  1. It's Ninjago City meets Mortal Engines...
  2. Thinking about Lego's current palette of transparent colors recently, the only missing shade I feel we may or may not need is a lighter counterpart to Transparent Bright Bluish Violet, a Trans-Lilac if you will. By the way @paupadros, do you figure that this topic would be better suited in the General LEGO Discussion subforum, perhaps under a more blunter name such as General Color Discussion?
  3. This project really needs to make it to 10,000 supporters. Peter Reid of Exo-Suit fame has just submitted his own rendition of Lego's Galaxy Explorer to Ideas!!! LEGO Ideas - LL497 Galactic Explorer by Peter Reid
  4. Has there been any progress made on debugging this poll glitch? It seems to still not work.
  5. Well, if Lego is going to seemingly insist on giving us only one non-licensed series a year, I hope they can at least schedule one for the latter part of that year to accommodate some Christmas archetypes. Particularly, I'd love to see some Dickensian Carolers similar to your designs!
  6. Bright Blue and Yellow once again unfortunately. Our once hoped for Earth Blue/Yellow pair would've been nice to see for something new.
  7. One group of archetypes I hesitated to put down for guesses in this game were seasonal ones, particularly for both Christmas and Halloween due to an interesting conundrum. With Series 19 rumored to be a mid-year release once again for the third series in a row, Christmas and Halloween archetypes haven't a proper place in the non-licensed line if we are to presume Lego will continue this trend of only one mid-year release for awhile onwards. Traditionally, Christmas and Halloween archetypes have been reserved for third CMS of any given year, right?
  8. Peter Reid of Exo-Suit fame has just submitted his own Galaxy Explorer to LEGO Ideas!!! LEGO Ideas - LL497 Galactic Explorer by Peter Reid
  9. Oh my gosh, Peter Reid of Exo-Suit fame has just submitted his Galaxy Explorer to Ideas!!! LEGO Ideas - LL497 Galactic Explorer by Peter Reid
  10. We are definitely overdue for a Frontiersman archetype. I'd imagine that a Sand Blue variant of the Retro Spaceman would retain his Light Bluish Grey and Dark Bluish Grey accents but his Flame Yellowish Orange ones would be replaced by some other color. Bright Red maybe? I'd love to see an Adam Strange type of helmet! ...retro, Art Deco rocketcraft like this one creation in particular!
  11. It's not so much about the quality of the sets, as it's more about the essence of the Juniors theme itself. Back during its launch in 2014, Juniors wasn't merely composed of simplified playsets based upon other preexisting themes, as it had more generic, non-themed offerings too. If Juniors has now been relegated to a mere 4+ designation, then we have one less theme that could house generic playsets based upon themes/genres that are currently homeless.
  12. Marvel Studios' Ant-Man and the Wasp. Like the first film, it was a simple, but fun little diversion from the typical grander-scaled MCU movie from which I did get quite a few good chuckles out of.
  13. One has already been started by @J4ck back in June:
  14. In my opinion, all moderately flat-faced characters should use a standard minifigure head with appropriate corresponding headgear for adaptability. Specialized heads are always a big letdown for me. Juniors was fine as it is and shouldn't have been downgraded in this way. With Juniors, both preexisting themes and nonexistent themes could've been housed together under the same roof, whereas now it is merely a designation.
  15. Yeah, it's the sort of thing I could see model railroad or plastic kit enthusiasts outside of AFOLs being interested in. Even amongst AFOLs, I couldn't see there being that much interest outside of City fans.
  16. Something like Sand Blue, perhaps? Personally, I wouldn't want to see something too skimpy in attire. I'd love for the genre to receive a whole playtheme for that matter!
  17. If Series 19 were to again be a themed one, many of our guesses may be in vain. But, nonetheless, here we go... Aviatrix/Female Aviator (think Amelia Earhart) Locomotive Engineer Heroic Prince Sorceress (think Sleeping Beauty's Maleficent) Victorian Gentleman/Gentlewoman Galactic Overlord (more human than alien, with perhaps Blacktron references) Retro Space Heroine (a counterpart to the S17 Retro Spaceman) Frontiersman (think Daniel Boone) Dutch Milkmaid Oriental Emperor/Empress Bird Watcher Steampunk Cosplayer Superhero/Superheroine Adventurer/Archaeologist (think Indiana Jones or Johnny Thunder) Legendary Lumberjack (a.k.a Paul Bunyan) Firefighter By the way @Itaria No Shintaku, I've never participated in one of these guessing games before. Is the sixteen figure, CMS-length list a mandatory standard? Can you make additional guesses after your initial post?
  18. Well, while I didn't find myself struggling to follow it, I did find that it was somewhat sluggish and all-over the place for those first three episodes.
  19. Both of those sound excellent! Indeed! Along with a themed series that would explore fashions of twentieth century, that's a CMS that I wouldn't mind missing a non-themed series for!
  20. Sweet! I'll be most looking forwards to whatever you may cook up if you do so!
  21. That can't be. This year has been one of the most aggressive for the theme in terms of output, and to expect it to just merely slam on the breaks full stop the following year...
  22. Congratulations! By the way, I just saw this post of yours over on Instagram:
