  1. Meanwhile, thanks to everyone for your compliments! In fact, the post office is located near the bakery but it was quite changed. The cottage was in the village version 2013 but this year has taken its place my new chalet & restaurant.
  2. Hello everyone! As promised to many of you who have followed me over the last few months there are some pictures of my full Winter Village version 2014. The village consists of 24 baseplates, various buildings, over 28.500 pieces and over 120 minifigs. A lot of hard work but that led me in the recent exhibition of Lecco (19-20 July in Italy) a great satisfaction. Thanks for watching and for your comments! The complete gallery and other HD images:
  3. Following the advice of some Italian friends, I decided to redo the roof of the school and this is the result. Now the lines are no longer horizontal but vertical that are more in line with reality. Even if you can not define perfect, this new version I like much more than that original. Let me know what you think. Bye! Other images:
  4. The Winter School We are entering summer but I'm still working to complete all the new Winter Village will be presented in July 2014! This moc is my third and last building for the new Winter Village 2014. Having done in the past the church and the town hall in the village could not miss school. I had a good number of brick in dark blue that I wanted to use for a building that occupies a certain importance, and so I decided that the building more suited to this color was the school. The result is a simple but elegant and minimalist building, with large windows and white with a dark roof built a system a little bit different but more technical than the other buildings. The interior is not great unfortunately, but I still managed to get two classrooms (almost identical) are not very large but still essential, and also the room of the Presidency of the school. In the room of the headmaster is also a light pressure (hidden in the roof) that allows you to better illuminate the desk of the Headmaster. The building is made with respect to the last two (Farm and Cottage) is perhaps slightly less detailed but its elegance does justice to himself and makes her look good along with all the other buildings around the village square. Even this building (as for others) will be combined with two Baseplates with many minifigs (especially a series of children with a backpack while out of school) and various accessories such as a bus stop and a yellow bus to transport the children . The design of the bus I was inspired by this moc (https://www.flickr.c...ppie/8558813647) found on the net. Inspired by this, I redid the bus making it smaller and making some changes to make it a bit more European. The result is a nice bus with 8 seats + driver ... for a small village should be enough! : D Thank you all for watching and for your comments. :) Sandro Other images: Lateral view The rear view Interior details Room of the headmaster Roof detail The school-bus Complete gallery of images: https://www.flickr.c...57644843600990/

Work at nothing short of awesome! ... like the rest of your modular buildings. I always love the combination of colors and techniques used. Congratulations indeed, I will follow with great interest.

  13. Thanks to everyone for the comments! The fountain is the most complex part of the whole moc. In the future will insert more detailed images of it.
  14. Hello to everyone! This is my entry for the Winter Village Contest 2013. I imagined that the Christmas Market is in a park in the village and so I decided to create a tree with a small wooden house where the kids can play on the tree climbing, pulling snowballs, playing with rope swing. The vignette is complete with a traditional fountain carved into the wood of a tree, a small Christmas tree, a lamp post and Christmas lights. What better day to wish everyone a Merry Christmas! Thanks to all for comments
  15. Thank you so much!!! A compliment of this kind, is worth a thousand words! However I do not think I have anything to teach anyone
  16. Thanks again to everyone for the wonderful comments. Soon I will insert this model on Cuusoo.
  17. At the moment it is a simple utility but some have suggested that I make the entrance to a winery!
  18. Thank you to all !! In fact, I had decided to participate with this moc if the competition was like last year. The rules have changed ... patience! Be warned though I still think to participate with a 16x16 base!
  19. Winter Village Chalet (Restaurant and bedrooms) This is my second great moc for my new Winter Village 2014. A MOC that are also very fond of because it took me a remarkable job. Unlike the Farm, which could have an architectural orientation of American type, this chalet is very European indeed very Italian! The building is a little bit smaller than the farm but has a large number of small items, and then brings the piece count to about 2600. The chalet is structured with a restaurant on the ground floor which is accessed from the main doorway and offers its customers the cozy bedrooms upstairs which is accessed by a wooden staircase on the front. The restaurant has tables set up with tablecloths, plates, glasses and candles to create the right atmosphere. We also find the classic crackling fireplace, a Christmas tree, and on the right side there is a corner with little bar, cash, coffee maker and a small sink. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, one single, one double bed and two twin beds in the attic. On the same floor I made a small bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. I tried to make the building in a rustic stone walls wooden beams between a floor and the other, a sloping roof and wooden floors with double color in the bedroom and more stone tile floor in the restaurant. The roof is only supported, but thanks to a precise interplay of connections it allows good stability and at the same time a high speed of removal in order to better observe the interior of the bedrooms and the bathroom. The interior upstairs is also removable to be able to see more easily the restaurant. To change a little bit the predominant color that could be the gray of the stone I decided to make the walls of the central part of the Chalet with a valuable but very rustic sand-green Thank you all for watching and for your comments. 20. Amazing building! Innovative use of the elements and excellent interior especially the game of joints in the floor. Congratulations, great job!
  21. Thank you very much! If you want to view all the images I upgraded my flickr account: http://www.flickr.com/photos/49191153@N08/sets/72157634571975653/ Good vision!
  22. Incredible attention to detail! Really nice and full of everything. The more complete and detailed service station view from now. Congratulations!
  23. Awesome job! The thing I like most, however, is the delightful combination of colors. Compliments. This demonstrates how a beautiful moc must not necessarily be gigantic!
  24. Thanks to all! I'm glad you enjoyed the wood effect that I created.
