  1. The curved wall looks great, nice build.
  2. @Ayrlego The Duc de Boussac would be glad to be there.
  3. Nice moc, I like the modern-ish look of it, maybe a little too sophisticated, it would fit perfectly in a OL settlement. Are you sure you don't want to offer it to Oleon?
  4. At cost of heavy casualities, maybe. Brickwolf, Nod, The Neighborhood Merchant, thank you for your comments. CapOnBobs did really a good job capturing the feel of classic pirate, and it's huge! Looking at his fort, it's like back to my childhood to me, nice job!
  5. In complement to the fortresse, a defensive structure including coastal batteries and barracks have been constructed in the nearby shoreline. On the towers were placed heavy guns, each of them commanded by an artillery officer. These guns have a wide range of fire. The gunners trained hard since the declaration of hostiliy. Here we can the commander of the battery on the watch with his men. Alas, it was another uneventful day, the Corries didn't show up, maybe they got lost midway. A private decided to take a pause and eat his ration of biscuit. Further inland, there's a barrack to train soldiers, they'll be sent to reinforce the garrison in case of attack. These two builds were built after the buildings of AOE 3, i.e. wall structure and barracks, downsized and simplified to match my brick inventory.
  6. They aren't pines to me, but masts. Very nice and impressive moc.
  7. Good to see Emile's business expanding. I like the stone wall on the left, a wise choice to protect one's asset during these turbulent times.
  8. It's a good idea to build a brick sky. looks cool, I like the use of technic pins as stars too.
  9. Great to see another bunch of proud Oleanders joining in the army. The instructor may look mean but eventually the men will learn to appreciate his severity when they come back from a battle.
  10. Looking good! Nice scene, I like that stream, and the white line marking the water level.
  11. Thanks Fraunces, glad you like it. Thank you Mister Phes!
  12. Thanks, they are my son's figs, and he's right, lego builds should always come with minifigs.
  13. The squatters settlers in Fort Arltrees have been working even harder than before, and a new hotel just opened door in the hastily built dock in front of the fort. Another prize build from the last challenge.
  14. Nice colors, pleasant to the eyes. The fort itself is nicely done, I like that ramp too, reminds me of those good ol' baseplates.
  15. A very nice micro-scale moc, bravo for the expanding Fort Arltrees further.
  16. We'll make them bleed on the beach, those redcoats, if they dare to set foot on one of our settlements. Nice shooting range.
  17. Very nice, clever parts usage.
  18. @Keymonus Nice minifigs and story, an excellent choice for the jungle environment. Funny to hear a Corrie commenting on OL's uniform, I've noticed that a large number of Corrie's officers are wearing shamelessly the blue tunics of the bluecoats, you'd better find a better alternative, because if it's ok in peacetime, you may find your officers decimated by your redcoated grunts before they get to the battlefield.
  19. We gladly accept the service of Admiral Larvey, la Royale will provide any assistance needed in the fulfillment of his mission.
  20. I haven't followed the US election closely, so what you said above is Chinese to me. even if I'm a Chinese. Another Latin citation, I know one of those too, something like pacem...parabellum..., and I donn't mean a 9mm.
  21. Neat build, i like the classic look of it, lot of nice details, and you even thought to the drainage.
  22. Indeed, there're some nice building techniques.
  23. Looking good. Clever use of the Duplo pieces. Bravo for the all brick built background too, or is it a wall?
