  1. POWER FUNCTIONS Shouldn't TLG create an updated 2.4Ghz system with a better power source and motors?
  2. Do you have the lego buggy motor kit (full car)? If so how much are you selling for?
  3. Well, I was not really 100% happy with the buggy I made and in that post I asked for advice on drive axles. Unfortunately as I mostly only have old pieces (pre dark-ages) I could not make most of the suspensions So I tried one that I could use (I originally wanted to make a mini front wheel drive car) and made a mini car with what I could. I'm really proud of what has turned out, the truck looks like a jeep/hummer as is so freaking cute I designed the chassis so that the bodies are interchangeable. I think that a competition where everyone is to make a body for one type of chassis would be really cool, but i'm not famous so it seems far fetched Thanks guys, <forgot to add> The reason this car is a little slow is that my family forced me to purchase rechargeable batteries meaning that the output is 7v not 9v. I would get a buwizz but that is expensive
  4. Well, not really haha, it's actually Matthew but I usually use MattL600 for my usernames, youtube videos, watermark stuff, etc. I'm an Aussie so our Lego is overpriced and I am par from any proper lego stores :( I'm a technic fan but I just got back from the dark ages so most of my parts are old which is sad because most of other people's other mocs require newer technical pieces. Thanks guys :)
  5. Amazing car! It is beautiful Going to follow this because I can't wait to see a video of it running!
  6. BRILLIANT! Can you record a video so we can see it in action?
  7. Thanks for the suggestions next time I wont be as afriad to gear up! Thanks for the link for all the axles but unfortunately I don't have a number of the pieces mentioned. Also, what gears gear up to 3:5
  8. Hey guys I wanted to test out the unimog suspension but I forgot how it was set up so I tried what i remembered of it into this buggy's rear axle: But I think I somewhat messed up What are the principles for live axles? And on a completely unrelated topic, does anyone have tips to make driven and suspended front wheel drive? Thanks Update: Just took it apart, probably gonna use the advice to make something better.
  9. Dear LEGO® fan,Thanks for your recent LEGO® parts request. We’re sorry, but we haven’t been able to process your order 3005738417 as it didn’t pass our validation checks. 10. Oh sorry I emailed them and I'm emailing them again just now Thanks for this info, I'm starting to do this as I realised how much easier it was to build when organised. However most of electronics where stored in a big Lego tub. Thanks for the tips everyone, I'm going to try take it apart maybe tomorrow afternoon and I am going to hope Lego helps.
  11. Beautiful truck The roof looks a little thick though.
  12. How do I fix m motors? Is it easy and do they all use the same fix? Will I need a soldering kit? Thanks that will probably be a solution to the motors.
  13. Well, the last one I broke was the m motor from when I was building sariels cannon. I'm pretty sure I used the other m motor for a crawler, that was before I had an xl motor. The servo died when I built a vehicle around it, so that two parts of it would make angles and then return to a straight line. I did research, and I figured out that the wires of motors break easily and that may be the case, cause before I just stored all my lego in a big box. Most of the other pieces are broken from the Unimog crane... (I replaced the clutch gear) Oh I meant that I have most of my parts from a slim number of years, meaning that I do not have many new or old parts. I also say this because I struggle to stay with one colour for a whole model. I mean if you really want it is can show you proof of the broken Lego I haven't thrown out. Peg hole* Oh oops, I already threw it out...
  14. I have 2 broken m motors and 1 broken servo motor, I'm going to throw the servo motor out cause it's not useless and I can mod the m motors (maybe). I also have a battery box with a broken leg hole. Anyways I decided to do this because I've been trying to contact Lego but they keep sending me an error message and blocking me from reaching the humans... Please help, PS I have tons of other broken technic parts but not as important as this.
  15. It didn't have much torque because I did not gear it down and I didn't know how to fix suspension sagg lol
  16. It was actually pretty hard keep the colour scheme going haha. I guess all my later models are going to be red and black lol
  17. HAHA Oh my god I feel so stupid! I forgot libraries existed LMAO XD Oh okay, one day I might buy a set of 4 sometime, I'm a little low on cash lol Thanks for the info
  18. Thanks for the Tips especially the second one! I was wondering how others were able to achieve heavy loads. Also, this may seem stupid, but what is a lego wheelhub? haha Thanks! I've heard of the books from his youtube channel but I don't think I can afford it cause I don't have a job haha
  19. Wow! I didn't realise there were so many other fellow Australians in Eurobricks!
