  1. Finally the pictures on an easier to find place :) ps1flyer, I use to check in on "Bricks in Space" facebook page, not FB account tho. I have followed your build there and I give you big thumbs up! I wish that fb page was on a forum instead, would have been easier to find older stuff.
  2. I am quite sure that LEGO wont make a TGOJ M3t Steam turbine locomotive. All 3 built are still in existence. nr 71 slowly being renovated again. If their next locomotive is as interesting as the crocodile, then I'll try to buy one.
  3. How about a static model, where the gap between the different parts of the train is eliminated, by moving the noses 1 step closer to the middle? Making the model 2 studs shorter?
  4. I give you thumbs up! :)
  5. Dirk1313, big cheers for the review :) I think I'll aim to mod this to a display only version. Whenever I can buy it.
  6. This is the first LEGO train I have put up on my wishlist. And I think I might very well do the modifications that Dirk1313 has done, or something similar. Modifications for a pure display model.
  7. External image host. Some do use flickr.
  8. 99,99% sure that those are renders. Trekkie99 Giacinto Consiglio, this looks fantastic.
  9. Thumbs up to those words :)
  10. IRL more important :) A bit sad that his Shuttle got so little attention. I have had the same idea, as Arkaitz Ruiz, regarding a 1:220 shuttle. But I still had not gone into LDD or similar programs to make one. 3 bricks wide bay. Same/similar to his closed version. Still pondering on the open versions I was, but his loos great! Not checked yet if the 13 stud wide is 100% correct or not, but seems very close from memory. But I'll do a similar, someday. I wish that https://www.facebook.com/groups/legospacebuilds/ used a forum instead of facebook.
  11. Hopefully someday. Have you tried to promote this on different forums, facebooks, instagrams, twitters etc that feature modified P-51's and air racing? Maybe some of these has any of the things mentioned above? https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/North_American_P-51_Mustang#Scale_replicas I checked, most of the mustang replica pages seem to be, gone? For air racing, maybe https://airrace.org/ ?
  12. For an Ideas, sturdy more important than dihedral wings :) To either buy this as an Ideas and then build, or build it w/o ideas, that is on the wishlist. Or even both!
  13. Fantastic! 335th btw. I guess this is way too small scale to have the wings Dihedral angle.
  14. https://castlelego.blogspot.com/2020/05/yep-it-definitely-is-hole.html should work better?
  15. Kaero, Arkaitz Ruiz has a nice looking 1:220 scale shuttle on the FB page. Seems to be quite true 1:220 and not just a modifications of Creator 31091 Shuttle.
  16. That might take a while. I wont start any design until I have put togethet that LMP-1. DW's mod of my mod of KingsKnight Shuttle is on that page :) A 47973 has a surprisingly strong grip to a 32001, as a note.
  17. I know the Bricks in Space, I check it regularly :) And no, I will not get a FB profile, DW has tried to get me to make a FB profile too. If there would be a forum for this space stuff, then that would be more interesting. I am planning to modify my version of KingsKnight Space Shuttle to a Buran. The design, not the model I have built. But that is after I have assembled the MLP-1, I have redesigned from Valerie Roche's and Greg Kremer's Mobile Launcher, And KingsKnight's service towers, with only 1 of the towers slightly modified. LDD to instructions, is not working for this MLP-1. I have had the parts since late last year, but someday I'll build it together.
  18. Nice :)
  19. Very nice :)
  20. Kaero, could you poke at Allan Jordan and tell him that Buran do not have any protrusions on the aft end, as his model does. The aft Orbital Maneuvering System http://www.buran.ru/images/jpg/bbur169.jpg and http://www.buran.ru/images/jpg/bbur65.jpg This video shows those on a ground test. First part of video
  21. Thumbs up :)
  22. Agree with the posters here, amazin! How did you do that telephoto lens?
  23. Oh, btw... already voted for this a bit earlier today :) Nice build!
  24. Are the door hinges 2x2 turntables? 3680 and 3679? I hope the IRL build goes well :)
  25. Looks very nice! More pictures someday? I do have questions about the door opening function. Are they built in either open or closed door variation?
