On the road to Pamu [Collab - part 2]
Bodi replied to Spud The Viking's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
A neat and clean build, and the story is hilarious. -
Very nice build, Bregir. Excellent photography too. These snotted basis are real effect enhancers, the half timbered building looks great, so does the waterwheel, and all these interesting details here and there.

Another nice build from you, evancelt. The accompanying text is great too, and details such as shaving are just what you need to bring a scenen alive.- 5 replies

It's a true SR townhall or a tavern named Townhall? The roof look great, I also like the arched windows and the fully paved baseplate.

En route to Pamu. Compared to the Corrie delegation, who had to cover the distance from Westface to Pamu, the voyage of the Olean delegation was much shorter. Even though, we can't say for sure that the Oleans would precede the Corries in this course for negotiation, as they had to travel in hostile lands. Longing the coastal, the Duc of Vitoria and his guards met some refugees leaving King's Port for Pamu, foods were given and information exchanged, they were nearing Pamu.

@Bregir Fair point, I'm going to change the narrative.

I like tall ships built with lego, and this one is a fine one, nice job CaponBobs!

Thanks, Mesabi. You guys have proved the efficiency of your planning, so I'm keeping a close eye on what you guys are doing now. Thanks Kotz. Glad you like it, Fraunces. Thank you evancelt! I read your post several times without finding any mention about the location of the build, so I guess I shall not tell it either.

Looks amazing! My favourite part is the section picture showing different decks of the ship, and the stern is just gorgeous.

@Fraunces @evancelt @Mesabi Thank you for your comments, I'm glad you like my ship.

Brethren of the Brick Seas (BoBS) Intro Thread, Era II
Bodi replied to Bregir's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
My reasoning is to build a ship, we have to find a place to build it first, as most of shipbuilding works are done on land. So unless someone already owns a shipyard in Terraversa, I don't know how a new ship can be licensed there. -
@CapOnBOBS Nice job with the custom hull, and the brick-sails look good too. And if you are looking for more realism, you may consider to shorten the mizzen mast, and add a spanker on it, NOD's vessels in his signature are some good examples.
-
I've missed this, what a beautiful ship! It has a lot of play features, with a realistic looking. It's really regretful that it didn't get the attention it deserves.

While the Captain Hunter was obeserving the garrison, hiding in the bushes, having faith in his camouflage skill, an Olean captain was having a conversation with one of the guards. "Luckily you've sharp eyes." Said the captain. "Thank you, sir! They've been wandering around since a week, spying our defense with their spyglass." "Good, these men must be Corrie spies, continue to act like nothing happened, and don't do anything that could awake their suspicion. They'll well surprised If the redcoats want to exploit that 15 minutes gap." Said the captain with a smile. Edited "Good, they must be plotting something, continue to act like nothing happened, you know something is happening, but you should pretend you don't know." Said the expressionless captain. A reaction to Evancelt's excellent build, "Taking notes".

Hilarious. Looks like the Corries regulars are trying to restore order in Mesabi Landing. But is it the remains of a redcoat in that storehouse, it's scandalous!
-
Nice! The roof looks good, so does the snotted wall.

Thanks. I like building ships. Glad you like it, TomSkippy.

@Faladrin Thank you, glad you like it, mate. I'm looking forward to your frigate. @The Neighborhood Merchant Much appreciated.

Looking good! The trade of spices is very era appropriate, and I like the use of star wars canopy here.
