This can’t be a retcon because Third Brother and Third Sister are both mentioned in the same reference book I know. But the reference book those two were mentioned in was released last year, so by that time Kenobi was already in full production. Why would they specifically single out those if they didn‘t already know they would show up at some point? I‘m not saying Third Brother will appear in Kenobi, but it‘s possible he gets namedropped. Perhaps he makes an appearance in a comic or novel this year
