Has anyone tried modding the Beauxbaton Carriage? I was rewatching Goblet last night and from the small clip we get of the carriage realised that the size might not be that out of scale. I think it may be a Tardis situation (I can't remember if the book addressed the carriage's proportions). What is not accurate obviously is the number of Abraxon horses as from my count it has seven horses not two. Acquiring extra horses undoubtedly won't be cheap, but I think it may be worth it for accuracy and to get rid of the clunky 'reins', as that is the only part of the carriage I have always disliked even since the leaked photos.

I sure hope so. Although I get the feeling they don't know what they're doing! -

Thanks. I just wanted to add a few pieces to a sets order, so I think emailing will just complicate things, but what you say is good to know for the future. B+P is now officially closed off again. -

B+P is down again for me. The link is green and you can go through and pick your parts, but when you try to add it to basket you get 'Bricks and Pieces is currently not available'. Cleared browser data and still the same. -
I've never got so many spares. ? Haha you were short changed. ?

Has anyone else opened their advent calendar? I got three spare bow tie pieces for Flitwick. So I looked at a Youtube unboxing and it looks like that person got two spare. Really weird, like the machine just dumps a few in and you get pot luck! No wonder the calendar is so expensive.

Anybody else unable to get onto the Lego website at all. I'm getting Access Denied even after clearing all browser data. :( -
I'd say the one from the CMF.

(MOC) Harry Potter - It unscrews the other way
BacktoBricks replied to Geertos13's topic in LEGO Licensed
I love it! This was one of my favourite snippets from OOP and this MOC has just reminded me of it. I really like the chandelier design, especially the way you've used the handcuffs and curved the studs. The boomerang is also a really nice finishing touch. Such a shame Peeves missed the movies as he's a great character. Great job. :)- 3 replies

This is amazing. Kudos to you and the original designer. Even watching the video I'm just itching to play around with scenes (love how Dumbledore is just lying there lol). On another note, I couldn't help but notice the empty shelves in the video. This is a rare occurrence for a Lego fan. Do you plan on filling these or did you have to sell your entire collection to afford this? ? 25000 + pieces is just mind blowing.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who found it temporarily open. Thought Lego had actually driven me crazy and I was dreaming things. ? -

Hhm ? It shows green for me and I can say I'm in the US and it goes through. Weird. EDIT: Okay you jinxed it, it's gone back to yellow. Come on Lego sort it out for goodness sake! -

It's working for me again now. In fact, I can even add to basket. I wonder if it's worth trying to check out? -

No probs. Me too actually. I was trying to put together an order when it went down. Started putting things back together and then the back door slammed shut. ? I did actually make an order of four small pieces around three weeks ago and they should be with me but are yet to arrive so really not having much luck. I finally managed to order the Hogwarts Castle yesterday when the site was working. Also ordered Central Perk, but that's on backorder. Beats me who managed to buy it when it was available before the site went wonky and then the site starts working and it's on backorder. So now I have decided to try and put together a Pick A Brick order of bulk windows, bricks etc whilst the HS promo is running and even that is being annoying. Just had to clear out all my cookies, browsing data etc to get the Pick A Brick page to actually show some bricks. Then bricks which were available yesterday are now nowhere to be found e.g. You can buy 1x4x6 door frames, but the 1x4x6 glass panes have suddenly vanished which is super helpful. Sorry you lost everything - it's super annoying! EDIT: Added a few pieces to PAB only to then get the Access Denied ... not got permission for this server ... Blah blah blah. So cleared cookies etc again. This happens in both Edge and Chrome BTW. Annoying thing is, the last time I went to buy PAB and a large B+P was during the Rocket Ride promo and guess what, it didn't work then either. What was more annoying, was that CS wouldn't admit anything was wrong with the website on that occasion, just said it was 'slower than normal'. It's that slow it's going backwards. -

I don't think any of the links are working now. Seems Lego finally realised there was a back door into the system. The link that was working now redirects to 404 Bad Request. Sorry. -

I suppose. They can only offer parts replacement for so long. To think that those parts are around 6 years old now! -

That's very interesting. On searching through I noticed a few printed pieces from the 2013/ 2014 Star Wars UCS Sandcrawler and Ewok Village sets have become available. One might then assume that this is a sign that those pieces are going to be used again in some upcoming sets, but going on what you found it seems they may have just found and catalogued a bunch of old parts from a warehouse. -

It's offline, but you can still place orders by phone, time consuming as that may be so my guess is technical problems. I mean when isn't it! It was still working for me until about five minutes ago and now the whole website seems to have given up. Really frustrating considering that I want to spend a decent amount of money tomorrow when the HS promo goes live. ? And I haven't even tried using my VIP vouchers yet ... this is going to be fun! Nope totally not alone. I've completely given up on my parts order, but now it looks like I may not even be able to buy the sets I want. I'm talking Hogwarts Microscale Castle and Central Perk so a decent order I've been saving for. Perhaps to Lego this is all small change compared to what they sell in stores, what's a few online orders. At least, that's what I have to tell myself because I can't see why a company would keep running such a dysfunctional website otherwise. Wish I could just walk into a store, but I have no Lego store for 200 + miles. Oh and I've just redeemed my VIP points for 'Online' vouchers ... -
Yeah me too. I only buy when there's a promo and a exclusive set that balances out the price. I want the new Friends set though and had seen articles about this promo coming up and thought I should just wait and see if the promo will apply. Who knows, tomorrow may come around and it may just be HS purchases that qualify. I'm sorry you missed out. ?

Ouch! Google tells me that's about £71? Not good. ?
