    Considering the size of the box etc., it’s gonna have between 4000-5000 piece for sure. And considering the combined Hogwarts from the regular sets comes in at around 1400 pieces, this set alone should be 3 times the size. Essentially we have a quarter of the castle from the regular sets I reckon

    So the D2C is somewhere between the size of the Death Star and the Millenium Falcon...blimey I’m excited. It has to be Hogwarts! How much later? It says the release date is October 1st (which is way earlier than all the leaks have said, there’s been a heck of a lot of misinformation with the leaks for this theme)

    Is there a possibility that this set could be one of the VIP early access sets for July? (Also does anyone know whether there’s any information on those 2 sets?)

    I imagine it will be a DB5 with a vague ‘every’ James Bond minifig, not a specific actor, but just the arcitype.

    Customer service weren’t able to clarify when the sets are released to me. seems a bit weird, I’m basically asking them when can I give them a butt-load Of money and they don’t wanna day

    We’ve had plenty of evidence to say it’s Harry Potter. If it wasn’t I’m sure we would have had someone say what it was, we know it’s licenced

    I thought the same at first, but if you compare images of the two they look very different in overall construction, with the doors being the exception I think what is actually the case is that it’s a new building built from the same pieces, not just a modification

    So Lego released a small video of the T-Rex with what some are saying is the interior of the visitors centre behind it. To me it looks like Lockwood estate but there are some differences. Any thoughts? EDIT: Comparing to the visitor centre interior there are some similarities like the brown balconies and supports for the ceiling, however this still looks very similar to the Lockwood set, maybe it’s just a custom job for the photo?

    That’s intriguing, as the US event revealing all the sets stated August 1st, as does the Danish catalogue. danish catalogue says August 1st for Brickheadz and Sets Event in US says August 1st for both brockheadz are listed for July 1st in the U.K., and then are shortly followed with other countries also listing them someone finds the Quidditch set on sale in the U.K. (and not in a toy store, WHSmiths is actually mainly a newsagents that sometimes sells toys, so isn’t exactly a main buyer). 3 weeks before July 1st, and 7 weeks before August 1st i highly doubt a shop like WHSmiths would have a set 7 weeks early, so I think that points to a July release in the U.K., but all this other information is quite contradictory. I think I’ll email customer service and see if they can shed any light on it

    If Marvel has as many sets as Star Wars then I could see it happening, sadly I think the set amount is spread between both superhero themes, so the chances of us getting anything outside of the movies nowadays is slim considering that there’s 3 a year now. I honestly doubt our chances of even seeing many more comic-based sets, unless they increase the amount of sets they make a lot

    Have a look around Instagram, that’s where I saw it. I’m so excited! Me and my partner have planned a whole weekend for building these sets! Get up for the Lego store opening, watch all the films while building. Even better if it’s July 1st as we’re already planning on being in the same town as a Lego store!
