  1. Yes... and no... The best music is what you like - so there really is no "perfect" Lego building music
  2. I've had this sitting on my shelf for over a year now, so it's probably time I share it... See main post for photos, LDD file, and more information^ I've also changed the photos of the red safe, as they were way over saturated...
  3. Could these> be used instead of the 5L beams?
  4. This forum isn't the best place to ask this, try here: http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/
  5. Very nice! (and black ) I think the only part that doesn't look too good is the grey frames on the sides - considering these are now made in black...
  6. +1 There's not really mush else to say...
  7. Update! Features added: Moving platform Extended test level Also fixed a tiny bug with jumping. Download version 0.0.7.0 here: https://bricksafe.com/files/mocbuild101/my-games/miniform/Miniform_v0.0.7.0.exe
  8. It's the link a few posts above, or if that doesn't work, here: https://buwizz.com/buwizz-fast-car-competition
  9. I agree, it looks great considering it was mainly built for performance! Good luck in the contest!
  10. Very nice! It performs very well, I really like the black color scheme too... Good luck, you've got my (first) vote
  11. Yeah, even a Lego LiPo seems cheap compared to that... BTW, has anyone else noticed that one of the entries is a copy (obviously stolen) of one of the other entries?
  12. No it cannot be used, PF uses a different connection than the old 9v system. No, it is a different cable (4 wires instead of 2), and you would also need more connectors for the ends. Yes, see @hjxbf's link above^ Yes, you can check them just by playing with the set... (or with a multimeter) No, the Lego cable has special ends. You could try gluing them (with "super glue"), but I doubt it would last very long... +1 Only weight and price... You should get the older heavier one, as that is what the Bricklink inventory has listed. (and it's cheaper)
  13. Update! Features added: Pause menu - with clickable buttons! Download version 0.0.6.0 here: https://bricksafe.com/files/mocbuild101/my-games/miniform/Miniform_v0.0.6.0.exe
  14. Looks great! Nice use of studded pieces on the back too - much better than panels (which you also did a good job of) It would be good to see more of the insides (gearing) though, as it's not very clear how they work...
  15. Great work, and very polished design, but I really want to see inside that controller...
  16. Sorry for bumping this topic... I needed to hold my camera low to the ground, so I built this: I thought I should share it here, since this topic is all about cameras... It has a LDD file too, if you need it: https://bricksafe.com/files/mocbuild101/mini-mocs/Camera Tripod.lxf By the way, if the camera in the video doesn't look like s GoPro, that's because it isn't... (see my edited post above)
  17. I'm pretty sure it will, I've powered it with a 3.7v LiPo - it's not much use (due to under-powered motors), but it works... I've also had success powering it with a Lego solar panel - the IR reception is bad, but it's still green...
  18. What do you mean exactly? The plates that are sticking out the back?
  19. Cute, and very well designed! The only part that might need more work is the front of the truck - it looks a bit too flat...
  20. I agree, if we were doing this with real bricks, we wouldn't be all working separately and then trying to fit it together, we would be building one model - adding and changing parts - so that we knew it would work when it was finished.
  21. +1 The chassis looks great @Didumos69! It almost looks like the SBrick/buggy motor chassis I built last year... (that I never posted)
  22. Update! Features added: Coins and money More sounds A more fun test level... Download version 0.0.5.0 here: EDIT: version 0.0.5.0 is no longer available.
