As @Huigberts Builds points out, they did, with the recent book exclusive! I guess they didn’t want to reuse that print because of the unfitting bubble print 8 minifigs is certainly impressive, but apart from the sweaters they’re not much to write home about. In my eyes, it’s the first time the HP AC gets its megablocks handed to it by the SW one! The MC one is better too. I still like it, but it’s less exciting than usual. Now bring on the official pics for the June wave!

A new piece in an AC is quite a game changer! Love the droid theme going on here. And yeah, getting the TROS Senate and now Babu Frik in the same year is glorious

The largest set is Bowser’s Castle from Super Mario Bros Wonder! Awesome to see them tackle that game! That brickbuilt Wario is killing me Having yet another Mario starter set is weird, especially since it comes with the same standard kart as in the January sets And that set based on Captain Toad is cute!

Pics of the August sets are out! Aunt May & JJJ, plus a new Doc Ock in the train set! Hobgoblin with a new hood piece and MJ! Eddie Brock with a Venom head coming out of his body! Ultimate Ultron! Chitauri gorilla! Oh my! These are so much better than expected!

FINALLY some news! The three sets are: 77056 Blather’s Museum Collection 77057 Creative Houses: Seasons of Fun 77058 Goldie’s Cozy House The large set being the museum was an incredibly easy guess! The other two sound intriguing as well!

Um, not only is it the same piece used for the last two Sprout minifigs, it’s also used for the QQS shopkeeper in this very wave!

Quality discussions aside, the point is, there were still plenty of sets. Non-Clone-Bros however get next to nothing in terms of playsets this year. The imbalance is simply off the charts! Don’t get me wrong, I’m in favour of providing Clone sets, but the Year of the Clone needs to never be repeated again

No fan of Deadpool & Wolverine, Free Guy, or Stranger Things then? To each their own, but you can’t really judge a movie or show solely by the director. Unless it’s Uwe Boll.

Yeah, maybe that’s how they felt, but the reality was quite different. Let’s take a look at what the Clone Bros got during the ST: 2015: Gunship & ARC-170 MF, Hailfire Droid, Geonosis Troopers BP 2016: Homing Spider Droid, CTT, Rex’s AT-TE 2017: Fighter Tank, Obi-Wan’s JF (because of Jango & Boba) 2018: Jedi & Clone BP 2019: AT-AP, Scout Walker That’s an awful lot for people that pretend they were absolutely starving during that time They still got at least one set a year, and quite a few of them were army-builders too, so exactly what they want! That’s not comparable to the Clone sets we’re now drowning in, with most of the non-Clone sets being 18+ ones. At least we know that this won’t happen again anytime soon, thanks to the new movies

…wow. The number of missing characters is ridiculously short now, and there’s maybe 4 or 5 I would actually be interested in (Scrimgeour, Xenophilius, and the Carrows). Impressive!

So, about that recast… No offense to the actor, but I’m getting strong “we have [actor] at home” vibes (This is not a spoiler since the recast has been publicly announced a while ago) Also, we have out of box pictures of the three June sets! The new Plo looks so much better than the old one!

The Toy Story celebration train leaked! The set also comes with RC, Woody, Buzz, Jessie, Bo Peep, abd her sheep That Bo Peep looks great!!

The Herbology Class set leaked too! The skirt piece being used to portray a carnivorous plant is ingenious! Sprout has a new faceprint and those new (?) pot pieces look useful!

When they said the shop owner has Sprout‘s hair/hat piece, I didn‘t think they meant literally that piece A recolour would’ve been nice, but it’s okay ^^ The new piece for the Nimbus looks cool!

I’d say they threw us a pretty significant bone with the Senate in his TROS outfit! Adding Kylo to the helmet collection is a big win in my book as well. As a fan of all eras, I‘m not particularly sad about the lack of ST sets, simply because of how well they covered everything when the movies came out. There are gaps, sure, but nowhere near as notable as some other movies and especially shows. What I‘m hungry for is new stuff primarily, so I‘m very happy SW finally returns to the big screen! (Not the only reason of course )
