LEGO Star Wars 2017 Pictures and Rumors
Navy Trooper Fenson replied to Stash2Sixx's topic in LEGO Star Wars
The vents are a pixely mess when magnified, you can't tell it from the current pictures. I am sure the vents will be some shade of blue seeing how Stormtroopers never had grey vents and the costumes for the movie Rogue One also kept blue vents. The lack of Endor Strike Team helmets in the Rebel Battlepack is unfortunate. I hoped for some with the dark grey stripe to make some of the non-forrest camo Rebels from the old Battlefront games and maybe even with the dark green stripe as to update my old Endor rebels. I dislike painting but it seems a valid option now. Still wonder how the rebel army in the movie will look like. I actually even hoped for the big, dark green helmet from the U-Wing and the dark tan/dark grey Hoth caps seem rather useless. I wonder what the summer Battlepacks will be like. The label of Episode 4 to 7 gives only a few options. Hoth would be the nicest with cheaper versions of the figures from the UCS Hoth Base and I can also see a true version of Endor Battlepacks with Scout Troopers, olive Rebels, Navy Troopers and Officers with hats. Even an Episode 4 Battlepack could be a great mix of Sandtroopers, Tantive IV, Yavin and Death Star figures. -

I hoped they would have included the stupid smile face in the Infiltrator so they could make a stoic/angry face for the Duel of the Fates. Oh well, I still have the 2011 Maul head anyway. -
LEGO Star Wars 2017 Pictures and Rumors

Pilot, corresponding rebel Astromech, Moroff, black figure and light grey imperial officer My guess would be the officer and black figure are Jyn Erso and Cassian Andor in imperial disguises. Though the Bunker Battle seems to come with a Flight Controler that fights Shoretroopers as well so they probably put Jyn in her disguise into the bunker set and the black fig in the Y-Wing is soeone else. The color also looks similar to the pilot fig that is dark blue, maybe they put in two pilots and this Y-Wing is a two-seat version with a gunner like in the old concepts and TCW. I wonder which figure is in Krennics Shuttle Microfighter. It looks like a black officer which is rather unfitting. Calling the set Krennics shuttle and not including Krennic is weird. And will I finally get my wish for a light grey and dark green Boba Fett in the Desert Skiff? The wait for final pictures wasn't this exciting for me for years. -
Bootleg Super Heroes minifigs - worth it or not?

Are there single sale versions of the new Spider-Man set? I want to build an army of black and white motorcycles. https://www.aliexpress.com/item/DLP9033-Building-Blocks-Avengers-Marvel-Spiderman-Spider-man-Spider-Man-With-Car-Motorcycle-Bike-Minifigures-Toys/32749243803.html?spm=2114.01010208.3.1.Eeg9Ya&ws_ab_test=searchweb0_0,searchweb201602_1_116_10065_117_10068_114_115_10069_113_10017_10080_10082_10081_10060_10061_10062_10056_10055_10054_10059_9914_10078_10079_10073_10070_10052_10053_10050_10051,searchweb201603_1&btsid=0ea092af-ca1c-471a-a4c0-1c12c01e5e68 -
Bootleg Super Heroes minifigs - worth it or not?
Navy Trooper Fenson replied to KingPixels's topic in Community
I am a bit overwhelmed with the military figures. Is there something like a catalogue of all worthwhile sets? I ordered several sets to amass some WW2 armies and SWAT teams but I would like to know if I missed something. Also, my main problem is finding modern US soldiers. I wanted some in tan with dark tan vest pieces and helmets but everything I find is normal tan and the one set with dark tan vests only has one or two suitable helmets and single sale is apparently no option, too. -

I wanted to talk a bit about Aliexpress. I am rather anxious about using Direct bank transfer so I wanted to know what kind of payment you use and how often there is trouble with orders like missing pieces, not arriving or late arrivals. Also wanted to know if there are any alternatives to Aliexpress. I find most single figures are 0,75$ but much of the military stuff is 6-7$ for a 6 pack of figures which I would prefer more to be in the 4-5$ range. I ordered some on Ebay a year or two ago but looking now I only find insulting offers like 4$ for a single figure and 15 for 6packs. -

That had more to do with Lego not being given enough concept art, they probably got the earliest batch of concepts to do sets for and the Wookie Gunship just happened to be part of that because it appeared in the pilot. -

