  1. Here's a somewhat better split second glimpse (0:28 sec mark) at that Imperial Monorail Train from Solo, via this French Renault automobile commercial. Does anyone think this may ever become a set?
  2. For those interested, check out @Ashnflash's latest custom Collectable Minifigure Series! Eurobricks - Marvel Studios 10 Years CMF MOC
  3. That Peggy Carter CMF is my favorite, but this is one excellently designed custom series all in all!
  4. Out of all those franchises, Looney Tunes and Universal Monsters seem to me like they'd be best done as Collectable Minifigure lines. I can't quite see them being translated into a wave of playsets exactly.
  5. But, but, think of all the poor starving historical/sci-fi/fantasy fans who are homeless without a theme! Haven't the Furries and Cosplayers had their fill yet?
  6. Hey, I forgot about this display! First saw it years ago here on Eurobricks back when I still was a lurker.
  7. Unique indeed! That's some stylishly clever usage of curved track there!
  8. Okay, I just checked it out last night, and yeah, it's not a bad film! I must say though, the ending felt somewhat different from the rest of film's tone, as that one gantry battle between Damon's character and the mercenary felt a little like something out of a superhero movie. I'm not saying I didn't enjoy that scene as a result, it was only amusing in a way.
  9. USS Maverick by NuthinButTheRain Oni.X by @The Secret Walrus C-14 Pelican by @Sylon Here's another really Bright Blue mech that was featured on The Brothers Brick recently: SHIN CALIBUR - ARTURIOS by Jayfa
  10. Nice! The Wasp and Nick Fury are my two favorites of the four!
  11. That would be one pricey advent calendar! But hey, joking aside, what archetypes would you wish for from a Christmas themed series?
  12. So, possibly the most popular "regular" CMS yet just happens to be the one almost completely made up of costumed CMFs. Great, this just could mean Series 19 will be Costume Party 2.0, or that at least half of that series will be costumed characters.
  13. Don't forget Tintin, which could easily be done for the BrickHeadz theme only as a Tintin and Captain Haddock double pack with Tintin's dog Snowy.
  14. I'm pretty sure that may be referencing James Cameron's film. Makes me wonder if Lego may have their eyes upon a line of playsets for its upcoming sequel. I wonder if Lego was looking at doing the Legendary Godzilla (which, being a WB film, would've been easy to do), or a particular Toho incarnation of the character.
  15. Absolutely, since it offers something for almost everyone.
  16. I'm surprised we haven't seen such a CMF yet!
  17. Has anyone in the US received a Spring 2018 catalog yet? Nor have I seen it in the mail yet, it isn't shown on the catalog request form either.
  18. Also, perhaps Carolers, Gingerbread Girl, Victorian Christmas archetypes (i.e. Scrooge), Nutcrackers, Female Holiday Elves... Those are at least a few other archetypes I could think of.
  19. Its build almost has a polybag-like quality to it.
  20. I'd love to see a proper cinematic take on Thomas the Tank Engine, but only under two conditions. Don't set the story in modern times, and don't bother trying to explain the engines' sentience through any means at all. If it were up to me, I'd have the main narrative presented as a bedtime story told by Rev. Wilbert Audry (the author of the original stories) to his son Christopher, thereby avoiding the need to explain both the geographical existence of the Island of Sodor and its talking engines. The tale told would be a seamless weave of some of the author's original stories, with a climax centered around a heavy storm which hammers the Island's western coast, thereby giving the main engine characters the task of evacuating coastal residents inland away from the flooding. I know both @ScotNick and @Steamdemon also take an interest in Thomas the Tank Engine, and I'd be interested to hear their opinions on how those characters should be portrayed cinematically too.
  21. Asking you this, perhaps the answer would be pretty obvious, but, what sort of themed "regular" series would you especially appreciate?
  22. As far as sci-fi movies with Matt Damon go, have you ever watched Neil Blomkamp's Elysium from 2013? If so, would you suggest it at all?
  23. For a female Ninjago character, I would've instead preferred a Nya microfigure, one that probably takes after her 2015 ninja costume in design. With a Dark Red and Dark Azure dual color scheme, it also could be more easily passable as a cartoonish, nonspecific ninja figure, something that could be better incorporated into a generic microscale MOC.
