheme. Still want a Police Station as a modular sooner than later.

    Order the Brick Bank from Lego Shop at Home successfully out here on the West Coast of the United States. No issues to report!

    This Brick Bank looks to be a perfect fit with the Detective Office. I was hoping for a perfect fit with the Fire Brigade if you get my drift. Still going to get it but for first time plan to modified right out of the gate. Not sure if I like the direction the Modulars have taken lately.

    Has anybody built the main building of Market Street side by side? Would imagine it look really good doubled in place of the covered courtyard. Especially the Bricklinked version by Daniel9x.