Just be grateful for Battlepacks being so crappy. I rather like the constant stream of new parts and without all those Battlepack leftovers I would probably never have thought about real moccing or sorting my parts collection. The newest Stormtrooper Battlepack is among my favorite Battlepacks at the moment for that sweet selection of useful parts. 2x2 darkred rounded slopes 1x2 plates with clips and short bars 4x4 round plates with and without 2x2 holes those new 1L technic tubes 1x2 plates with 1x2 SNOT Buy 10 of them, mix them with an existing parts collection and you can easily make some complex Star Wars Walkers or sweet darkred republic vehicles. There just is no point to displaying these models. If you like one you display it, if you don't be grateful for the extra parts. The worst Battlepacks are those with very few versatile parts, most importantly the assassin droids BP and the Imperial Dropship (I will never be left alone of those JSF cockpit windows). Well, good for you that you like the Speeder Bike. I don't really see the strategic use in making Speeder Bikes fatter and giving them a gunner when something like the Gian and Battlefront Speeder work better as moving gunnery platforms. And from a parts usage point it is quite useless as well except for the 2x2 plates with 1x2 SNOT. The turret is at least aesthetically sound, would be useful for a mini-set display and gives people some 2x2x3 corner slopes as well as more grey parts for building bases and equipment. Making the sets more about minifigure equipment would be nice but due to Legos weird standards for legal/illegal builds and stability I rather have the big, crappy builds. Just look at the Mandalorian BP. The tiny Speeder was kind of suitable but the turret was just an inferior recolor of the first clone troopers BP turret and then they tried to justify the pricepoint with the last 6 parts, making a sniper rifle out of a 80s space cam and some levers but the tripod constantly falls off and due to using a space camera and periscope the thing looks too big for a sniper rifle which normal people would rather make out of bars than brick-thick parts. Legos, official brick-built weapons will always look even crappier than the speeders and command posts, especially now in the age of stud-shooters. Rather hope that the next battlepack vehicles consist of bar holders with clips, 1x1 round plates with holes and 3L bars. My favorite idea would be to include realistic styled background equipment like Gonk Droids, crates and generators but those would most likely not sell as well as studshooters apparently. Now this is a ridiculous statement.

LEGO 75098 Assault on Hoth video review
Navy Trooper Fenson replied to Sariel's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Depending on which country you live in I think you are even better off money-wise by buying used, retired sets. Really depends on what you want and need. A Wampa cave isn´t needed for the actual battle of Hoth, neither are Tauntauns, that already shaves off some cost. The gate of 7666 is a downgrade to the new one but the new one isn´t exactly perfect as well. As a UCS set I would expect a gate that at least fits a 150€ Millenium Falcon but this doesn´t do it. The wonder of Lego Star Wars Hoth sets is that if you don´t like a design you can just wait 3 years on average and you will get another try that might better fit you style. It´s not like they will ever stop doing Hoth sets. Though they probably go a bit mad, or at least I do when I think about how this is the SEVENTH re-release of the barely changed Snowspeeder that still makes no attempts to look like the movies model in terms of shape and even color. I wonder, does nobody ever object in the design process, that they use the same, inaccurate model with just slight differences for 12 years now? It feels like really nobody cared at all and designers should start objecting when they see discrepancies like this, making the Flash Speeder police thingie bigger than the AAT tank or giving Kanan a Speeder Bike that is even too big for the 90s Technic Figures, let alone minifigures. Well, I sure as hell will never buy this. It´s worse than the Ewok Village. With that the biggest fault was missing Lando, Wedge, Nien Numb, the Force Ghosts and replacing them with more Rebels, Scout troopers and the worst version of the Stormtrooper to date. But here? You really can´t begin describing it all, it´s all the same. I would rather say what they did good for once: New Rebel Soldiers (first released in the calendar and 30€ Hoth set but they wouldn´t have made those sets without this one in production) Perfect Rebel Soldiers (well they would be perfect with grey/white moulded legs but that´s too much I presume) That freight speeder thing Lukes face Wes Jansons helmet All in all? I really hope that there will be new Hoth Battlepacks soon. -
Discussion: 10252 Volkswagen Beetle
Navy Trooper Fenson replied to CM4Sci's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Was always sad about the old beetle going out of production but it was a bit too big for my taste. The 80 - 100€ price point is much more to my liking and I hope they update the entirely studded curves to something more stylish. At least I hope it´s the old one, I wonder who even cares about the new beetle, seems like a waste if it were that.- 137 replies

