  1. I think you missunderstud my Picture : There come an second ring with curved toothbars above, and the trainwheels run in the grove, holded in position by the connectorring . I don´t know the hole of the trainwheel, witch runs on the 3,2 mm stick, I think it will slide smoothly as bearring.
  2. Yes bigger LA could be nice ! But NO , there the same in ! Look at page 13.
  3. Hello, I think the turntable could be in this way, I have no trainwheels #2927 and no stick 3,2 with ball 5,9.#22484 IMG_20180521_103057 by Wolf Zipp, auf Flickr It´s possible to get many tile 1x1 round in the grove as distance bearrings, but if it bend, they can fall out. 4. Fantastic work !!! Incredible gearbox !
  5. Lego make different Prices in EU, France and Netherland higher, Germany a bit cheeper for example. You can see it at the Lego Shop if you Change the Country.
  6. @BusterHaus I think with independent rotation can change the pipes from right to left side, when the ditch is at left side. If the vehicle is heavy enough, it needs no outriggers , but it lock the suspention to get stabil.
  7. Yes I used a link, I wanted to test it, the link is faster builded as a toothbar. First I hold it in my hand, but all slacks around, so I build a frame to test . IMG_20180408_000820 by Wolf Zipp, auf Flickr With the frame could I test if the wheels turn when it suspend, but it´s only marginal!
  8. Sorry Erik, I could not wait .... and build the axle in other colour to see the pivot point in the rim . It´s only symbolic to see the system, with a different stearing method (Your Pictures are to dark with all the black parts) IMG_20180408_101938 by Wolf Zipp, auf Flickr IMG_20180408_101914 by Wolf Zipp, auf Flickr
  9. Hello, I made a new cut from my Final Video I will Show it on follow Expo´s : (not fixed !) SteinCHenwelt 2018 in LUZERN ( CH) in May 4. - 6. > fixed and done . Fana´Briques 2018 in Colmar (F) in June 29. - July 1. > fixed and done . Faszination Modellbau 2018 Friedrichshafen (D) November 1. - 4. (not fixed) 1 day done . LEGO Fanwelt 2018 Köln (D) November 16. - 18. > fixed and done .
  10. Erik, your crane looks very nice! I think the connection of the 2 cylinder for the boom is not strong enough, there will be much force to lift the boom, and it fold away. Do I see it right? The turnpoint of the wheels is inside the rim ?? Great ! I would take a separate motor for the pneumatic, it needs power and long runtime. @I_Igor it will be only 3 axles possible for drive, look at the angles.
  11. Hello Doug I can Quote jotta93, it´s nice what I see from you. I think I have to look for your past projects to learn the mechanics !
  12. Hello Shineyu I can only repeat the other answers, this crane is fantastic !! I love also your trucks. I hope you can solve the problems and come back with new fantastic MOCs !! We will miss you !!
  13. Nice work, well done ! Can it lift something ? I know, the Problem is the "precise" pneumatic...
  14. I connect the both left and both right wires from the cutted PF Extension to get a stronger mechanical connection to the plug. When I connect a Motor to it , the Motor runs in one direction without stopping. For the IR is it no problem, because from a Lego batt box ist also the inner wires under voltage. Only the Servo motor needs all 4 wires to get in center position
  15. Hi Fred You have to contact left > - < and right > + < with power in. The 2 contact inside are to the Motor power out. IMG_20180211_235027 by Wolf Zipp, auf Flickr You can connect an Switch or IR on that to use the PF motor
  16. I use also an 1,5 A Power-supply and an Extension , I made it special for my large MOC with my selfmade controlbox. IMG_20180211_195406 by Wolf Zipp, auf Flickr
  17. The question is, who´s site will be taken down ?? The site of @Splat, who use copyrighted Images from Lego on his site, and splatted with poison here on EB ?? In the discription of his (slfroden) Video you can read : "LEGO® is a trademark of the LEGO Group of companies which does not sponsor, authorize or endorse this Video." It seems he is not autorized from LEGO to use the Minifig for his own Company marketing
  18. I send a MAIL to LEGO Group, because @Splat will own the Copyright for this LEGO PART !! I think he will hear in a few weeks from the australian justice. It seems like an 100.000 - 500.000 $ process against him, when he and his " Splat Design Company have no license from The LEGO Group to use there parts under his own Copyright !! Edit: on the Motor I can read : (Copyright) 2012 LEGO / LEGO (R) (rights reserved) Pictures of the Eifelturm in Paris are prohibed to publish
  19. Hi Doug Nice to see the working crane, but I´m a bit shocked you will it destroy soon . Did you changed the diffs in starr axles in the last film ? Do you not present your Moc´s on Lego expo´s, or is there no one in the near ?
  20. Hello Doug, I think a pneumatic cylinder for the jib is no good idea, because when you lower it , the jib will fall down very fast !
  21. It looks good, and you are fast in building, only 4 weeks ! Fine that all works !
  22. Oh, sorry, is it not allowed to get a technical discussion ?? I see only 1 Topic with some answers. That other is not the same building -> other Topic. When it´s not ok, I hold me back with commends in future Edit : I see also 3 Topics to 1 MOC in a few days
