That sucks I hope that doesn't happen to mine. A few of my Thorin and Aragorn torsos have cracked.
-
Maybe try some soap. Lubricants can take the paint off torso and arms. Like use some soapy water.
-
Yeah sometimes they loosen up or sometimes the torso cracks. Arms have a tendency to crack at the hands. I've never had an arm crack at the shoulder where it meets the torso.
-
If the arms are tight then the torso would more likely crack not the arms themselves. I'm not sure what you mean though are the arms tight when you move them up and down?

The landscaping is wonderfully done here with the layering and colors you used and creates a nice aesthetic. The texturing of the towers is nicely done. The wooden part of the tower is designed very well. Great build overall.
-
Lovely build. I really like the stone work on the building and the use of the A frame. The rockwork looks good. It also seems that the polar bear and the water creature have other ideas about the sheep LOL.
-
Looks great. The palm tree design is nice. The arches look great especially the way you added the piece in the middle of the lower arches. I like the additions of plants, birds, and animals throughout the build making it feel more alive. There is some nice detailing on the buildings. Lots of great looking figs too.

This is amazing. I love the 3 levels. All the little shops and vendors are great. The different textures and colors are nice and give the build a good aesthetic. The crenellations on the tower with the vine stand out and looks wonderful. The boat is nicely done, I like the drop down mast. With all the figs and animals milling around it just makes everything look alive. There are some really nice figs. I think it's Zull with Rhineharts helm looks impressive. The werewolves seem to be plotting something. Just so much to look at here. I will have to look at it again on flickr to catch everything I missed at the first look.

Very nice build. I like the stonework and wooden framing on the towers. The rockwork looks great, especially with the white pieces as snow. The pine trees look good in white for the snow effect. -
Lego Icons 10332 Medieval Town Square Discussion Thread

That's interesting to hear. I figured the licensed themes would be stricter with their properties. -
This is a great idea. I like the different buildings and styles. The statue looks great. There is a nice contrast of colors. All the figs look great. Good luck on idea's. I will have to log in soon to vote for it.

In my opinion the Skull dragon and the new Ice dragon with 6 legs are the best dragons lego has made. The newest harry potter Hungarian Horntail that is brick built is really nice too.
-
The back of the new Lloyd fig torso looks great I like the dragon design. The fig looks good can't wait to see the rest.

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Future Series Rumours

Then why did they make the Office set? That show would by today's standards as you are saying would be cancelled and is completely inappropriate. Michael from the office would be banned. Elmer Fudd because of hunting rifle?, then why make the Optimus prime set with a gun, Ghostbusters with weapons, The new Avatar sets, and Indiana Jones. Your argument for not makeing Fudd, Sam, and Pepe would make no sense. I mean Wylie tries to kill the roadrunner every time so why did they make him? As for the weapons argument that makes no sense either as they have knights, pirates, star wars, HP, Marvel, DC, city, JP, MK, Ninjago, and Minecraft all have weapons. As far as Pepe in the eyes of groups as you say is sexually harassing a cat, then why make Michael and Dwight from the office, Kramer from Seinfeld, the show friends has a lot of sexual inuendo and parts in it. I could also go on about how violent several of the DC and Marvel characters are especially in the comics. So I think this argument with these groups is a joke just look at what lego has recently produced there is no way they are listening to these groups otherwise Lego would be cancelled already. -
I don't think they are sinking everything into dreamzz. They have new molds all over city, Ninjago, MK, HP, LOTR, JW, Marvel, DC, etc. This is their next inhouse theme like Hidden Side and they are doing as much as they did for Hidden Side so I don't find it has anything to do with what other themes are doing.

Just curious is it soft fabric or the starchy fabric?

Latest impact of other themes on historic themes

That's interesting. The new leaf/fern piece in that color will definitely open up some nice scenery. The new green roofs may go well with a forestman build I have planned or I may use them for a homestead or manor. -
Great start so far. I like the texture and design of the building. It will be nice to see where this goes from here.

You said they look goofy. What is goofy about them? I have 18 of the old trolls. I was saying you can take the jaw piece off so they don't look like orcs from WOW. I actually don't mind the color difference it gives my clan more variety. I'm actually going to use them as a sort of special force or maybe as their own group altogether not sure yet as I don't have my home for them built yet. I was just saying it's technically a troll per lego's definition of the character. You obviously can make it whatever you want. The jaw piece just screams WOW and makes me wonder if Lego has something WOW related down the line as they still have a partnership with blizzard I believe. That's your personal opinion and that's fine. I was just pointing out that you can modify the fig, take off the jaw, add a helm, etc to make it whatever you want. They are easily customizable. I also have about 30 of the cmf goblin but I am keeping them as a separate group and I also have some of lavender ones from Ninjago that look good as a different type of goblin.

It's a troll from the old fantasy line. So it's not really an orc. The face print is really nice and you can take the jaw piece off(if that's the goofy part you are referring to) you don't have to leave that on as it does look like an orc from WOW. The fig is really nice though, has good printing.

Yeah i fugured that the more expensive BF torso's more than make up for the missing pieces and I'm already in the midst of another order so I will probably just order what was missing.
-
That is a nice score. they also messed up my last order i was missing a tan bat, 2 of the new crown coin pieces and 1 head. But they did give me 5 extra BF torso's so I don't mind. Just have to order some more things on the next order.

They most likely have only the rights to the movies both the Hobbit and LOTR. I doubt they have any rights to books but I may be wrong.

Lovely design. Nice use of the wrench pieces. Do you have any Thestral's from HP that would make this even better instead of the regular black horses in my opinion.