LEGO Star Wars 2016 Pictures and Rumors
Navy Trooper Fenson replied to Brickdoctor's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Better question is, why is it the old 1999-2010 design instead of the newest one? + regular clean Stormtrooper like 2015s calendar. I think the black arm is supposed to represent him even though it´s wrong. + brown Gonk Droid. Though I wouldn´t really count that as a figure. source: http://geekculture.co/wp-content/uploads/2016/01/star-wars-2016-summer-sets-leak-3.jpg I would say the metallic protocol droid is E-3PO because it´s the one from Cloud City that insulted C-3PO and U-3PO is too shiny and chrome in comparison. -
Star Wars Pieces Available from B&P
Navy Trooper Fenson replied to Junior Shark's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Why does everybody mix up buying parts and getting parts for free? Or is "buying any part from a set after typing in the instruction code" a fourth choice in the tree now? The problem is most people don´t know the service exists, Lego does not advertise it at all, going so far as to make PaB a rival service with completely different prices even though they are both under Legos control. A sticky thread advertising the service in the General Lego Discussion board should be enough to make people aware that the service exists, maybe with a disclamer not to list licensed parts as the service is only meant to let you buy normal pieces which still includes special parts from themes like Ultra Agents and Ninjago that could come in handy. of course nobody will do it.- 24 replies

