  1. Not anymore, it has just been renamed. Maybe someone finally realised that an episode of TFATWS was already titled „New World Order“ Whoops.
  2. Yeah, going the LOTR route is probably the best we can hope for at this point, and even that is not particularly likely
  3. No, it’s obviously fake. The horrible compositing and the outdated pieces are dead giveaways
  4. My favourite 2023 minifig so far is Bo-Katan, but that‘s surely gonna change with the September wave. I have high expectations for Shin, Baylan, Morgan, the unknown inquisitor, and Huyang especially
  5. It's weird, but personally, I don't mind. We're getting a new recolour of the Hobbit hair we likely wouldn't have otherwise Shouldn't be too hard to get the dreadlock piece on BL
  6. Oh!! I had no idea there were additional hairpieces included! My apologies!
  7. That piece has been around since 2018 tho The Dreamzzz piece is entirely different:
  8. So far, most leaks of that sort happened around two weeks ahead of release, so mid-June sounds about right
  9. Sure, I get the reasoning for not releasing any Thugee-related merch. But can somebody explain why they only figured that out so shortly ahead of release?!
  10. That would be a horrible idea in my eyes. The section of the castle that we got is by far the most iconic one, so only people that already own that set would buy the extension as that one wouldn’t really work on its own. They’ve released add-on sets before, sure, but those all worked as separate sets too. I doubt a castle extension would, especially at the high price point this would require Moreover, the original set is now almost 5 years old, so the two sets would share only limited shelf time. Releasing this new smaller version was the right move IMO
  11. It’s not unusual for D2C sets to leak a lot closer to their reveal compared to regular sets. Because they’re (temporary) exclusives, the only way for them to leak is e.g. through employees taking pictures in the backroom, press announcements getting sent out too early, or them shipping the wrong set to someone (see last year’s Hogwarts Express)
  12. Excactly my thoughts! They could’ve just used one of the other beard pieces that already exist in pearl gold So this must be intended for another minifig. Pretty amazing how much detail went into that minifig Edit: I saw a picture of the actual architect statue and the new beard is an exact match. Looks like they designed this element specifically for him after all!
  13. It is. The minifig has already leaked a while ago
  14. It’s a very good-looking model! The scale allows for plenty of detail while still being affordable. One of my favourite aspects is the use of dark green crystal pieces to represent trees Also, this marks the first time we’re getting a complete model of Hogwarts!
  15. Keep in kind that the BTAS skyline might also be scheduled for 2025 set or never get to see the light of day at all. We have yet to see a single set from the survey leak become a reality
  16. The JAWS entry being one of the winners of the latest round was definitely not on my Bingo card Very nice to have a set based on another classic film franchise!
  17. It’s a bit too early for that. Gotta be patient until the end of July at least
  18. Fair enough. I just think it’s risky to produce tie-in products for shows that didn’t even have a release date at the time, but TLG has done stranger things before. Like Stranger Things. *ba-dum-dish* And granted, movie Kang would indeed be the odd one out in this series, I just feel it would be the safer choice Interesting. So this means someone has already seen them, and my point is moot I don’t mind Agatha, Kang, and Echo being based on upcoming shows, but Agatha not having the Darkhold would be a huge missed opportunity
  19. That is correct. They’re reusing the same piece from the Triton minidoll
  20. They won’t do that though. The few times they actually announced the discontinuation of a theme were always tied to the cancellation of a planned wave, like with Vidiyo and Dots. I’m sure they only made these announcements because they couldn’t get away with not explaining why an entire wave wouldn’t make it onto shelves No cancelled Indy wave, no announcement necessary
  21. I think these three will be based on previous shows (or movie, in Kang’s case) rather than upcoming ones. It would be a lot safer to pick already existing costumes as a lot of design aspects can still change in post-production Also, Coven of Chaos, Loki S2, and Echo didn’t have a release date back when the minifigs were designed, so this would have increased the risk even further. Using the Wandavision, Quantumania (or Loki S1), and Hawkeye designs is just way more convenient
  22. I got the set last week and I can recommend it Sure, there is not much to it, but it’s cute, the build is better than the previous 4+ SW sets, and the minifigs are great
  23. Moon Knight: crescent moon - shaped weapon Mr Knight: Scarab of Ammit Kang: the power source of his time travel device thingamabob She-Hulk: suitcase? Werewolf by Night: bloodstone Hawkeye: bow with trick arrows Echo: gun? Wolverine: claws Beast: claws Storm: lightning
  24. As @Clone OPatra points out, JBS have done that before. Remember the Rancor Keeper last year? Also, as a fairly well-known toy shop, I doubt they’d reveal new sets without explicit permission from TLG, and I think it’s too early for Ahsoka reveals already
  25. Agrabah is a normal set, like the small Disney Castle and Haunted Mansion before it
