  1. Ts__ well done build :) I am curious where the connection points to the mid section is, etc.
  2. Seems so, yeah. Brickcatch has it on a list, found on a space themed FB page, etc. https://brickcatch.com/lego-10283-space-shuttle-columbia/
  3. Have you checked the price on the bricks too?. There are or have been some colours that have been rare and very expensive. Chrome bricks, I did get some from https://www.chromeblockcity.com/ , when they still were allowed on bricklink.
  4. Thumbs up to the build :) I did follow it as best as I could on the FB page. Sometimes I check it daily, sometimes less. This should be the STS-2 mission. Due to MLP1, not having those water pipes at the STS-1 launch.
  5. 10 days, 4 of those have been weekends, holidays or similar.
  6. Looks nice. My tip, check what colours are available for the car body. And what they cost. Usually buying from bricklink can be cheapest. But sometimes buying some parts from LEGO's Bricks & Pieces can be cheaper, especially the freight cost. On Bricklink, there are some shops that might be best to avoid. They might have a lot of what you want, but the prices might be a lot! higher than from other places. Pure Display model? and how strong/weak is the chassis? Note! I am not a car expert builder. I have only built a few F1 cars from RoscoPC.
  7. Clumsybumsy and fordtruckin, cheers :) jus1973, keeping thumbs up here.
  8. Did it register on Mechelen, before Oldham? Or only after Oldham? if the latter, then I think that the Mechelen info has been delayed a day or 2. My luck might be, that the ripped edges of the hole go inwards, that should have hold everything inside. I wonder, is there any easier way to find how many of each bag there is, than to watch https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rxFEegQ5Wt0 from start to end? Anyone of you know how many bags of each number there is?
  9. Friday midday, my Police Station arrived. Sadly the outer box and the LEGO box damaged, not just a dent, but a hole even. Something heavy has fallen on it. All bags should be in there tho, I hope. + post office has made a rapport/notification of the damage.
  10. Cheers for the update.
  11. Sounds good to me :)
  12. Versteinert, Cheers for the information :) I wonder, if there would be any building technique to have it more stable.
  13. The Tower of Babel 1563, it will be, sort of? But square.
  14. If it was that way, then I do understand why the surfboard was moved down.
  15. Some americans did have quite long hoods. How did the original creator do the surfboard placement? Maybe it was a tad too unstable for a set?
  16. Cheers for the review :) In the original, the surfboard is higher AND angled a little bit downwards. How did the original creator do that downward angle for it? And how stable was it?
  17. Well done :) I sort of expected to see a grave at the end of that road tho :)
  18. Seems I did the calculation for the swedish price of 10280 correctly. it is 649SEK.
  19. I agree with JintaiZ.
  20. How did I miss this post?! Nice builds, again :)
  21. Is it a build that can be divided into sections? Or a big single building? + yikes!
  22. 40460 169 SEK 40461 129SEK I do wonder what 10280 will be in swedish Kronors. I'll take a guess and say 649SEK. Counting on 129SEK / 10€ + rounding up so last number is a 9. :( to that exhange rate tho.
  23. Seeing Sariel's review, I do agree!
  24. Not that bad Jeep. Those tires tho. My 42053 wants those tires, yesterday!