LEGO Star Wars 2016 Pictures and Rumors
Navy Trooper Fenson replied to Brickdoctor's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Maybe people liked Chell because she didn´t talk lol but seriously, Rey and Jyn are like clones of one another, you can tell they got the names for both of them from the same brainstorming session. Two movies in a row with the same main character. It fit for TFA but this is a story more about the war. I hoped for something more generic and militaristic like Saving Private Ryan in Space. A vehicle to show off my favorite part of Star Wars EU, the lower-deck comic stories about army types like Lt. Janek Sunber in a normal military engagement without Jedi or tacky super special secret weapons. I think they got that formula 100% right with the Seven Samurai cast of different, more or less flat archetypes like big guy, lanky guy etc. but yet another girl power, master of all trades title role feels wrong in the context of the lower deck military story and the context of the last movie having had a female title character already. Should have been more evenly focused on the entire group and given a better clishee archetype to the girl like sniper or pilot. Though maybe they will have her and Maybe-Biggs share their screentime enough to make it feel like an ensemble piece. Nobody went out to complain about Luke but you can see that nobody cared about Luke in the 70s and everyone preferred Han or Obi-Wan. Luke only got popular through 5 and 6, once he was more capable and his own man instead of the idiot audience surrogate that didn´t know the basics of the universe he lived in. Well, the death star plans are kind of important but importance of the events is arbitrary and should play no role. This movie is more about being a vehicle for the used future military sci-fi style. I would kill to have a tv show with stories like Empire Comics - To the Last Man, Wrong side of the war or that fan-made TIE Fighter anime short. Clone Wars microseries and playing Star Wars Battlefront 1 and 2 was my childhood, this movie seems to be geared towards this area of Star Wars fandom and I always wished for a weekly tv show like that. I kind of got my wish with The Clone Wars but not really. Just like how the Han Solo movie will be geared towards the bounty hunter/smuggler part of the fandom of people dreaming about being the cool cowboy with more stories in the vein of Firefly and Andromeda but with the Star Wars look with Stormtrooper armors and run down, used spaceship tech. I hope they keep doing the spin-offs with specific fan-service aspects while the mainline trilogies remain an amalgam of all the traditional Star Wars aspects with a stronger focus on Jedi, just like it has always been with the OT / PT showcasing everything and the comics/books/EU giving people a fix for their favorite aspects. I already threw away my hopes that the inevitable battlepack would be 3 or 4 clean Stormtroopers, seeing how we already have 3 new helmet types. I bet we will get something as bad as the First Order pack. Regular Stormie, dirty Stormie (maybe even a repeat of the last Battlepack just with different accessoir than the jetpack), tank trooper and Shadow trooper. I have nothing against more imperial trooper types, I always liked some of the types seen in The Force Unleashed 1 and 2 but as I said only some, Stormtroopers wiith blue or red markings should not be canon and most helmets should remain classic Stormtrooper with slight variations, not completely different. There are only so many ways to make Star Wars-y helmets, I already feel burned out and made fun off with all those extremely similar designs. It feels like they cranked out even more different helmets just for the sake of having more figures to sell and these designs just kind of blur together in my mind. I think the following guys might as well all have the same helmet for how similar they are: Rogue One Shadow Trooper, AT-RT Driver, Clone Pilot Hawk from TCW, Genndy Clone Wars ARC Heavy Gunner, Boba Fett in TCW season 4, that guy that Obi-Wan impersonated with facial reconstruction nanomachines in TCW season 4. I preferred TCW with repainting the same trooper armor. It is just as toyetic, money-minded and kind of dumb but at least somewhat plausible and realistic. Or why do troopers driving and walking alongside Rogue One tanks need different helmets than normal Stormtroopers? Biker Scouts needing a more suitable helmet for the Speeder Bikes makes sense, army helmets and motorbike helmets are inherently different but these tank guys just kind of sit on their tank, they don´t need a special helmet for that, the ones driving the tank might as well have TIE/AT-AT pilot or AT-ST driver helmets except the gunner who most definitely has no bonus from wearing the new helmet so really what´s the point? And now we get to the sets lol: With these price points we will most likely only see the rumored AT-ST, imperial tank, TIE Fighter and X-Wing. Maybe not X-Wing because three X-Wing on the shelves at the same time might be overkill, even when Lego considers Poes X-Wing and well Poes X-Wing on Jakku different. The only set slot left is 100 bucks which would be too small for an AT-AT, extremely missed opportunity right there. Whatever big craft they will do it probably won´t fit the tone and style the film is going for: Big action sequences and huge battles. Two middle class fighters, two small ground vehicles and one middle to big thing is lacking. Well, at least we can´t complain about too few set slots. Making Star Wars a three wave per year theme is a pretty good decision which I hope they won´t rectify so there is still possibility for still enough chances to get sets based on the old movies, the old shows, the new shows and the new movies all at the same time. -
Lego Licensed Parts available from Bricks & Pieces
Navy Trooper Fenson replied to LegoPercyJ's topic in LEGO Licensed
Pretty sure everything that would be removed is removed now and people looked up every 2015 set. Only parts that are in production are available, it seems the parts just kind of disappear after the sets that use them are discontinued. I originally wanted to order a large batch of Ultra Agents fig parts in december but when the service went online again in February literally everything was sold out. Now we can only wait for 2016 parts to appear but even the replacement parts page only has a couple of Nexo knights bits, brown doors and that´s it. Anybody know how long it takes from set release to parts in B&P? It´s already been 3 months. I would like to post some repeats that may have gone under all the figure parts of which most got deleted: all Friends hair pieces in sets from 2015, 2014 exclusive hairs are already sold out (especially the bob cut 4596244 for Wasp customs and many other characters) White Bicycle frames even though no set with them is in production so better get it while it´s hot 4609267 1x3 black arches for the Lego ideas Piano that was never made 4618880 6038564 Padmés hair from the AOTC Laat/i thanks to Detectives Office Dark Tan Mutt Williams hair (much better fit for Captain America IMO) 6018438 Black Ninja masks to mod your Winter Soldiers 6054856 CMF Movie Star / Grandma hair in brown 11256 , it´s a great hairpiece and would be really useful repainted in orange for Avengers 1 Black Widow Mermaid / POTC Keira Knightley hair in blonde and pink 95225 6117858 Chewbaccas new crossbow 6062324 and 6096296 technic wheels in trans clear and trans blue from MTT / New Order Snowspeeder and new Naboo Starfighter still available: Finns stolen jacket 6127357 6056616 1x1 flesh colored round tiles for boobies roflmao xddddd 6116487 black trash bags from the Kwik-E-Mart 6093859 1x2 plate with integrated 1x1 slope in light grey, the Slave One uses two of these in the grey/red area around the cockpit but the Slave One comes with dark grey versions despite the grey in that area being light, looks much better with the light grey version 4611164 white doors (also available in brown and light grey) 6116218 white glass pieces for 1x4x6 frames (also available in light grey and trans red) plain black heads 362626 for only 0,08€, extremely cheap and also available in other colors, just search the design numbers Another tip: Some parts are cheaper on PaB. 1x4 hinge plates like those used on TIE Fighter wings are 38 cents in german PaB but 51 cents on BaP. Same goes for many window parts, 2x2x2 slope bricks etc. Wanted to get some missing bricks for my Green Grocer build and didn´t see the price difference until now, could have saved 5€ if I had known. -
Disney Collectible Minifigures Series 1 Discussion
Navy Trooper Fenson replied to just2good's topic in LEGO Licensed
Your version of the events: Price hike around Series 5 because Lego hates its customers Price hike with Simpsons line because of license Price hike stays with unlicensed figures because why the hell not Another price hike because of Disney even though the license price hike already came A much more realistic interpretation: Price hike around series 5 because of a rise of more complicated figures in the figures line (side printed legs, printed helmets and one-off moulds with all-round printing) Price hike with Simpsons because of new double-color moulding machines and even more parts with complicated printing becoming the norm Price hike stays because these machines are still in use in the normal figure series (even though they cut down their use immensely) No price hike for Disney because there is nothing warranting a hike Licensed themes are only more expensive because of an overabundance of complicated printed parts, figures and one-off moulds. Your idea is only valid if we talk about one-off special cases like the Star Wars episode 7 wave or the 2008 The Clone Wars summer wave, where the prices returned to normal with the very next wave released. A license profit percentage rate probably exists but is too low to have any effect on the price of something as cheap as blind bags. I doubt they can raise the blind bags prices any more now. Another hike and you burgers might as well just buy actionfigures or Mega Bloks. Hasbro Star Wars figures are 5,99$, Mega Bloks blind bags are still 2,99$, I wager other brands are cheaper.- 4,155 replies

