Whoops, thought it was @FoggyFate Ehhhhh. Not a lot of new minifig potential then. -

Eh. Good to have something new, but a Yavin 4 set cannot really offer anything new minifig-wise, unless they draw from multiple movies, which they probably won‘t More like Yawning 4. As for the TPM set, that version of Padme is a nice inclusion! Nothing mindblowing, but still! Mechs: Blegh. Hoping for some decent Ahsoka/Mando/Skeleton Crew sets -

So just to sum up, we have those four gimmick sets (mechs?), one PT set, three unknowns, the $200 one, and the rest are OT. Correct? If so, let‘s hope those three manage to save the wave from complete mediocrity then -

That rule has been thrown overboard a while ago. Just look at the Winnie the Pooh, Sesame Street, and Seinfeld Ideas sets, just to name a few. Ideas sets are pretty much about as likely to feature new parts as any regular set, regardless of whether those pieces get repurposed later That hairpiece will likely show up again, but I doubt it was designed just for that reason -

Sounds like a buildable object or creature to me. Can’t say I’m surprised I think that’s a good way to handle it. I just hope the show will actually get sets though -

Thanks for clarifying Also, is it an actual PT set or a PT-era one? That‘s quite a significant difference If it‘s the former, I guess it‘s a random TPM set. That would actually be cool, since we‘ve never had a remake of that 2000 set! -

If the set was depicting either of that, it would definitely include him, not just “potentially” Not sure if that Dooku thing is even real in the first place. Just throwing it out there -

The catamaran isn’t exactly “small”, but a set based on the Battle of Kashyyyk would indeed be pretty random. Also, weren’t there some musings about the possibility of a Dooku minifig recently? Not sure which set would only “potentially” include him though. -

Mostly rehashes with focus on the OT, straight from my nightmares? I was right then to assume that SW would end up at the bottom of my list of favourite themes this year. That’s really sad, cause Marvel and DC are both on there too -

Hard to imagine. “New” is pretty much always a good thing in my book I can’t think of a vehicle or location we haven’t gotten before that I categorically wouldn’t be interested in -

They probably also didn’t want to have such a long gap between movies. Had the film not been moved, the gap between The Marvels and CA:NWO would’ve been 10 months -

It‘s more about the attitude. I want to see the list as much as the next guy, but we‘re not entitled to it Just have patience, people! Enjoy being blissfully unaware of the looming disappointment while it lasts -

…unless we sacrifice somebody to appease the Toy Gods! While this year‘s Marvel sets do leave something to be desired, I take comfort in the fact we finally have a proper NWH set -

Definitely not impossible. The Ant-man set has been revealed a couple of days ago, and that one is also scheduled for May. I‘d say there is a good chance they get revealed before the dioramas do -

You mean 43215? That one is a $160 minidoll set (1016 pcs) whereas 43225 is rumoured to be an 18+ castle, also priced around $160 (1808 pcs). There might also be an error or two somewhere, as I just noticed the HUGE difference in part counts here -

There’s still set 43225, which is rumoured to be a $160 18+ set featuring a castle. Maybe that’s why there was some confusion? -

Love both of these sets, and of course the show-stealing minifigs! What’s up with Moana’s legs though? It looks like she’s wearing boots since the colour shades don’t match Or maybe it’s just the render, as it looks better in the lifestyle pictures -

The minifig selection here is really bare-bones Cosmo and Kraglin I can sort of understand as their roles will be pretty minor I suppose, but why omit the main antagonist? AGAIN? Granted, Ego was a twist villain in GotG Vol. 2, but still At least the builds look good, and Adam Warlock is an excellent minifig, as we’ve seen before.
