  1. Whilst is is perfect for that Character, darn is it annoying it can’t be used for a purist 10th Doctor!
  2. My local Lego store has loads
  3. From your wording, are you thinking Avatar as in the last air bender? As the property talked about for Lego Dimensions was James Cameron’s Avatar movie
  4. It was TRU. But it seems it’s being sold off to other shops. Here in the U.K. it’s availible in quite a few places now; Argos, John Lewis, Amazon, Smyths. Hell I even saw it in a card shop that has a small toy section! The same seems to be happening with the TRU Star Wars exclusives. The Mos Eisley Cantina and AT-ST are pretty much everywhere now.
  5. Well even if he doesn’t come with this wave, he’s bound to be in future films so we’ll likely get him eventually
  6. Oh my goodness can people stop bashing those who don’t like the Set. Yes saying ‘worst D2C’ ever is over the top. But belittling them for having an opinion is not on. Stop being ungrateful? Is criticism not allowed anymore? This is a product and it is judged as one. If anything you guys are winging about people not liking it and need to just enjoy what you enjoy and leave other to what they want to think. You don’t see those who dislike it telling you you’re wrong or are just having fake praise it because it’s Lego or something. just respect opinions
  7. The picture is pretty good quality tbh, enough to see the model. It’s just peoples opinions guys. The most lazy argument against criticism. People are allowed to not like something without having to know how to do it better. And anyhow I didn’t make any over the top comments about the build. the image is good enough quality to make a judgement. It’s perfectly fine that people like and love it, and people are equally allowed to dislike it.
  8. I think @Terrasher‘s criticisms are fair. Why would seeing other angles change ones opinion on the front when it can clearly be seen?
  9. I hope the cloud car included isn’t shrunk like the TIE Advanced, the ship is small enough to be included surely? really excited for this set, hopefully more leaks follow soon
  10. Compared to the previous creator cars, this is really missing the mark. Especially on the front. wouldnt this licence serve better as a speed-Champions type set(or sets) with an Aston Martin and their respective Bonds?
  11. I’m fairly certain that in the press release it said £2.99 for the U.K.
  12. They aren’t released until August 1st there August 1st
  13. If the new Luna’s legs are the medium legs, they’d be perfect for a more accurate Lex Murphy from Jurassic Park!
  14. The new Luna Lovegood Minifigure in the Harry Potter CMF seems to have the new medium legs in blue, could be perfect for Lex to make her a more accurate height compared to Tim!
  15. Looks very blocky to me. If it was £70 like some of the other creator cars then it would be great, but £130? No thank you
  16. So there was some talk of an Ian Malcom figure coming in a set down the line, was there any update on that rumour?
  17. Speaking of sizes. I was quite surprised to find it that the Dilophosaurus is actually fairly size accurate....to the real animal mind you, the one in the film is really undersized! In the Jurassic Park book it even manages to lift Nedry completely off the ground by his head!
  18. It’s very likely the 15th August early access set
  19. It was on eBay; 20% off, but the deal is finished now. I went with the T-Rex Set. And I’m glad I did, the colours are so much better in person, really love the fig.
  20. It’s suppsoed to be available to VIPs in 17 days, perhaps the reveal will be in 3 days time? 2 weeks before release? Either way it’s any day now
  21. We should see it announced very soon then, probably towards the end of the month. Interesting how Voltron has been revealed before the DB5, when it releases after.
  22. If anyone in the U.K. is wondering about the prices of the Fantastic Beasts Sets (as I was) they are up for preorder on Smyths, the pricing for the whole range is: £12.99 - Aragog’s Lair £19.99 - Grindlewald’s Escape £34.99 - The Quidditch Match £44.99 - Newt’s Suitcase £59.99 - Hogwarts Whomping Willow £74.99 - Hogwarts Express £89.99 - Hogwarts Great Hall So that’s £337.93 for the wave then there’s the 22 Minifigures at £2.99, so that’s £65.78 so £403.71 for everything I hardly ever pay full price for sets, but I’m too excited for these! Day 1! They won’t do early access, that’s only for D2Cs and we’d know about it by now. The only way you’ll get Sets early is just trying Stores. Lego will NOT sell you the sets before August 1st in other news, the US August store calendar has leaked, there’s a Vip early access from the 15th, that’s probably the castle.
  23. It’s still not against any rules to express distaste at it. I know a lot of the time the U.K. get things first (summer Superheroes waves, Ninjago City socks etc.) but something about the fact that Harry Potter is a British franchise through and through doesn’t sit right with me. I would have thought there’d be a launching event at Leicester Square or something
  24. My local Argos is in Sainsbury’s, and Sainsbury’s are usually good with Brickheadz, they had go brick me and the solo ones on release day so hopefully they’ll have some. I’ll report back