It will always be subjective, that´s why there will never be truly perfect figures. Some prefer simplistic styles like in 1999 and others want actionfigures. Arm printing is excessive unless there are important bits on the arm like the Winter Soldiers star or Bobas flamethrower gadgets. A simple trooper shouldn´t need arm printing. You see the subjectiveness in the faces the best. 2014 Luke looked like somebody superimposed the actors face on a Lego part and 2015 simplified it again to a small line on the chin and correctly colored eyebrows and character representing mouth expressions. And then there come debates between making things screen accurate or prop-accurate. Or the designer just doesn´t care about distinctions for whatever reason like Bobas completely different colorschemes between TESB and ROTJ (still missing that dark green + light grey Boba, hope you like sand green and baby blue even though we could have swapped sand green for olive green for years now) or AOTC clone pilots and AT-RT drivers being literally the only unmade helmets. The endless updating will never stop. Lego itself engineers it that way to a degree. Stormtroopers with fully white printed legs were available in one set in 2005. Understandably that was an exclusive one-off. But now that leg printing for every single SW figure is common we get printed legs but unprinted waists, still in black, even though in the movies that part of the body is clearly white and doesn´t need black color to break up the monotomy of the design, Stormtroopers are fully white by default. I really wonder if my decision to buy 16 battle damaged Battlefront Stormtroopers was good. It probably won´t be 3 years until we get yet another version, maybe finally waist printing and then I sit on those for as long as I did on my 2008 Battlepack Stormtrooper army. At least those 2008s didn´t lose their worth, I hope the worth of other Stormtroopers will stay the same. Worth will most likely stay relatively even. I mean prices are the same regardless of 2008 troopers, original 2001 troopers, there are even people buying 2012 troopers even though this is the worst looking version of the figure with its action figure detailed torso, crudely printed 2008 helmet, unprinted legs and relatively extreme rarity due to only 2 of them being in Ewok Village and one of them in the Endor Battlepack. As for the purpose of this topic, I like updating though I change my mind all the time. At first I only wanted original Han Solos, then I rejected the new torso and only wanted a new head with facial lines and the moment that version released I was totally ok with the vests. Right now I am rejecting the new Darth Vader helmet because it literally looks like a actionfigures head stuck onto a Lego body but that will most likely change at some point as well. My worst figure regarding updates has to be the imperial officer. Barely any individuals with different ranks, everybody is a Captain, two styles of coats now, two styles of caps as well, still no way to indicate the "skirt" on the pants and I am still undecided if that detail is even necessary, Rebels officers are even dark tan and life action ones are dark grey, I mean what kind of stupid distinction is this? One really needs decals for that and a way to order the new hats separately.

