Lockhart probably won‘t stay exclusive to DA (if he‘s even included in the first place) since he‘s got so many scenes he appears in (dueling club, DADA classroom, chamber of secrets, etc.), each with another costume OotP Tonks could still appear in a potential MoM set, along with the other prominent absentee Lucius, so there‘s no need to worry yet You know who to thank for that

I think you‘re right, there wasn‘t an official teaser for it IIRC, same goes for the Mickey & Minnie figures as well as the Crocodile. All three had something else in common though: a leak that occurred a couple of days before the reveal, either the box or s@h promotional material

Mine was 4702 The Final Challenge I still remember getting it a couple of days before PS came out and then feeling bad for Quirrell after seeing the film Afterwards, I got the OG Hagrid‘s Hut, those small sets with cardboard backgrounds (which were WEIRD), the Sorting Hat, and Snape‘s Class. I didn‘t buy any of the other 2001 sets and bought some sets here and there for the other waves, but never completed a wave until the 2010 reincarnation. Or 2007 technically, because that „wave“ consisted of a single set I also distinctly remember laying eyes on anything Potter-related for the first time in a LEGO magazine that had a teaser image for the theme showing the trio and Snape. What always bugged me about it was that Snape was holding a flask that still hasn‘t appeared in any set to this day

Between now and Series 11, the reveals have happened 3 times on a Monday, 6 times on a Tuesday, 6 times on a Wednesday, 4 times on a Thursday, and 3 times on a Friday. The last series to be revealed on a Friday was Series 18, so not that long ago actually While reveals on Tuesdays or Wednesdays are more common, a Friday reveal cannot be ruled out yet

The notion of TLG caring about the significance of July 31st for HP isn‘t too outlandish when you consider the yearly May the Fourth event and this year’s announcement of the Mario theme on March 10th. However, that is in no way a guarantee they will commemorate the date with any reveals. They could simply post a „happy birthday“ congratulatory thing on Twitter and call it a day, just to rub it in

If my analysis was good for something, it showed that CMF reveals can happen on any day of the week (weekends excluded). How about a CMF reveal tomorrow + a teaser of DA as a bonus? ...let me enjoy my delusions

Or they post a teaser tomorrow and then spend the entire weekend pointing and laughing at us

I didn‘t account for the time, just the date I could’ve done so, but I found the announcement dates on the UK-based brickfanatics and the US-based thebrickfan, so I would‘ve needed to convert times plus account for summer/winter time, which I frankly couldn‘t be bothered with I apologise for neglecting my duties as a researcher

Basically every licensed theme in existence, Collectable Minifigures, Brickheadz, Ideas, the Chinese New Year sets, and Monkie Kid. Oh, and the new Art theme I‘m trying to be as completionist with these as possible, drawing the line only at the ludicrously overpriced sets *glares angrily at empty space in my display cabinets where the SDCC exclusives should be* Sets from other themes I buy occasionally with no attempt of completing them. These include Creator Expert (where I focus on the car models mainly), Hidden Side, Ninjago, City, Architecture etc.

Today is the day of truth, first for the anticipated reveal tomorrow and second for my flimsy prediction model (Stan, don’t fail me now!) Sure, they could hold the Q&A event tomorrow without warning, but TLG typically either announce reveal videos (like the Ideas ones) in advance instead of shadow-dropping them or tease the set itself on Twitter. If neither happened today, I‘d be it a bit worried about tomorrow
