    Sorry if already posted but the new modular appears to have a post office if the photos I just saw on YouTube are real. EDIT - nevermind, appears to be a MOC (a good one)

    I've said it before but you have a gift! There are so many amazing MOCs here to fill our towns which are the perfect scale. The garbage truck may be the best yet IMO. Please keep them coming. (Although who knows how you manage to keep coming up with new ideas???)

    Very nice! Was the large snowman an official set? I would like to find the instructions to build him.

    Looks like you are off to a good start. I like the way you have set up the Old Fishing Store. I am about to get a larger space so all photos of people laying out large towns is helpful. I have no interest in trains but am debating whether to include one from the start as it would be a real difficult task to incorporate one later without moving everything around.

    Unfortunately Brickset has 60147 Fish Boat and 60149 4x4 w/ Catamaran from this year listed as a harbour sub-theme. That combined with the fact that we also got Coast Guard this year make me think that me be it for a while for any harbour theme.

    When do you sleep? :) You should publish a book. I have a feeling many towns around the world will have streets filled with your designs.

    I really enjoyed your layout FWIW. I build official modulars but also have a lot of 3 storey, 16 wide MOCs in my town. The Diner is a welcome addition for me for the simple fact that I love art deco (personal taste) but more importantly I get bored building with the same colours over and over so am always trying new combinations. I am no fan of the colour choices in the Friends sets either. Palace Cinema is my least favourite style-wise and colour-wise but as it is unique I have still put one in my town. I like the variety. I did not buy Assembly Square as I find it quite boring and since space is not infinite I would rather use that footprint to invest a lot of hours building 16 wide MOCs instead of the 10 hours or so it would take to build AS. Building is one of my favourite past times.

    I agree about the car, it is simple yet effective. I really like the beehive and the gold nugget pieces. Are they both new?