Bricklinking an Imperial Shuttle 10212
Navy Trooper Fenson replied to hachiroku's topic in LEGO Star Wars
If anyone wants to bricklink this model I would recommend to look up Bricks & Pieces. The bricks there are directly from Lego so the whites are factory new. Thanks to the System scale Imperial Shuttle of 2015 some rare parts are available like the double convex 2x2x3 bricks in white for 50 cent each and 1x6x5 slopes for 80 cents. Of course you till have to pricematch regular pieces with Bricklink sellers. -
EB Xmas Raffle 2015-Your ideal Christmas tree - Winners
Navy Trooper Fenson replied to CopMike's topic in LEGO Town
Arrived today, thanks for the prizes! I am especially delighted by the "mistake" that 3 of the Doctor Who figures came with Gungan/Indiana Jones flesh hands instead of normal flesh hands. I was in need of some of these and they are extremely rare nowadays. -
They could easily do a line of sets with smaller designs similar to the Friends line if they wanted. I don´t have any hope now though. Wish they had leaked another whole year set and promotions list like last year. Based on relevance in the show it should be Moes Tavern but that will obviously not work. Comic Shop seems a bit too obscure but could be fun. After that buildings of the school and nuclear plant would be too big and would end in something uncomfortably small like Assault on Hoth.
-
The giant sets are apparently good sellers with kids as well. I couldn´t believe it too with the death of the middle class and everything, people buying Lego sometimes for the monthly minimum wage of first world countries. I wonder how the buyer ratio of these sets is when AFOLs make 5% of all of Legos profit. I would expect AFOLS to be way over 50% with the Expert sets, or how do we call those things that get announced by the monthly press releases? Well, I just hope that Lego makes some Battlepack with those hoth rebel and snowtrooper designs, the Hoth Attack set is really bad at being an add-on/battlepack when you get additional Hans with every Hoth set you buy now. Should have been 2 rebels, 1 rebel technician and a snowtrooper while removing Han and the probe droid and maybe made that white/tan base smaller. Maybe I get Zevs helmet separate (Wedges helmet is dark green when the movie shows it clearly as dark grey like the old 2006 helmet, I just keep that one. What does Lego have with being prop accurate v.s. the actual movies look?). Han is overproduced already, Luke from the 2010 set looks identical except for the face and hat color. Rest of the figures are soldiers or so utterly generic background characters, I would rather own an army of Episode 7s Totally-Not-Just-Female-Yoda. Maybe get some of those white 2x2 with mudguard overhang pieces for that nice speeder cart design but everything is just so underwhelming or plain bad and toyetic. At least kind of better than 7879, that weird 2012 set. Only good thing about that was Hoth Leia, Bacta Tank Luke and 2-1B. Cloud City would have lent itself much better for a Death Star / Endor Village kind of diorama set. Does Lego and/or Disney want to segregate people of colored bespinian descent out of the theme? They sure as hell are great at it. I doubt kids would find it that much better. The gate can´t fit anything bigger than the Snowspeeder. If you want a base for your rebels you would have to park the Flacon and X-Wings outside like a poor person. Those countless stud lasers are nice but I doubt that they like stationary turrets that much. Children apparently hate most stationary things like bases which is why Lego does so few sets of them, spring loaded lasers just make the sets "not bad" for them, not "perfect" or "ok" and kids can get loads of those same lasers through battlepacks and many other sets already (I doubt that they are likely to leave things like the Galactic Empire battlepack station thing together). Kids could get older snowspeeders, is the 2014 Luke one already out of production? The rest of the functions are just tacky stuff with no purpose and better in most other sets. Oh wow, a yellow crane again. And a watchtower on a 10L technic axle, very nice. WHAT DITCH WALLS WITH HINGES, I CAN`T BELIEVE IT! Too few soldiers to really populate the base and many of the figures are just boring like the Astromech and K-3PO. Wampa and Tauntaun are the only things children would find very attractive and they are old as well, very likely that they got them in the cheaper sets or relatives could try to scope up some of those cheaper sets or the separate figs on the secondary market. All these things, turrets, gates were in every Hoth set that came before and at a much better price/playvalue ratio than here. All possibilities are cheaper than buying this giant box of white slopes. I wish they were white basics, then I would have at least considered it.

The customer service just called me because of my order and said I ordered licensed parts and that´s why they won´t process it. It wasn´t just licensed parts, normal parts like satellite dishes and bicycles as well. Apparently they also plan on making Ninjago parts licensed because of the movie even though the tv show exists for years... Anybody else who experienced this? I found some new parts anyway so I think I will just order everything again and tell them to remove the parts they don´t like if they have problems with them. How come they "know" that I ordered licensed parts but still can´t remove them from their inventory? I bet it will take them months to remove anything if at all, I thought the January downtime would be for removing illegal parts as well.
