  1. I was never a JP fan when I was younger; it was always my sister who would watch the films with my mum and who was in to dinosaurs generally. And although I have seen the latest films I still wouldn't describe myself as a fan of either JP, JW or dinosaurs, but I am still desperately trying not to hit that buy button! I can't quite even fathom why, but the T-Rex just seems cool to me.
  2. This is all of the new sets except for the Knight Bus. Then there will also be two more sets released in August - Graveyard Duel and Beauxbaton Carriage.
  3. This is really good! i love how you've used the upturned hats and the minifigure posing is the best :) Thanks for sharing.
  4. So these are my thoughts for the next wave: I'm thinking we might get Privet Drive with say Tonks, Kingsley, Harry, rather than Grimmauld Place. That way people can can combine it with the Ford Anglia from the whomping willow set to create Book 2's escape and Lego seems to be trying to make sets and places that can be interchanged. Grimmauld Place meanwhile is fun, but I would guess would probably be more of a candidate for a DH wave. A section of the castle complete with Umbridge's office, Room of Requirement (with vanishing cabinet), astronomy tower etc. Umbridge, Ginny, Luna, Neville, Harry, Ron, Hermione, Cho and Dumbledore are good candidates for minifigures here I think. Ministry of Magic, complete with prophecy, the archway etc. Maybe Lucius Malfoy, Death Eater, Harry, Sirius. The Burrow - Molly Weasley, Arthur Weasley, Harry, Ginny (pajamas), Bellatrix and Greyback. Presuming a Diagon Alley D2C hasn't been released by this time, a section of Diagon alley / Knockturn Alley with the Weasley's joke shop and Borgin and Burkes including the vanishing cabinet. Fred, George, Draco, Harry as figures. By the time this wave comes out, the FB carriage set will probably be retired so I'm thinking the Thestral mould will make another appearance, maybe with Umbridge, Harry, Ron, Hermione. The cave scene from HBP with Harry, Dumbledore, inferi. All just guesses of course and trying to think how Lego have currently done sets that mix and match and spread figures across waves to cover different movies.
  5. Wow thanks for the link. They are amazing! I love it all :)
  6. Thank you both. I got confused because I'm sure there was some discussion a while ago about not just the face prints not staying the same between the CMFs and this wave, but Hermione's hair changing too.
  7. Sorry if this has been covered before, but if Lego can't reuse CMF parts in normal sets, how come Dumbledore's hair/hat piece from the CMF is now being reused in the Clock Tower. Can they use recolours? Or am I getting this wrong?
  8. Rita Skeeter would be cool to go with the Triwizard sets, but somehow I can't see that happening.
  9. Yeah me to and I'm in the UK. Irony is, I also won't get the polybag either because I didn't order on or after 1st June which seems a bit unfair to loyal customers. I only preordered as I had some points and last year the sets went to backorder quickly, but they seem to have plenty availability this year. I wish they'd hurry up as I'm starting to wish I had gone to Amazon. :(
  10. Nymphadora may have something to say about that ?
  11. So Baby Voldy is officially the stuff of nightmares. So glad they finally found another use for that mold lol ?
  12. So sorry if this has been mentioned before, but on the UK S@H website you can now purchase a full complete box of Disney Series 2 minifigures. Thought somebody might be interested to know. :)
  13. Zusammengebaut is reporting that Brickheadz will continue in 2020 with seasonal Brickheadz and return with more licensed Brickheadz. https://zusammengebaut.com/neue-lego-brickheadz-wurden-uns-fuer-2020-bestaetigt-71287/
  14. Okay now that sounds cool ?
  15. I can't find the original picture (which I did see so seems to have been removed), but here is a picture of someone who has the sets and has them connected: https://www.instagram.com/p/BxvGFyRH95A/
  16. And I have no Smyths store for 50 miles. ?
  17. That's what I keep telling myself!
  18. I bought mine for £36 a while back through a Amazon fulfilled seller. I don't even need another one, but at that price I'm so tempted. I don't know if I should be thanking you or not lol ? EDIT: My purse says darn you ?.
  19. So an update on the old Chief Tarfful debate; both Brickset and Bricklink only have one entry for Tarfful now (SW0530) and having got both his 'old' and 'new' version I can confirm they are identical. So that mystery is finally solved. ? Now we just have the mystery for future collectors of why there is now no SW0993 in the minifig database. ?
  20. UK too. I'd like to know if there is going to be any promo really before I preorder though.
  21. Really? Working for me. Brickset has reported on these now, so I don't think the 'leaks' are coming down.
  22. There is a caludron. But no, sadly no baby Voldy from what I can see.
  23. That carriage looks very cute and those pearl gold lanterns are amazing. I'm sure lots of castle / medieval lovers will want this set for the carriage and horses alone. Not sure what the play feature is for the graveyard duel as they seem to have put a lot of pieces into making 'land' that could have been better used elsewhere, but with four minifigures and not too many pieces I can see it being reasonably priced as the others.
