  1. I'm not saying they won't release a Ginny this year, just that based on the patronuses supposedly set to come in the Room Of Requirement set, I don't believe the leaker confused Hermione with Ginny.
  2. I would agree with you both, except the patronuses included in the set are supposedly an otter and a rabbit. Hermione and Luna's patronuses are an otter and a hare, so even if the leaker is not knowledgeable about HP characters, the patronuses suggest they have the figure selection right. Ginny's patronus is a horse.
  3. So do I. I also imagine that there will be characters in the CMF to complement the Privet Drive set so that it can be an appropriate location to either film 2 or 5 e.g. Tonks or Kingsley or a Polyjuice Harry.
  4. So far if there is one thing I have concluded from the previous Harry Potter sets is that Lego has done a good job of making sure that the sets and the CMF cover the films well and that the line up for the previous CMF made more sense once we knew what sets were coming (putting Cedric in to fit with the later Graveyard set for example). Going on that, I can't see them missing out the necessary Order members or Death Eaters it will just be a case of whether they appear in that last set (or any unknown sets) or in the CMF.
  5. I was just going to say that Ginny has to be in the CMF now really.
  6. There is no evidence yet that it is Cody. The guy in the video was speculating and @Guyon2002 didn't realise initially.
  7. And he is guessing at it being Commander Cody.
  8. I think the budget is going to the HP sets lol. Trouble is, Lego has set a high bar with the quality and price of the new HP sets and it is doing nothing to help the Star Wars line. And whilst I am loving the new HP stuff and don't want it to stop, I think Lego needs to be careful not to create too much of a disparity between such licensed lines or people maybe start putting their money elsewhere.
  9. I mean, it does seem too good to be true almost, but then I think we were all surprised by the value of the Expecto Patronum set. And they have just retired the Aragog set and that might just be because they need to make some shelf space or it could also be to prevent there being three 'forest' sets on the market at the same time.
  10. Now we know why the Star Wars prices are so high!
  11. The UK too has been dire with discounts of late. Everything is basically RRP. Even before Christmas the discounts on Star Wars Lego were extremely poor. It's a case of watch and wait and be very selective about what and when to purchase.
  12. If it is Cody, it probably won't be worth just buying him though. I can just imagine the prices. ?
  13. Yeah exactly. As a prequel era baby, I think this wave may be pure nostalgia for me. But on the other hand, I was technically introduced to the originals before the prequels and I love both. A wave of solid original trilogy sets would have made me happy too, but it is so good to see some prequel love. And I understand that there will be those who don't like the PT or TCW, but there is no doubt that their time will surely roll around again pretty soon.
  14. I suppose if the prequel era isn't for you then this wave may be a solid pass, but for those of us that do love the prequels then I'd say it's pretty promising.
  15. Okay thank you. I thought you must be ever so good to make out the figures from that image lol. Interesting that we don't see a Magnaguard as that seemed like a popular figure, but if it's Cody instead I'm not complaining.
  16. Do you know the rough figure selection from other sources or are you guessing from the picture? :)
  17. I'd say both, purely because the new season of TCW will overlap with ROTS and Lego seems to have ditched the old TCW style figures, so the Grievous will be the same white one of late probably.
  18. A very blurry picture of Grievous' Starfighter has leaked.
  19. Jang showed himself getting an extra set of horns with his Bantha set so I think so. ? Perfect set for finishing off all those Wampas and Tauntauns that seem to be floating around without any horns. ?
  20. The thing is, you just can't please everyone, especially as Lego has had to spread the Star Wars sets over much more content in the past few years. Many people, myself included have wanted Lego to show some more prequel love (and I include TPM in this statement) so I feel more optimistic than ominous about this year. That's not to say of course that I will like or totally agree with the direction Lego takes with any new prequel sets, but it feels like a step in the right direction to me. Add this to the fact that the Republic Gunship has been put into the mix for the UCS vote and it feels like Lego may be recognising that there is enough desire for more prequel content. It's good to see that prequel sets don't automatically = hate. :)
  21. I could see them releasing a Dooku vs Yoda set again as a little battle scene. Been a few years since we got a Dooku; his lightsaber is still chrome plated after all. Or at least some of them still will be ...
  22. Honestly, this makes me happy. I thought last year would be kind to the prequels what with TPM anniversary, but it was a let down to say the least. So as a prequel baby I'm looking forward to seeing what this year brings.
